Love the food but good luck trying to phone in an order. On multiple occasions, I've tried to order dinner from my work and have it ready to pick up when I got there. My office is literally 20 minutes away so timing would be perfect. The problem is that they never answer their phone and I'm stuck listening to their HORRENDOUS hold music. When I arrive, with my cell phone still holding, there is NO-ONE taking orders on the phone. I don't know if it's lazy kids or a faulty phone system but it needs to be corrected. Every time that I bring up the lack of phone service, they claim to be busy. Came after work on a Friday. It was very busy and I saw many to go orders and bags on the counter. Service is not consistent. The girl who brought me my food asked another diner behind me if everything was ok but she never bothered to check in with me. Understandably it's busy but you still need to treat everybody the same. Parking lot is small and they are doing construction around here. I first entered from the back of the restaurant and was blocked in from going to the front. The sustainable salmon bowl was pretty good, came with a nice pesto on top and a pretty decent size piece of salmon and the rice was tasty. The burger was really good, i liked the pickled veggies on top and the avocado was perfectly ripened and they didnt skimp on it and the veggie patty itself was very good and thick. I have tried the Spicy Thai Chicken Curry, Meiling's Chinese Salad, Lechon Cubano (my friend devoured this and she usually eats like a bird), Peruvian Saltado which I like better than any Peruvian restaurant I have been to thus far. Every super bowl was indeed super! You may have your dish over white rice, ancient grains or raw greens. I ask them for a little of each! I had one of the vegan bowls and my friend had a vegan burger and french fries. If this restaurant is going to cater towards vegans, they should at least train their employees on what it means when people ask if the french fries are vegan. My friend asked today and the guy working the counter said yes, then my friend asked him, do you guys cook any of the other food in that oil? he had to go back into the kitchen to find out. Luckily the fries were vegan so we ended up ordering them. Food seems fresh, it is not very flavorful. It felt like a greener chipotle.
