Finally a good boba place near my house sweet lord. I hate having to drive to north ridge and sgv is so far from the world tbh. Their boba is really good and I'm very picky with boba. Stopped at Quickly because sister wanted boba and it's right by her school. I wouldn't buy boba anywhere except from Boba My Tea in Northridge but after trying this place, I might make an exception once in a while. After all it's really clean, friendly service, spacious and it tastes good. It was empty on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm. I ordered the usual almond milk tea w/o boba, and my gf got the honey milk tea with boba. We got a free size upgrade due to our first check in here (yay!) the guy at counter was nice, and made our order fast. The tea was delicious , and my gf said hers was "strong". Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was 4 people inside. The location is pretty spacious and clean. There were many Tables, but for some reason the chairs were on top of most of the tables so I wasn't able to sit there. Parking lot is tiny, so good luck finding a spot when all the stores are open. I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea with honey boba, and it was pretty underwhelming. I think they have food here, but I did not see food options on their menu behind the counter. Who can not resist a pineapple slushie?? I can't. My office is 3 minutes away and me and my co-workers love to come here on our lunch break. So far I have tried their pineapple slushie and watermelon with boba slushie, pineapple still my favorite. Their boba is sweeter than at other places. Only down parts is that parking is tight and very limited. If I don't see a parking spot I drive somewhere else to have lunch. Also there is normally 1 person working around lunch time and we tend to order 4 items to go, it takes a while to get the order. But when we do, yum city. It's really good. The gentlemen substituted real milk for creamer for free and even did it after he started, poured out the creamer and started all iver. That is what I call true customer service. I'm always here like every other night! The decor is simple and very clean. The staff are really nice and friendly! The menu is easy to read and their prices are very very reasonable compared to other places! I just love their milk tea with milk or taro custard pudding in it. The only place that serves taro pudding in a drink in sfv! They also have some snacks like popcorn chicken, fried, squid balls and fish balls for you to munch on. This is probably one of the closest legit boba shops to us (we live in Thousand Oaks). My husband who is not a huge boba person loves their teas. It's not too sweet and the honey boba is just right. He says it reminds him of boba in the SGV, which means a lot. I like getting their passion fruit green tea with boba, and he flies off the seat of his pants. They have some good snacks too; the crispy chicken to me is so-so, the squid balls were the better choice. Wish there were more options like the SGV, but I'm just happy to not have to go all the way down to get me some boba. read more

This place is very clean and neat. Sometimes you have to wait long to get your order taken. I think this is because they do not have a good ticketing system. I might be wrong, just an observation. So person at cashier takes customer's order, a ticket prints out then he physically goes to kitchen to hand it to kitchen staff. If it's a boba, he makes it on his own. If there's a long line, he takes every one's orders first then start making them after the line ends. Usually, wait time for your order is 5 mins. Longest I have waited is 15 mins. That only happened once though. I do not mind waiting as like I said, store is tidy and staff is nice to me, always smiling and accommodating. I would give them 4 stars for the wait but since they're very nice, I'll add back one more star. Parking just sucks because it's always full, but it's worth the boba. read more
