Purchased a car here on 10-6-16 through their internet sales and dealt with Aaron. Made it an easy no hassle process and I even recommended a friend who also purchased and was very satisfied. Unfortunately on 11-20-16 the car was totaled and I had to obtain some documents to provide to the GAP insurance which I purchased from them. It took 2 visits and several phone calls to get this accomplished. Both the people in finance I had to deal with were snooty and made me feel like I was bothering them or they didn't have time for me. Bunch of phonies treat you nice when they take your money but don't want to bother with you when you need their assistance. Raceway Nissan was great and the sales team was genuinely interested in getting me into a vehicle that was within my budget. I went around to 5 dealers and only 2 assessed my needs, explained the features and took me on a test drive. Raceway took the time with me I expected and didn't rush me into a decision I would have regretted. Once my credit was ran they were transparent with the numbers and got me to the payment I was looking for... I am truly pleased with the entire sales process. This is my first one star review ever. Never deal with Raceway especially sales management. I called the day before for no haggle lease for Internet advertised SUV. The associate I spoke to said come on in we'll have the car ready as I came all the way from Irvine on train/bike and test drive the SUV. When I wanted the vehicle the sales manager showed up and said they could not honor the advertised deal. I was upset because I lost most of the day getting there and planned on driving the vehicle back since I had no transportation. I demanded they at least give me a ride back home for their tremendous miscommunication false advertising the sales manager refused. I went to Raceway Nissan and had Jerome Porter in the service department help me out with my Rogue. Jerome was great! I felt he was very honest and was looking out for my best interests. Rather than pushing for all the work to be done now, he advised me to handle the item (right axle replacement) that was most pressing and made the bill much, much more palatable. We parked and looked at the truck and walked the lot looking at SUVs for 30 minutes while the sales staff watched and never came to ask if we need any help. Had a pretty painless experience buying a used car from here. My fiance and I walked in and were greeted by Marlon - great guy! Wasn't pushy or anything, personable, friendly, and made the process as painless as possible. Unfortunately, their finance department is a bit of a mess. Don't get me wrong - they got us a good deal and even called after the fact with a lower rate, term and monthly payments! They are just a bit unorganized and VERY hard to get a hold of. Bought my 2016 370z here. Got here at 8.40 am after work. Me and my husband work graveyard shift. Signed the contract around 2.30pm. Traded in my 2009 civic for $2k with roughly 119,000 miles in it with pretty bad sun damaged paint and dents. Abraham drove us to pick up my civic's pink slip. On the way back he found out that the car i bought was not at the dealer in west covina. The pick up guy called him and said the car is not there.... i dont know how many times he said "the car will be here in 45 minutes" since noon when we were reviewing contacts. So they sold the car that i just bought and they had to look for another one. They were trying to get me into buying the automatic coz it was harder to find the one with stick shift. Nice try but i didn't care. I wanted stick shift and they better find it. 5 pm me and my husband were exhausted, starving, with no sleep. And my 370z has not arrived yet. They said they found another car in Palm Spring and they're picking it up. I was tired hearing the "will be here in 45 minutes" crap. So I asked if its possible for this guy to drive from west covina to palm spring then to this place in 45 mins During traffic hours. Abraham let us go home with my civic and said he would drop off my new car to my apt. I told him to give me some good deal for this mess. He dropped off my new car around 8pm. We had to resign the contract on the trunk of my brand new 370z with cellphone flashlight, in the parking lot. Has this ever happened to anyone? Lol my monthly payment was $10 cheaper and Abraham promised me another full tank of gas and an extra oil change from himself. I already got my 2nd full tank of gas. I love my new car. Just didn't expect to be in that stupid mess to get it. Also when i went to get my 2nd full tank of gas, this guy with the beard ask for my key and he drove my car to the gas station. Me and my husband waited there. About 15mins later he came back just to ask his co workers.. "where do you guys go for gas?" Either he forgot where it was or they changed the gas station they used to go to, it is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!i was speechless. Don't make yourself look like a fool. First i'd like to share that if not ALL, MOST of the one star reviews here i personally experienced. Totally agree with John A. on 2017 I was there to pick up my serviced 2012 Maxima. Seeing as this maxima had been giving me problems for a while now I was suckered in to a "great deal" with sales man Martin. i asked for a BLACK 2017 NISSAN MAXIMA and they delivered a bordeaux black. Martin then continued with it was prettier than the black I requested. I did like it so i purchased it. Martin then continued to offer a second key and a spoiler. i received the key a month later but only because i drove back to Raceway Nissan to ask for it myself. The Spoiler?? Never heard from Martin again. Second, March 2019 for many unfortunate reasons i had to give up my Maxima. i delivered it to Raceway Nissan and handed the keys to the Financial Manager Victor Porras, he said there was nothing for me to sign. However, he did not direct me in any direction as to what i had to do next. so days later I called raceway to speak to Victor, sadly at that moment I had forgotten the name of the man i turned in my keys to and was received by a very rude, obnoxious, loud, sarcastic and just ugly man. This was the General Manager Tom Levin, not being very good at describing the man (victor) i turned my keys to, Tom with plenty of sarcasm and very much laughing about it said to let the bank know i turned in my keys to GUS... an imaginary employee. Yes i was at fault for not asking for a business card or any info. i admit that. but Tom was very unprofessional. I was driving towards Palm Springs from Los Angeles and my Altima started acting up. Searched on my mobile device and found Raceway Nissan. Their service department helped me out immediately and my car was back on the road within 2 hours. I usually take my vehicle to an independent mechanic near home but after this experience I'm gonna start taking my car into Raceway for service every time. I just trust the Nissan dealers more than an independent mechanic, at the least I'm getting OEM parts. So far my experience here has been good. I won't say it's been great but that's because there is always room for improvement. I come in and they get my car in and serviced. They tell me what my car needs but they don't pressure. I think my only issue here is their initial approach or contact with the customer. I think greeting a customer to make someone feel welcomed and just simple acknowledgement. There is no greeting per se you just kind of stand around until someone asks if you've been helped. Otherwise I like it here. The wait time is average on routine oil changes and/ or tire rotations. They do have a waiting area with TV and vending machines. My tire was leaking air so I stopped by for a drop in check up. I was fortunate enough to be after one other customer so the wait wasn't too bad. They took my car and lifted it up for an inspection, and later told me that I had ran over a nail. They marked the area and told me that i had to go somewhere else to get it repaired. The guy was nice enough to remind me that all I need is a repair and not a brand new tire, and that any local shop could fix it for no more than $20. Dishonest and unprofessional are the words I could describe their Service Department people. I took my 2013 Nissan Sentra in on 6/25/22, my car odometer was at 69K+ miles. Pedro attended me, I said I come here for P1A25 Recall and also asked him I need them to check a couple of my car problems: #1-my car lacks of power while driving uphill, #2-sometimes after a stop and started to drive, my car would jerk a little like 2 or 3 seconds, happened only sometimes and not always. Pedro said the problems may be the transmission and they would charge $75 to diagnoses the car problems, he gave me a service paper to sign which I did, but I overlooked to check the price, this was my careless. Then I waited in the lounge, about 1.5 hours later, Pedro came to me and said there're good and bad news, the good news is my car's transmission had issue and need to be replaced with a new transmission, Nissan USA would cover the cost, however the bad news is my car would be there to get the trasmssion replaced until Tuesday 6/28 end of day because it's NOT DRIVABLE, they don't have a car can lend to me, and so I had to contact a friend come to pick me home, I did ask Pedro what about the P1A25 Recall, he said that was done, already been reprogramming. While I was waiting for my friend in the lounge, 20 minutes later, Pedro came to me again, this time he said Nissan USA called him, said they will not cover the transmission cost, Pedro said I will have to pay for the transmission cost, my car is NOT DRIVABLE at all, I don't agree to that because I came here with my car for Recall Service and to diagnoses the two problems, I didn't expect whatever they did that causes my car became NOT DRIVABLE. Pedro went back out and say to see what he can do, he came back and this time brought a Manager, Marcus is the Manager talked to me, Marcus was very unprofessional, strongly said that my car is NOT DRIVABLE, they will not cover the cost and I don't have the extended warranty plan anymore, I will have to pay for it, if I can't pay, the only option I have is I will need to have my car towed away, he also mentioned that I have not been their customer since 2016 and he cannot help with with anything, I said sometimes depend on location distance, I took my car to Temecula Nissan or somewhere else, he said that has nothing to do with him, he said I am not the original car owner, I said I am the original car owner all the years, he asked how come it showed different last name on the paper, I said I got divorced and changed my last name now. Back to the car issue, I asked Marcus, is the car engine can be started, he said probably yes, I said I want to see my car! So we went back out to the service site/counter, I told Pedro I wanted to see my car, he then had someone to drive my car out, it was then I know my car can still be driven, not like what they said NOT DRIVABLE, and not like what Pedro said, the car is jerking, not drivable at all (my car was NEVER jerking all the time), Then Pedro said my car condition now is still the same as before I come to Raceway Nissan. Well it's not like what they said earlier cannot be driven and must get towed if I don't pay the trasmission cost. Pedro quote me a transmission replacement cost at $4K+, I said I cannot afford it, I told him I will pay the $75 diagnoses charge and take my car back, at that time Pedro said the diagnoses charge is $170, I said I was told $75, he said he never said it's $75, I then looked at the service paper which I have signed earlier, it's stated $170 estimate, on this I cannot argue with him because I overlooked to check the charge before I sign the paper. I asked Pedro again on the P1A25 Recall, he then said it hasn't been done yet (so he was lying earlier he said the recall has done but actually not done yet), he said I will need to wait for another 45 mintues if I want to let them to perform the Recall service, I said no, I would rather leave. So I paid the $170 and left. This dealership's service department is very dishonest and unprofession, not reliable, cannot be trusted. read more

My older cars i do myself but the 3rd gen cvt needs a computer and special equiptment to service. Its expensive. $400 Drove in to the bay and waited... about 1 or 2 minutes .. no one approached so i got out and approached the advisor.. mmm maybe 30 seconds then they finally greeted me. Just a "be right with you "would be fine..advisor said 2 services availabe and gave me the choice. $199 drain and fill(not in the factory manual) and $399 fluid exchange. I chose the correct one for 399, because I wanted it done right. So I waited and they finished quickly within two hours, which going by the factory manual I figured I would be waiting longer as it's a very technical process with the computer. so, got my car and drove home. Of course after inspecting their work I was not happy because the drain hole that they put the pump to drain and push the fluids in was not even touched. Servicing the transmission is it three-step process with the computer. Also, there was still a lot of fluid on the underside of the car, obviously they did the shortcut just unhooking A return line and drain the fluid that way which is not the correct way. It might be OK, but that's not what I was paying for, I could have done that myself. Since they did not do it correctly, I should have chosen the cheaper option. The part that I ordered 11 months ago was still there ha ha so I pick that up and they still never called me to come pick it up or that it was there waiting for me. maybe all dealerships are that way, ignoring you for a while and then greeting you, but I do not appreciate it, there is nothing wrong with waiting until they have time for you but don't just leave customers standing there read more

Bought a 07 White Tundra for 13k! Really cools guys to buy a car from. Saw this white tundra for 13k over the weekend, went the next Monday and they hike up the price to 14k, when I mentioned the increase the honored the 13k. Showed up at 8pm on a Tuesday and they guys were super cool. They even topped the truck with a full tank of gas and cleaned it up real good. Raceway Nissan is full of Salespersons (Jose A.), Managers (Pete and Ryan), Finance Reps (Ricardo), and Service Techs (Ambrose and Sam), who could care less about the customer needs . I have continued to have nothing but problems with this establishment since my purchase on November 20, 2020. To recap, the first defective item went out four days after the initial purchase (Lane Departure Cameras), and there has been a total of 5 issues and/or defective items. The most recent is the Strut Insulation Mounts (6,000 miles). I was not told that certain items were optional, and I was lied to about the amount that was offered on the warranty. I was told that it was 5/75, when in fact it was only 3/36, and they charged me almost $2500. Let me say this, the car was purchased brand new, with 6 miles on it! Ryan DiMaria is the manager (in March 2021), that was brought in to "clean up the mess." His words not mine. He's just as bad as the rest. I have text message communication where he offered all of these apologies and incentives for my inconvenience, and he was not a man of his word either. I've since had to escalate my issues to Nissan Corp of America. I had an appointment scheduled today (06/24/2021), with a Service Tech directly from Corp., Well, Felipe (Mgr), told me the Tech had never showed up when the whole time, he was there waiting for me. Well, after waiting an hour and a half, and reaching out to Nissan Corp., someone finally returned my call and informed me that the Tech had in fact been there and waited 30 minutes and left. I have to schedule another appointment, which means the vehicle is still not repaired. This is by far, the worst company that I have dealt with. First off I love my car buttttttt I have to agree with most people reviewing that they add unnecessary fees and they LIE about the service agreements just to get you to get them. My mistake for falling for it. They offered the gap and service agreement for an additional amount and it would lower the interest if I did. The only reason I went ahead with it was that they said I could take my car to any Nissan for Maintenance. This is not true. I have tried multiple Nissans to get service for my car with the contract in hand and always turned away. So I have to make the hour + drive to get a stupid oil change. The other thing included was warranty for my tires which I specifically asked what about if I run over something they said yes they will take care and plug the tire, LIE. that very thing happened and I called to set up an appt to get my tired fixed and no sorry we don't do that inky if it's a manufacturer defect. I'm sorry I love my car but that dealership is a crook and liar. Go elsewhere. read more
