This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get…read morethe power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. After realizing they forgot to reinstall it, I took a closer look around where the work was performed. The front right wheel well/bumper was missing a clip and flapping in the wind. There is also a splash bracket missing. All these items are parts that had to be removed in order to put the new power steering lines in. I fixed the rest of the issues myself. When I called to ask the manager if they had the missing bracket his response was "we have master mechanics here and any bracket that we take off we put back on." Well attached are the photos... I sent an email as well to see if they had the missing bracket but no response. My power steering does work fine, but everything else being wrong/missing doesn't give me peace of mind. Based on other reviews this family business, with a good reputation, was sold and a lot of the good mechanics left. I wish I had read that before taking my car there. Edited based on owners response below: You can see the two circled bolts where the missing bracket was. About 1 inch above where the bracket was is the power steering lines that were replaced. By saying "You emailed pictures of the bracket and it is not in the area we worked on" is clearly not true. It 100% needs to be removed to access the lines. It just goes to show this place will not take any blame for anything and is dishonest. I never received a call/email back after I emailed the photos. Take my car back to get looked at? No thank you. I fixed all the incorrect work myself. It's not even about the missing bracket, I already replaced it. The company's response and how they handled this situation goes to show how they are unapologetic and constantly deny something possibly could have gone missing.

He asked if I had mixed oil and a few other questions before I made my purchase for $9.49 (a much better option than a $300 tune-up!). Avoid this place like the plague! I bought 1300 dollars of new tires from them and had them…read morebalance and install on them with a staggered setup on my Mint OEM rims on my 2016 Mustang GT. They used a ridiculous amount of rim sealant that it oozed out onto my rims and sprayed up on my car. if this wasn't bad enough, I got a flat tire and discovered that they torqued the living shit of the lug nuts (despite me asking them to torque to the required ft pound OEM specs. while trying to change the flat, I couldn't break the lug nuts free with a Milwaukee impact wrench that is rated for 600 ft pounds of torque. Even a 4 foot breaker bar wouldn't get the lug nuts loose. I had to get a tow to another tire shop which had to use a an air compressor-based impact wrench to get off bolts. They first tried their largest battery impact wrench which they use for all tire removal and that wouldn't budge the lug nuts. The other tire shop said they had never seen lug nuts at this high torque levels. 5 nuts were ruined removing the tire and the new shop fix the flat and replace all lug nuts on the car and torque to proper torque specs. This place may have a heart but they have no brains to torque nuts this tight, despite asking them to follow factory specifications. Never Again!!!!
