Our designer, R&M, helped us design a kitchen pantry and a home office, and one of the vendors suggested by R&M was Zen Space. We ended up choosing Zen Space to do the install because of all the amazing Yelp reviews that I read. But ever since Trevor's first on-site visit all the way until after the installation, we had multiple hiccups we just can't look past. Although all issues were eventually resolved by the end of the project, I can't say we had a 5-star experience with Zen Space.

They were also clear with pricing upfront and helped us stay within our budget. The design work and 3D renderings were extremely helpful in visualizing the final outcome. They even drove from San Jose to Sacramento to pick up a stalled freight shipment just to stay on track, which was truly above and beyond. The quality of the cabinets is very high and they look great! We used a pretty wide array of finishes, from glossy and matte Mirlux finishes to Cleaf wood-based panels in multiple varieties. Our project included bi-fold upper cabinets, appliance garages, a printer drawer, a charging drawer for a hair dryer, coffee center with pocket doors, and so on. They turned out great. There were some hiccups along the way that initially caused some frustration - these were limited to a few areas, but we felt the day to day impact of these was hard to just ignore. What really impressed me about owners David and Tammy (and the rest of the Woodenbridge team) was their openness to discuss our concerns in a very constructive and solution-focused manner. There was never any finger pointing or deflection - just a focus on what could be done to get things as right as possible. As a result, virtually all of our concerns were addressed through their willingness to listen, suggest possible resolutions, and implement what we mutually agreed would be the best way forward. This type of positive can-do attitude and sincere desire to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction is really rare these days. They also emphasize their lifetime warranty and willingness to come out and adjust things as things inevitably become misaligned and need tweaking. As a result you feel confidence that you have a long-term partner in keeping your cabinets performing in top shape for the long term.
