Most of the time Raceway Nissan has treated us pretty well but after today, NEVER again. We took our vehicle in this morning for a routine oil change and some recommendations from the last time. I would just like to point out that we did have an appointment so it's not like they didn't know what we needed. After we pull our vehicle in the bay, a service advisor comes running out and starts writing up the ticket/work order or whatever it is called. After we get to his desk he basically asks us what we are there for, we then tell him why we were there. He basically tells us we need to go and wait in line at another service advisors desk because he is the advisor that handled our car the last because he would have more information on our car. Honestly, this does not make any sense. What if this advisor was on vacation, sick, quit or even fired? Would no one have "more information" on our car and we wouldn't be able to get the service we needed? This other advisor (I want to say his name is Marcos) is the only reason why I have 2 stars, one is the lowest I can give but he gets a +1 for at least being respectful. But wait there's more rudeness: We get the call that our car is ready (only 45 minutes later than the quoted time), we go to the cashier to pay. We stand under the sign that says Cashier or Pay Here (not too sure on exactly what the sign says) and the cashier person says, and I quote: "Why don't you come over here?". First thought is since we are a paying customer: "No, why don't you come to me?". She then asks us what name the car is under so we tell here and a few keystrokes later she tells us that nothing is showing up in their computer. We then move on to providing a phone number with the same result; not showing up. Now there is an awkward silence and odd looks like what are we still doing there. After several moments she looks down right in front of here at some papers laid out and says "Oh, there you are". She then tells us in kind of a degrading voice that our balance is over $1k. And???? Because we're not dressed like we are going to work in our law firm we can't pay? She then asks us if we have a rewards card and when we respond with NO, she rolls her eyes at us. For one, I guess I will praise Nissan in not trying to oversell because we never even knew they had a rewards card, and even then she didn't even try to sell us one. We still don't even know if they are sold or if it's just a free thing. Superb customer service ammiright? If after reading this, and you still think Raceway Nissan is your choice for service, let me offer some advice: 1. Find out about their rewards card. Obviously that will bring your balance from $1k to something their expert profilers think you can afford. 2. Dress in Armani. They obviously think they are a Maserati dealership 3. Call ahead and make sure your last service advisor is in office or still employed. If not, I guess you can't get any maintenance done. 4. Ask the cashier where s/he would like you to stand to pay to make their job easier. read more

I bought a new Leaf , being sold an assurance that I can charge at any "dealer" How convent it would be , sounded great ! Their are "Fast chargers" that will charge your car in 30 min! Or med charger that takes longer but still works. In reality the Dealers rarely hold up their side of the bargain... This dealer only has one med charger working ... It comes in pairs . The second charger hasn't worked in a year & they have no intention of fixing it I end up waiting for 2 to 4 hrs to charge ... Then must spend 2 hrs charging who has that kind of time ? Beware of their bull! I was told " o yah it will be fixed soon " Never gonna happen ! I will never buy a Nissan again , lies & false promises, they get your $ you sign a loan then you are screwed ! read more

Had a really bad experience recently. Will not be returning. Service was poor and ended up not leaving my car for maintenence after being ignored and waiting for over an hour to speak to the service advisor, even with an appointment. There is no point in scheduling one. It was worth the drive to Palm Springs Nissan where I was acknowledged and helped right as I arrived. Very unhappy with this dealer. I recently bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue which I was very happy with but not with the dealer. They added the price of an alarm that was installed. It was worth $2000 I had not noticed it until after I signed unfortunately. Don't waste your time here because they never mentioned it at all. When I asked for them to remove it they said they couldn't. But on the vehicle it says it's optional, therefore they can remove it. I can continue writing but I'd rather not waste my time. My only advice is for you to SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

I had got my oil changed from them back in October and when they was finished with my check up(rotation of tires, air pressure etc..)they told me that everything looked great and nothing needed to be fixed. Except for replacing the air filters. So, fast forward to last week 12/3/19 I told my car to another dealership and they told me that my brakes was down to 1meter almost to the rotors. So when I call raceway Nissan about how they told me nothing about my brakes back in October (they was in the red). They told me there was nothing they could do for me because the guy who took my car no longer worked they and they was not going to take responsibility for his wrongdoing. Worse experience ever buying a car. Took them almost a month to finance us. And sold us a LEMON. Opened up a case with Nissan Corporate office 2 weeks ago. They seem to call me a minute or two, before the end of business. When I call back, I always get a recording, even thou I have a direct line to the person handling my case. He never gets back to me. I've had my pathfinder for less than two years, and the transmission already took a shit. The trany, is only the latest thing to break. Recalls, engine mounts, and numerous other things. I feel very unsafe driving that vehicle. I'm seriously thinking of contacting a Lemon law attorney. read more

By far the worst dealership that I have visited. I decided to purchase a car there 2 years ago. I bought an extended warranty and maintenance plan for the vehicle at an additional charge. I was told that I was covered with anything that was not wear and tear related, so everything would be included, which means oil changes and maintenance would be covered. I get there today and they said that for my maintenance package, all I get is 4 oil changes. I called and spoke to Leo Linares and Ricardo Aguilera. They were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Once again they say" I can't speak on what other people have promised". Yet the person who told me this when they sold me the contract worked in the finance department. I WILL NEVER TRUST OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. Go to Temecula Nissan, Redlands Nissan or any other local Nissan dealership besides this one. Don't let them run your credit! This car dealership is dishonest and failed to negotiate the agreed upon price for a pickup truck. They advertised a crazy low price and so we called and verified that tax and license would be added to the advertised price. We went through hours of back and forth deal making because they wanted to add nitrogen filled tires and some other unnecessary things. They wanted us to finance the truck that night. We wanted to think it over. It has been a month or so now and yesterday my husband and I both received a letter from raceway stating that they processed a denial of credit. They reported a negative credit decision to all three credit agencies! How dare they? read more

my car needed to be taken to the dealership because it needed certain parts fixed from the dashboard. I asked them to fix my windows because they were drifting down too slow and then I asked them to fix other issues my car has.And then they said " it was under the warranty" later that morning I went to the dealership and there was two men that work there and one of them was extremely rude towards me then they proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to bring my car in the dealership since August but they never called me that month neither did they call the other months before and then one of the guys told me that the parts weren't in the dealership anymore then they started charging me for unnecessary things that I didn't ask for neither did they tell me about.And then they didn't fix the things that they told me they were going to fix. And now they don't wanna give me my car back until I pay them $400 for something I didn't ask for to change And then they told me everything was gonna be under the warranty. And then one of the other men that works there told me that they did have my parts so they ended up lying to me the whole time and now I feel like I'm getting scammed and now if I'm gonna get my car back i have to pay them $400 and also later that day my husband called and they said that everything was good but when I went up to them they started treating me like I was some stupid human being know I don't know if they were being misogynistic or they were just scared of my husband there's no answer to that.And I still don't have my FUCKING car back. read more

I was also trading a car in and helped finance me so I had a reasonable payment and 4 hours later I walked out of there with a brand New Nissan Juke. They car is awesome, it comes with built in Blue-tooth, great mileage when it comes to the freeway and great on gas, and free oil changes. Very bad Management Jerry Becerra was a good salesman and helped us find exactly what we wanted and needed. Left that same day with a 2016 Nissan Frontier. But there management is horrible Finance manager Ricardo Aguilar and General store manager Leonel Linares were not helpful. We came back to cancel Gap Insurance and Warranty and made it a nightmare charged $600 for a security alarm which the truck was supposed to have aleady installed and could have paid $75. The management kept repeating they didnt know how to help us! I went to Raceway Nisssn last night. I went through AAA and they referred me to Raceway because I was told they have a contract with them and that I would get a better deal. When I get there they already want me going for a test drive. I specifically said that I wanted to see how much I can trade in my car for first. Of course they don't want to so I play along with them and go for a test drive. We come back and they break out the paperwork. Them come the pricing. They kept saying that "realistically" my price was going to be this and that. I kept saying no and I had mentioned to them that I didn't want to finance through them and that I was going to go through my bank because I already had an approval from my CU. Then they want to try to beat my banks APR and so I was going to let them run it, but like I said, they keep giving me a high number for a monthly payment and I said no and to not run my credit because obviously we're aren't going to come to a payment agreement. Then comes the Manager...puts numbers on the paper. First number he writes down is the MSRP. In my head I'm thinking.... um, I'm going through AAA... whats the discount?" They just wanted me to finance with them, then they tried talking to me about leasing. Nope. Dont want any of that. I guess my monthly payment I wanted to have was "unrealistic " to them, but my unrealistic payment wouldn't have been through them, ...it would have been through my CU. Little did they know I had a check in my purse ready for me to hand over to them from my CU... their loss. On to the next dealership! read more

This is the worst dealership I have ever walked into extremely unprofessional completely ignore customers because they are much to content in sitting at the front desk in groups chatting. I have now had my car with them for 3 years and I bought the extended warranty and twice they scheduled my maintenance on days they are closed and couldn't get me in on MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! The finance managers are a joke as well they make you feel bullied and try to get you into the highest rate possible, I don't know who is running this business or how it is staying open but it is the worse experience I have ever had with buying a car I would never return and I have warned all family and friends to stay away! I went in to get an oil change and I told the gentleman I have an hour. He informed me he can get it out to be without a carwash. I said sure, my car just h as d a wash last week. In my surprised my car was done in 40 minutes. Wow, that was the fastest I ever got my service done ay a dealership. The only thing I want to comment is the waiting area does not have portable charging station that has usb cord already. Yes, there is a charging area but customers hace to provide their on charger. I think I'm just spoiled at Toyota's dealership because they provide so much more. read more

probably the best dealership experience ive ever had. I purchased a 2005 nissan titan se new from Raceway and I can happily say that I have over 150,000 miles on it. This truck has been great and has never let me down, it has also been the longest lasting most reliable vehicle ive ever purchased. The sales team was great, I got to meet the manager during the closing process and everyone was all smiles and easy to work with. the service writer was also great, I went in a few times for oil changes and warranty items and always had my truck done on time.
