I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

Before starting, I spoke directly with the owner, Ms. Mason, who assured me everything would be handled professionally and delivered in white bags or clean, see-through bags. That is NOT what happened. When I met the delivery driver and casually mentioned that I am Jewish, his entire demeanor changed. The attitude was immediate, uncomfortable, and unmistakable. I have never experienced antisemitism in San Diego before this. Then came the delivery. My laundry arrived:    *   DIRTY    *   Stuffed into BLACK TRASH BAGS    *   4 items MISSING    *   1 shirt COMPLETELY DESTROYED Let me be very clear: This was not a mistake. One of them saw me struggling with grass stains on my son's Jean's, she offered to help put some stain remover product, and was really nice about it. Never have had any issues here.
