Terrible food, service, everything. Me and my girlfriend ordered here because we thought it'd be like tapioca express. Super wrong, I ordered the asada fries cause I haven't had anything like that in while and my girlfriend ordered a chicken combo w/ passion fruit slush. The chicken combo was super bland and dry, and didnt remotely taste anything of east asian cuisine. The asada fries we thought were better, but after awhile we got upset stomachs. The passion fruit slush had chunks of ice and after drinking it awhile was just watered down chunks of ice with no flavor. We didnt even finish our food or drink due to how bad they were. Super slow service as well. Never ever coming here again. Side note - while we were waiting for our food, a homeless man came in with no mask. He then puts on his mask already standing in the restaurant, and walks around. He then receives a boba milk tea without prior interaction with the cashier and leaves. It's great if you want to help the homeless in these times, but putting your other customers at risk during a pandemic should not be a priority over customers already in the store waiting for their order. This place is good, convenient, and clean. 1) You can't complain about the price 2) There is plenty of room to sit around / kill time at 3) No frills service... they'll give you your food quickly (as in their store name) and it wont be up to par to a Cha4Tea or a Tenren/Teastation whatever, but its super cheap and tastes good 4) Theyre open late up until midnight (their hours vary and flex around) and it a good place to stop at. 5) If I was in high school still, I'd be all up in this place! I was quite bummed when Honeybee Bakery closed down, but when I saw that a Quickly was opening up ... boba! I am a fan of Quickly's cheap but decent milk tea, so I have been eagerly awaiting for Quickly's to open. I finally was able to visit Quickly's today despite having already tried their honey green tea a few weeks ago. They have three new specials that they are advertising (I think business has been slower since they opened hence the specials): $0.99 for milk tea, jasmine green tea or green apple slush. Since they took up the space of two previous stores, Quickly's is pretty gigantic. There's a lot of open space in between the chairs and tables against the wall on the left and the cashier's table on the right. They could probably include a few more tables in that open space. Anyway, there's food and drinks here. They even have breakfast from 7-11. If you order an entree from 11 to 2:30, you can get a free drink. Their drink menu is a bit expensive for the quality, but do take advantage of their specials! I got a large boba milk tea and a large jasmine green tea for $2.12. The milk tea was pretty good, but not on par with drinks from Half and Half, AU, etc. With the added $0.60 for boba in that $1 special, a drink would be around $1.60. The jasmine green tea tasted more like honey green tea, but overly sweet. One of the teachers at my work brought in drinks and I tried their green tea. I just tasted a lot of syrup. It was good, but too much sugar for my liking. Their milk tea is decent (has some mocha taste), but a little too sweet still. Boba is good - wanted to get mini boba, but it was sold out. tl;dr good specials. Come here if you want fast and decent boba. Tea quality is okay, but drinks usually run on the sweeter side. COVID-19 related review I didn't have any issues with the food I ordered, so this review isn't about the food or drinks. I was waiting for my order when I saw one of the chefs walking out of the kitchen into the drink preparation area without a mask. He then stayed there for a while and continued to talk to the cashier (maybe owner?), who was wearing a mask, at the register. He walked back and forth from the kitchen to the drinks area before finally leaving as his shift had ended. Before he left the store, he pulled out a mask from his pocket and put it on, so he clearly had one ready and is willing to put it on. I'm baffled as to how this behavior is allowed during this time when COVID is at an all time high. Needless to say, I won't be returning during the pandemic since health regulations are clearly not strictly enforced. read more

I've been a regular of this place for more than a year every weekend, service was really good until this Monday I encountered a guy I've never met on weekends and his service is rude and horrible. He deliberately ignored me when I tried to order at the counter, when I told him I'd like to order, he pointed at the ordering machine n said he's busy. I've been there so many times I told him that machine does not take order of 0% sugar n that's why I want to order at the counter, then he said it does, so I tried the machine again and told him that it doesn't, then he said just order from the machine and tell him to do 0% sugar later. What the hack?! If you're looking for popcorn chicken, fries, or any sort of fried food for a great price come here. Their fried chicken, two fries, and 2 boba milk teas came out to around $16. Their popcorn chicken taste like any other boba shop around, but way cheaper. They give so much in every order it's enough for 2-3 people! The boba milk tea is good, pretty sweet. I always get the Small Green Tea with extra sweet while my husband get the Small Milk Tea (No Boba). The BBQ fries, pork bone porridge, fish fillet porridge, and popcorn chicken are delicious there. I'm happy there's a Quickly's in this area! Their drinks are good and the interior is way cleaner and better than the ones in El Monte or Rosemead. Occasionally they have $1 deals. I was able to get a champagne grape slush for $1. Downside is the staff's crummy attitudes; they act like you're bothering them when you come in. At most you can get a fake smile. i'm surprised they're already like this when they've been open just less than a year.. Although this location is convenient, I don't come to this location as often as i would like to due to the moodiness of the staff. I'm still confused about the stamp cards (Buy 10 drinks, get 1 free). The cashier here claimed that I cannot use stamp cards from other locations to obtain my free drink here. This scares me because I get stamps from other locations and I've been able to claim my stamps from both this location and others on the same card. The Irwindale location told me that as long as the card design is the same, you can get stamps from any location and still redeem the free drink anywhere. Okay, I feel really bad that I said they were slow & inefficient in my tip, but they ARE! Decided to give them 4 stars after receiving my $3.99 Popcorn Chicken Rice.. (see photo) it comes with broccoli, tea egg, white rice with taiwanese minced pork on top along with tasty popcorn chicken. My Honey Green Tea was also perfect. Not too sweet, not too plain. I would definitely come here as I work only down the st. I've came here for drinks few times and haven't had a lot of problems. Just forgot the boba from time to time. Thats the only issue I've had at this place. Its quick fast and on the go.
