My usual go to pho spot was closed, so we decided to come here and I'm glad! Needed a pho fix and this place did not disappoint. I had the pho dac biet and the broth was meaty and flavorful! I didn't need to add hoisin or sriracha that's a good sign of good pho. The restaurant gave mom and pop vibes, the place was filled with Viet customers so you know it's authentic and you're getting good food. The service was also very good, the waiter even provided pickled jalapeños and what appeared to be a homemade chili paste. If you know eating pho with jalapeños is top tier! What a little hidden gem this place was!!! We came here for some pho since the place we had originally planned to go to was closed, and I'm so glad we did. We asked for salty lemonade, but were told that they didn't have good lemons right then and he didn't want to give us a bad produce, but instead they had salty plum soda (soda xi muoi). It was FANTASTIC, possibly the best that I've had in the valley. For some reason that seems really hard to find (especially in the west valley), and it's one of my favorite beverages, so I was extremely excited to see it offered here (even though it's not on the menu). The guoi cuon were fantastic- they actually seemed to be pretty stuffed with shrimp instead of just a few limp little slices. And the pho... the pho was just FANTASTIC. Tendon and tripe in abundance, and delicious slices of tasty meats. All in all, we were both extremely pleased and will probably be coming here again soon. read more

Bahn mi perfect, Nice hot crusty roll, appropriate amount of meat and vegetable. Very flavorful. I appreciate how they slice the jalapeño very thinly lengthwise so you would get a little taste of jalapeño in each bite. Versus what other places do slicing in rings and then you get one mouth full with all the jalapeño. I ordered the first pho with no tripe. Unfortunately I did find Several pieces of tripe (which i hate) in my pho, and they added meatballs Which was not listed on the menu otherwise I would've asked for them to not put the meatballs in also. Came here for lunch with a fellow coworker, he was craving for some pho. It was cold, and cloudy and was the perfect weather for pho. We never intended to come here, we were actually routed for a different, more renowned place, but that place was so busy we could not wait and came to this little place instead. This place was small, welcoming, and kinda clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got a order of pork fried rice, and the pho with everything. The pork fried rice was pretty decent, but the price fir that size plate was ridiculous. The pho was decent as well. Coworker like how the broth was not too salty, it was quite light. The noodles were too sticky, they were sticking together and not very smooth. The veggies were decently fresh. The loo was overall clean a little retro looking, and the toilet was slightly weaker than your average common house toilet.
