probably the best dealership experience ive ever had. I purchased a 2005 nissan titan se new from Raceway and I can happily say that I have over 150,000 miles on it. This truck has been great and has never let me down, it has also been the longest lasting most reliable vehicle ive ever purchased. The sales team was great, I got to meet the manager during the closing process and everyone was all smiles and easy to work with. the service writer was also great, I went in a few times for oil changes and warranty items and always had my truck done on time. Very aggressive sellers and they are only in it for commission and not to help anyone out (knowing features). Never again! I Purchased my car here, and have been taking it here for maintenance the whole time. They generally don't try and upsell me on maintenance and have good deals on oil changes, otherwise I would avoid the dealer for maintenance because the maintenance people are obviously sales people who are on commission. They tried to tell me I needed about $3000 worth of work. I took it to a mechanic who I've been using for my other car for the last 10 years and he said most of it was unnecessary and I would be paying for absolutely nothing. I wouldn't fault them if they suggested one or two items here or there but $3000 is just greedy and ridiculous. I gave them the extra star because they often have good deals on oil changes and the employees are overall courteous, they're just trained to scam the average person who isn't really knowledgable about cars out of their money. read more

I honestly can't even give the place a single star but am forced so I can post this review... Just a heads up for future buyers at the Raceway Nissan off the 60 Freeway in Sycamore Canyon Riverside. This is by far the WORST dealer I have EVER been to. The customer service is complete trash and no one ever returns my call especially the Finance Managers ( Ricardo Aguilera and Hector Garcia) along with General Sales Manager whom claimed was the General Manager (Gus) I honestly regret even getting my vehicle here due to this completely unacceptable and inconsiderate staff they have here. I recently re-financed my vehicle and wanted to cancel the extended warranty I had through the companies provider and the Finance Manager couldn't even tell me how much I was getting returned. I call and it's goes to voicemail EVERY TIME. On top of all of that they don't even return any calls AT ALL. So I called again today and of course the Finance Manager doesn't answer and my call goes to voicemail so I ask for the General Manager and all the guy does is forward my call to a voicemail AGAIN!! I hang up and call again and than the operator does the same damn thing!! Completely unacceptable and very immature way to help your customers. I hope anyone who is considering getting a vehicle from this location honestly reconsiders as the whole Management and Customer Service is a complete joke with no sense of urgency. I usually don't complain or write reviews at all but this has to be said and be known about this place and to future buyers please be advised when going over there and dealing with this TERRIBLE dealership. Do not do business with Raceway Nissan! They called me about getting a car and that they worked so hard on getting it for us. Everything was great the bank was working with us. All of a sudden 3 weeks later the repo guy shows up saying the bank fell through. I've been in contact with the bank and everything was good not once did they say the deal fell through. They definitely got a lawsuit coming. Also they just put the check for the down payment through the day before they repoed the car. Why are they putting the check through if the bank fell through. Funny how they come get the car when the bank is closed for the holiday. Ricardo the finance manager Is shady as hell dont do business with him especially. He will lie to the bank about how much you pay for rent why? Idk he's shady and a crook! And won't send the bank any documents they need that you have given them!Don't do business with these crooks. They are liars and will make you think the deal is all good! Beware! You will be better off staying far away from this place. Even the manager is a liar! Like other reviewers I answered an ad online for a truck listed at a great price. I spoke to Pete numerous times and we discussed the truck's purchase price and what rebates were and weren't included based on financing scenarios. I called him back to say I was making the hour long commute to purchase his truck only to fine that there would be an additional $2300 in "dealer add-ons". He said all dealerships do this and that I could call around. Of course he added that he hated to see me miss out on such a great price and that when they subtract $2300 from MSRP but then add $2300 back in add ons the dealership is still losing money. WTF? Shady. They are also associated with Pedder Nissan and one other Nissan dealship. Do your homework. Ask "DO YOU HAVE DEALER ADD-ONS?" Come to find out most of them do but it was bad to add them after 6 previous phone calls always concerning the sales price of the truck. I'm writing this for my parents; who bought their 2015 Nissan Rogue on Dec 1st, the very next day the tire light came on, my mom brought it back right away she waited over 3 hours in the service dept for them to tell her she had a screw in it, and they didn't have a tire for her the guy said it would be ready that same Thursday (2 days later), they never called and it's been 3 weeks!!!! My parents are so fed up with them they call every couple of days to check status, they have given feedback about the service dept but that just isn't enough to let every know how irresponsible these people are, they aren't even showing any remorse for their actions. So, either this place does not know how to repair a vehicle or they just want to screw people over by saying something is broken when it is clearly not. When I came in the service engine light was on and they said that mice had bit part of the harness. Had a friend's dad who's a mechanic look at it. Within a minute they figured it was the sensors that was the problem. And they happened to have the spare part for my car. Car was driving smoothly and I figured it was an error that's why I had originally taken it to the dealership because I thought was a simple fix and the dealership needed to clear the issue. The part needed cost 200 to 250 and took 5 minutes to replace in the car. The dealership told me the cost was going to be 1400 dollars and excluding tax to replace the entire harness which would not have fixed the issue at all. read more

These folks are flat out scam artists. They signed up with AAA for a "sale" that AAA is holding with various dealers. The dealer agrees in advance to a price, in writing. When I got to the dealer, they tried to convince me that I had to pay an additional $2350 for an add-on "package" that wasn't listed in the original price. Fortunately, I've been around the block a time or two and wasn't having any of it. While I eventually got the car for the agreed upon price, it was an hour of having to put up with ever escalating used car sales tactics straight out of "Sleazy Joe's Used Car Sales" book! After calling on an add about a 2014 Nissan Versa, I spoke to Jean Paul (JP) he said yeah come on in and we will show you the car. After learning it sold yesterday as we were crunching numbers on the same kind of car that was double in price.. he lied to us again saying he would go to 14,000 and we found out in financing it was not near that number. Told to give them 10's on a survey or they wont receive credit for it and he would throw in something nice. I actually was dumb enough to do it thinking maybe we could get something, and we NEVER got anything. I ended up calling corporate office and now have a formal complaint. Then raceway emailed us several times about our experience since they heard we were upset, I emailed them back and of course, they had nothing to say. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Not trustworthy don't waste your time. I used true car and when this dealership sent me my offer it was an amazing price that said was guaranteed for 7 days. I quickly emailed back to confirm this was correct pricing and not a error. I got email back that yes this was the best price. I had also received another email from same dealership from different person but rate was higher. I again emailed and advised of email and that I would be driving an hour to get there so again questioning price. I was emailed back that must have been an automated email and the price she quoted was correct and gave me managers name. I drove down ready to buy with great down payment and excellent credit so should have have been smooth process. When I arrived I asked for manager who gave me to a salesman who asked me to send him the offers I received I explained the multiple emails and he said yes they would honor price. After I looked and test drove vehicle they asked for all my information to get process going than even though I had offer in writing and multiple times at that and the verbal that they would honor they came back that they would not honor price and the marketing person calculated discounts wrong. I'm very disappointed in the dealership I gave marketing plenty of times to relook and say at that time It was wrong and when I arrived and showed them quote they again had that opportunity to say not correct instead they waisted my time. It was a holiday so price they could offer was approx 5000 more and the average of what other dealerships were offering, I would not give my sale to a untrustworthy dealership .So I drove 20 min down the road and purchased my vehicle. I just bought a car here recently here and my experience left much to be desired. We spent 7 hours there, to start. We came to this dealer because we were looking for one that worked with Costco Auto-Program, we searched online and they immediately began soliciting by making many calls. They kept promising that they would work with this program but ended up not doing so, in fact they never even took my membership number even though I reminded them on site. I worked with Vanessa who was my salesperson and Christopher was her sales manager. Christopher was rude and seemed constantly annoyed by my questions even though they were all related to the contract and the paperwork they were giving me. They want to make a sale not actually help the customer. Christopher kept making promises to try and get us to sign a contract with them, when we finally accepted he tried going back on his promises and I had to argue with him as well as bring a witness who was with me when he was trying to rope us in. Almost as soon as we started talking they pressured me to allow them to run my credit; when I told them I didn't want to until I was sure I was making a purchase, since it lowers the score, they lied and said that running the score doesn't lower the credit #. When we finally got to sign the paperwork the financing department continously rushed me. They give no time to check over the paperwork, they rush you, and they don't answer straightforward questions. When we asked about the prices for the extended warranty they kept going in circles and didn't actually answer our direct questions. When trying to negotiate prices with them they are reluctant and even rude. Overall, this business has terrible customer service, they try to take advantage of the customer, and they're constantly going in circles being incredibly deceitful. I would not work with them again and would not recommend anyone else do so unless they're willing to put up with arguing with the salespeople so they're not taken advantage of. I brought my company NV 2500 van here because the check engine light came on. I have been getting the van serviced her and have spent thousands on service and repairs putting complete trust in them. They checked the light and came back with along list of thing that they claim needs to be address but they said the light is on because of the catalytic converter and the repair is over 2000. I have 85000 miles this should not happen but its just out of warrenty. My company denied the repair and I continued to drive with the check engine. I checked it agian and it was the fuel cap now the light is off and it cost me nothing to fix. I did get the belt changed and power steering serviced that they recomended but when I looked at the belt after the service it did not look new. I will never bring this van back they are not being honest in the service department. plus the idiots at the pay counter screwed me on my rewards. So you have liars and stupid people working in the service department not a good combination of people. This is not the only Nissan dealer I have an issue with as I have issues with Mossy Nissan seems to be a trend of liars in the world of Nissan. read more

I had to tell them they needed to be ordered. They need to snap into the floor. I drive there for nothing. As of today floor mats have not been ordered. The car is missing all of the tire plugs.
