Absolutely delicious and with the wait! If you're not able to get a reservation, line up before they open for a walk-in spot. My friend and I ordered the melons appetizer which was refreshing and phenomenal - who knew pickles and sweet melon went together so beautifully?! For pizza, we ordered a slice of "Tomato Slice" with ricotta and a slice of pepperoni. We both loved the Tomato Slice but my friend thought the pepperoni was just ok. For dessert, my friend ordered the Princess Cake. Fortunately she let me try a bite so I can say it was moist and delicious! I got the coconut cream pie which was lovely with some mango on top, and to go, I snagged a slice of the stone fruit "slab" - they literally took off the "sold out" sign at opening and I immediately told our server I wanted some to take home! I tried it the next day, slightly warmed up and it was amazing! This spot is definitely worth the trek and parking struggle that is Silver Lake!

I was in the neighborhood with a friend and she mentioned this was one of her favorite spots so we stopped by to order take out. The line was quite long (25 minute wait) to order. I tried the Red Top and really enjoyed it! One slice was filing enough for me. The pizza reminded me of my favorite pizza spot in San Francisco, Golden Boy Pizza. $6 a slice is definitely pricey but it was worth it. It was warm and flavorful, really hit the spot. Will definitely go again and try to dine in. I'm very intrigued to try the desserts.

Get the Detroit style, the fluffy and crispy crust is amazing. We got the pepperoni which was sweet with the sauce but tasted so good.

Quarter Sheets is one of the most hyped up pizza spots in LA, and I can totally understand why! I think what sets them apart is their dough - the center is fluffy and addictively chewy, and the bottom and edges maintain their crisp. Their pizza slices doesn't get wet and soggy as it sits on the serving dish. Our party of 3 ordered two whole pizzas: the pepperoni and turning leaf. The pepperoni is a classic, but Quarter Sheets does it well. They're generous with the toppings, too! The flavor combination of turning leaf sounds odd at first, but the savory spice of the chorizo is mellowed out nicely by the potatoes and garlic cream. However, I think I could've gone without the green chile on that one. The star of the show was the princess cake slice. The mascarpone chantilly and olive oil chiffon melt in your mouth while the almond marzipan adds a bit of texture to the slice. The tartness of the raspberry preserves balances out an otherwise decadent bite. My friend, boyfriend, and I ordered one slice to share and absolutely demolished it. I'm already planning to order the princess cake as my birthday cake. The main reason for the 4-star review is the wait. We bit the bullet and drove out from OC to catch the restaurant right when they opened at 5pm, hoping to snag a walk-in table. Reservations are so hard to get. We got seated at the bar around 6:15ish, and our food didn't come out until around 7:05. Granted, we were warned that our food would take around 20-30 minutes to make. Nevertheless, we're happy to have tried this spot. My boyfriend has been wanting to try this place for ages, and I'm glad we got to finally experience it.

Tried Quarter Sheets with some work friends on our way to pregame at the neighborhood bars before a Dodger game. This place is definitely an Echo Park hotspot, especially on game days. The inside dinning area is very small, but trendy in a hipster kinda way. It's your typical Echo Park restaurant with good food, and lots of customers in a cramped space. Seating is very limited so most people end up eating their pies on the standing tables outside or on the sidewalk. They have a small takeout window for pre orders. The online ordering process isn't the easiest and the pick up process feels a bit clunky but the service is great. It's not the most relaxed dining experience but that's part of the charm. The pizza itself was good, almost great but something is missing. It's a Detroit style pie, made to order and topped with high quality ingredients. The cheese pull is on these slices is great. It's a very good pizza for LA but definitely not the best pizza you'll find in LA. They have a great chocolate chip cookie and a surprisingly appetizing dessert list for a pizza joint. I would definitely recommend trying Quarter Sheets if you're in Echo Park or if Detroit style pizza is your thing. Just be prepared for the chaotic set up and limited seating.

Finally made it to Quarter Sheets and it lived up to the hype! The Detroit-style pizza was fantastic -- crispy caramelized edges, pillowy center. We tried the pepperoni, a pesto slice, and one with burrata, all great. The princess cake was a must -- light, not too sweet. Also loved the white anchovies and the refreshing cucumber salad. Fun bonus: Jesse Tyler Ferguson walked in to grab takeout while we were there! Will definitely be back.

Ok so we have all been hearing about quarter sheets in every TikTok and IG reel forever right? Well the homegirl and I decided to see what all the fuss was about and, brother, they were not wrong with the fussing because holy baby Jesus this fucking pizza is amazing. We showed up late on a Friday so we weren't gonna be able to eat inside. No issue we when to the window and got three slices. The tomato pie with ricotta, the Sicilian corner, and the special which had chorizo and green sauce of some kind. We sat in my car and took a bite of each slice and ... wow. Everything was amazing. UH MAY ZING. Our favorite was the Sicilian corner but honestly, it was all great. We even ordered the cheese cake for dessert and it was dense and delicious. I will for sure be back and am excited to try some other selections.

I really wished we would've made reservations early and enjoyed our pizza at the restaurant. The place gets packed so make sure to reserve your spot early. Such a cool vibe inside. Warm and inviting playing good music. This is the epitome of a LA pizza joint. The Pizza is perfect. Each slice is very filling and jam packed with flavor.

Ordered right at 2:30 PM on a Friday for a 6 PM pickup. I tried: + Half pepperoni / half red top Detroit-style pizza - the pepperoni half was particularly good + Whole Sicilian - also tasty + princess cake - perfect + brown sugar sprinkle cookie - excellent + chocolate chip cookie - good Nice to find some good pizza in LA!

This was my first time dining in here and the restaurant is pretty small, cute decor and workers are friendly. Pizza was good but not worth a long wait. We were able to make a reservation but the pizzas didn't blow us away and we usually love Detroit style pizza.

Quarter Sheets is a small pizza shop located in Echo Park that focuses on Detroit style pizza. The shop was founded in January 2022 and has received numerous accolades. Not only is this Chef Nancy Silverton's favorite pizzeria to eat at in LA ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpcYNdAZWE4 ), the shop was also ranked #15 on the LA Times 101 list in 2025 and has been on the list since 2022. The shop was recently selected as a James Beard Semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker in 2026. [Parking]: Street parking only. I got really lucky and was able to find a street parking spot on Portia St. [Ordering]: There is a single walk-in & to-go waiting line for customers who want to order by the slice. Customers who made a reservation or placed an online order can skip the line and go directly to the takeout window. On the day of my visit, Princess Cake and Heidi's Grapefruit Tart (seasonal) were already sold out by 6:30 PM on Saturday. Once I placed my order, I waited about 10-15 minutes before receiving my pizza. [Dine-in reservation]: Bookings open at 9 AM two weeks in advance of a given date on Resy and a 10-minute grace period is given for all reservations. Walk-in dining is available and visitors are welcome to join the in-person waitlist. [Online order]: Online pre-orders (whole pies only) for same-day pickup open at 2:30 PM and the shop opens at 5 PM. [Atmosphere]: There are tabletops just outside the pizza shop so customers who order to-go can eat their pizza while standing. [Menu]: The menu is pretty straightforward. The top highlighted items per Yelp are Princess Cake, Red Top Pizza, and Sicilian Corner. *** Red Top (mozzarella, red sauce, grana & basil - $5.50 per slice): Crispy on the bottom and soft in the middle with a light touch of tomato sauce - great pizza. Sicilian Corner (QS sausage, Fresno chili, broccoli di ciccio, red sauce, mozz, pecorino, sesame crust - $8 per slice): It had a hint of toasty flavor from the sesame crust. It was a very saucy & spicier pizza with a crispy bottom. I liked this pizza a little better than Red Top. *** A solid 4.5-star on pizza, but I am not sure if Quarter Sheets' pizza is good enough to justify a 30+ minute wait.

I'm not even exaggerating when I say this is hands down the best pizza in all of Los Angeles, I've tried other big names but Quarter Sheets clears by miles! Every slice offers such a memorable bite packed with endless flavor! I do highly suggest ordering online if you don't want to wait a bit , thankfully when I came pizza was ready relatively quickly. But for more the most part it does tend to get busy but workers are very welcoming and always providing customers with continuous updates on their order ! Inside if you get the opportunity is a very cozy setting, rather small but honestly intimate if you ask me , my girlfriend and I love to dine in ! Try the meatballs they are just as good !

Just updating to say buy a whole cake from Quarter Sheets. Just...do it. It doesn't even have to be your birthday like it was for me. A whole Princess Cake brought me so much joy (and envy of the tables around me) that I'd do it again and again. Love everything about this place.

Do takeout orders not include cake as a takeout option anymore?

It sells out by like half an hour after open

Do they have home delivery options?

One. But they cut it multiple times.

Do they have either indoor or outdoor tsbles?

They're not open for indoor dining yet I believe and last I was there they had two long tables where u can stand and eat. I usually take to go and reheat at home so didn't pay much attention to the tables.…
