This place is a joke! If I could give them a negative star, I would because this place doesn't even deserve a one star review. My mother and I came here to get an oil change and while I can say that her service advisor, Marcos, was sweet and attentive, my service advisor, Javier, was the total opposite! Marcos offered my mom a car wash and I thought "wow that's cool let me ask Javier". So I did and he flat out told me "No". I just thought "wow he's not even kidding". On top of that, I was asking my mom a question about if I should get a particular service done, and Javier makes this stupid ass comment "Am I talking to the right person here?" As in, should he be talking to my mother instead. Oh hell no! I then told him "this is my car and I'm paying you with my money. So yes, you're talking to the right person". Just poor customer service since I stepped out of my car. Javier is very arrogant and condescending and I will NEVER EVER come back to this Nissan because of him. To top it off, I went walking around to tour the different cars while I was waiting for my vehicle and there were NO sales people present. All you heard were crickets it was so quiet. I walked through the whole dealership and not once did any sales person make an appearance. So not only will I never come here for service, I will not recommend this place to buy a car. People don't even have the decency to do their job! At the end of the day, If any of you are even thinking about coming to Raceway Nissan for ANYTHING, then DON'T!!! I was quoted 14.95 for an oil change the day before and the service guy (Chito) would not honor that. It took me calling around to find someone to help me try and find the very nice and helpful service woman (Vanessa) who had helped me on the Saturday before my appointment. As it turned out she was not working but the girl on the line helped me to get the name of the service manager to let him know what had happened. Finally I was directed to service manager Greg, when I asked if I could speak with him he replied "Is this going to be quick, I'm in a meeting?" I explained the situation and he first tried to convince me that Chito was giving me a deal by honoring an expired coupon including a tire rotation; I get FREE rotation at Costco and didn't need one since I had recently had it done. He then informed Chito to honor the price. So basically the headache and aggravation to get my original quoted price was not worth it. I had gone there for an airbag recall and Vanessa was attempting to win me back as a customer since I usually take my car to Pep Boys for services in Moval, and get great service without any runaround car dealer BS. I had let this go and was moving forward but not before getting an email from Greg asking me to change my last review as it did not reflect an accurate account of what happened. So this was my experience at Raceway Nissan, and even though it is walking distance from my house, I will most likely never go there for services of any kind. Terrible customer service. I had an appointment in which I called to get re-schedule and it was just impossible to get a hold of someone in the service department. The first time I called was the front desk and as I'm telling her that I need to re-schedule I randomly get hung up on as I'm talking. Second time I call she says that she accidentally pressed the wrong button, which I can understand and didn't make a big deal out of. She tells me that she's going to transfer me to the service department in which no one answered and then turns out their voice mail box is full and I can't leave a message. So I called a third time to let her know that I can't get through to them so she tells me she's going to try for herself and puts me on hold. After a couple mins of being on hold she picks up greeting me and I tell her that I'm still holding for her to try getting a hold of the Service department in which she laughed and said that she forgot because she had to answer another call! Then she just transferred me back to their extension after I had already said that they are not answering and their voice mail box is full and considering she said she would call for herself which obviously she didn't do because she only just transferred me again. Why is it so difficult just to get a hold of someone who can help me re-schedule my appointment? This isn't the first time I experience bad customer service with these guys. I went in on August 3, 2016 to purchase a car with a trade-in in hand. Was there for 4 hours, I came out with a 2016 pathfinder in place of my 2015 Altima. I got a letter in the mail on August 10, 2016 dated August 8, 2016 that I had to take the car back. I called and I couldn't get a straight answer, except that they want me to go back tomorrow. I go back in on August 11, 2016 at about 4:30 p.m. and come to find out my contract has been modified. MY INTEREST, MONTHLY, CAR PRICE HAD INCREASED!!! What a deal breaker!!!! I have a classic rare imported 1986 Nissan 300ZR. I figured I would bring it to the dealership to get an oil change because I felt I could trust a dealer much more then a regular shop. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn't get my car back until almost 3pm. But this didn't bother me as much as one of the service technicians attempting to peel off a authentic JDM car inspection sticker off the front windshield!? This sticker was part of the authenticity aspect of my car and I could clearly see someone attempted to chisel away at the sticker with a flat head screwdriver. They couldn't remove it so they just left it hanging half peeled off and chiseled away at the edges. This is not something that could be replaced and all the service writer said to me over the phone was "oh no I'm sorry." I will never bring my car to this dealer again. Horrible experience from a dealer who employees are either inadequately trained or just general do not care about the customer. What possessed the individual to chisel away at my front windshield still baffles me?! read more

Worse Customer Service I've ever experience!!!! If you guys ever call their call center please avoid "ASHLEY"....short story my car was in their facility at Raceway Nissan in Riverside by canyon springs, I was going to turn in a rental vehicle that they provided from Enterprise, I got to the dealership at like 5pm the guy who helped me was Marcos Estrada, I go in and he said he needed the receipt of the Enterprise first in order to get my vehicle I wasn't aware as for Marcos wasn't a good customer service rep.he left details out prior to this incident, If you want and need details don't go to Marcos he will forget to mention important things that you need to do, anyways he said go to them turn in the car and get the receipt they have a shuttle to bring you back. He seen I was going to come back yet he left and was no help at all either, just like Ashley. Enterprise was very busy at that time and when we get there the shuttle was full. But honestly they were very very helpful and tried to get me a shuttle as fast as they could. I look at the time and its almost 6pm I call, somehow it wasn't the Riverside location the call went through it was a call center in Temecula "ASHLEY" answers and I asked to speak to Marcos she transfers the call and I get voicemail. I call again she answered again and I asked to speak to a manager because I'm on my way to get my car and I know they close at 6pm but I was trying to explain the situation to her. She said, " There's no manager available, you have to respect our hours its from 9am to 6pm your going to have to wait to get your car in the morning." I was shocked as per there's always a manager on duty and she was no help. I told her I just turned in the rental I have no car I need my car. She said, "Well you have a remaining balance of $1,200 and there's nothing I can help you with because everyone left no one else can release your car because service is the only people that can do that and no one else knows how to do that, so respect our hours, you should've got your vehicle earlier." I was furious. I work in customer service myself, and by far this girls skills are TERRIBLE. She basically has no skill in customer service but yet works in a call center where you need to help people. That's hilarious to me. There's more she said but I already wrote to much and the point is that they dont care for customers like me. I get to Raceway and asked for a manger. Danny was the ONLY person that helped me and he apolized for everything that Ashley had said and was the ONLY person that was able to help me and I was able to give me back my car. And because of Danny the assistant manager is the only reason why they get one star from me. When you guys go there be aware that they will not help you leave details out, and have rude people answer the phone. Like "ASHLEY." This is the worst dealer I have ever been too. The three people I dealt with should not be working there unless upper management, all the way up to the owner, encourage such unprofessional behavior. I went into the dealer trying to trade in a car, my wife and I were going to take an Altima thinking we had just traded in our old car, but right before we drove off the lot we found out that it was not a trade. We spent about 5 hours at the dealer. The worst part of it all was that I told MARIO that I was trying to get out of a high payment and end up almost being stuck with two car payments. Not one time during the whole transaction did MARIO or Isabel say "we cannot take your trade in but we are selling you a car any ways", which is what I didn't want. I did not find out I had just bought a second car until right before we left the lot. The only reason I found out was because I asked do I now have to take my things out the other car since I was trading it in. That's when Mario responded with no, someone will drive the old one and the new one. I ended up speaking to Isabel and was told by her to take the car and do a voluntary surrender the next day with my old car. I did not know what that was at the time. I asked if that would hurt my credit and she assured me multiple times it would not. She also stated she has had many people do it many times. I am happy I did not take the car and take her bad advice because a voluntary surrender hurts your credit and is treated like a "voluntary repo". It appears on your credit like a repo. I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from this dealership around June 5th 2013. My tire pressure gage came on so I went to a tire shop to see what the problem was. The tire shop informed me that I had a nail in my tire, so I had had them fix it. They also informed me that my shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. Since it had only been about a month I went back to Raceway Nissan were I purchased my vehicle and asked them to to replace the shocks since it had only been a month and to my surprise they told me no. I don't have a lot to say about this place other than once I get my free oil change I will never deal with this place again unless something comes up and if it does I will have my attorney deal with them. Horrible Horrible Horrible! All around awful experience buying a new car. Went to TrueCar, got a price from this dealership and made an appointment. When I got there the sales woman tried to sell me a different car than the one I wanted and then when I told her I didn't want it she said the price of the other car was more, even though she emailed me saying we could do that price for the Nissan Versa. It just continued to go down hill from there. I was sick that day too which really didn't help, but we were there for 6 hours!!! The sales girl lied and said the car I bought was on a different lot and she had to go pick it up, I saw her driving back in a different car with a fast food cup. Then when I got the keys, they weren't the right ones, so the car had been there the whole time. She wanted me to just take the car without test driving it. On top of everything she lied about the warranty. It didn't help that the finance guy (with an accent) was cold and aloof, and couldn't be bothered with anything other than getting my money. I would NEVER recommend this Dealership my father is a world class technician and I expected some bs, but Raceway Dealership embodies every single one of the negative stereotypes about auto dealers and salespeople. I will mention one of the department managers tried to alleviate the situation by offering vacation deals, but when I looked into them you couldn't use it during the weekend without paying full price and you could find better deals on groupon or expedia, it didn't make up for my time lost and the fact that I was repeatedly lied to was disgusting, so if I could give 0 stars I would have. read more

Zero stars. These guys are liars and insulting. Had an ad, cinco de mayo sale, 2 - Nissan rogue's @ $18 k, arrive at 8:30 am. Finally talk to Luis (salesman?) 9am. Knows zero about ad, cars, charges etc. I find 1 of cars listed (other one didn't exist) back seat stained ask if car is new, Luis says of course. Start car up, notice 1972 miles, ask again if car is new, "of course" mention # of miles, he says it's fuel gage informing # miles left. WHAT?? After we get back I insist car is not new, he checks and says they probably used car to pick up a check. I let him know he is insulting and I want to speak to a manager. These cars in ad don't exist. Was there for 3 + hours, they are bumbling idiots. The advertised cars have extra charges $499 for nitrous in tires ($40) $399 for wheel locks, $1400 for alarm, must include to get deal. After putting $12k down and excellent credit they say you must pay higher interest rate @ over 5%. And somehow after their done the $18k car is $25 k. Don't waste your time here, shame on you Raceway Nissan advertising and trying to sell a used car as new. Your business is despicable. read more

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - WILL NEVER SELL YOU THE CAR AT THE AD PRICE. WILL TAG ON EXTRA FEES BEFORE YOU GET THERE AND CLAIM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. If this place could receive 0 stars, I would give it! I wasted an entire day there and walked out without a car. We were trying to purchase the ad car (Versa for $9.998) for our daughter. Salesperson - Jose confirmed the car was still in stock. My daughter test drove it. We had our own financing already approved and have excellent credit. During the test drive we commented to Jose that we can't believe the car is still available and that's when he drops the bomb on us because people don't want to pay the extra $600 for wheel locks and Nitro Air in the tires. What???? Why is that added on to the price? The AD says $9,998. Says nothing about "Dealer added on extras" that I have to pay for. We decided to go forward with the sale because the deal was still good and before we know it, the sales manager (his first day) is claiming that I have to buy the security system on the car for an extra $695. What??? I don't want the alarm! He kept saying we have to pay for it. We finally agreed on a price to have the alarm if they installed keyless entry on the front door locks for $486. We go in to sign the loan documents and they have the original price on the security system and claim that was because they were giving us a great deal on their Nissan loan interest. I didn't need their loan. I was already pre-approved for a 1.9% interest rate with my credit union. Shame on them for their sleezy tactics. I felt like we were totally being taken advantage of after waiting 4 hours. We don't need to buy a car from a dealer we can't trust! The sales manager just kept saying we have to make money on these cars, etc... I have purchased 2 other ad cars from other dealers and never had this problem where they were trying to ad on extra costs. Don't buy from Raceway Nissan, they are extremely dishonest. Service is horrible, took 4 hours to change some rims and never told me they were sent out. Wife called and Buss never gave her time of day. Hung up on her at end. Its typical sell the car, promise the world and then your hanging on your own., They could use some manners and public relations classes on how to treat customers after a sale. Others at dealership were shocked at his attitude, Dealing with another manager is highly recommended. The bad thing is that service never communicated that there was an extended wait, come on four hours for this but what was strange is that my mechanic worked on 2 other cars while mine sat and I was there first. Bought my car here 5 yrs ago - the service 'used' to be EXCEPTIONAL; I used to rave to everyone I knew about their super service, that is, when John Williams was the Service Mgr. After he left - approx. 2 + yrs ago, the service is TERRIBLE. In fact, today I had a 3:30 appointment for just oil and filter change - I got there - waited 15 minutes - was about the 8th car back - no one ever did get to me. I finally left - there were a bunch of 'scaggy' people all around appeared to be getting their cars serviced also - I was so offended - and angry that no one assisted me in that time length - I left - I will take my business elsewhere. This is the first time I've set up an appointment = in fact - and the service techs appeared to be too busy for me. I have lost patience with them - and do not need to put up with it. I used to brag so much about their service dept (John Williams - was exceptional) - because of me, we have a daughter who purchased their car with Raceway 3 yrs ago. No more. I first tried using their web chat online to obtain the price of a car. However they were not able to provide the price so I decided to give them a call. After speaking on the phone and advising exactly what I would like the woman said she would have to check pricing and call me back. After about 15 minutes she calls back and asks me what I expect to spend on the car, which is a pointless question as I told her exactly what I wanted and wanted a price from her not what I think it should cost. So after another 15 minutes she texts me saying she has the car I requested for the following price. I advise her I will be there for the car in 1 hour and she said she will have it ready for me. I show up and they say she went home and my car isn't even there its at some auto mall. I tell them I do not have time for this and that I need to make a purchase tonight and one of the sales reps says "Ok Bye" in a rude manor. I wasn't trying to leave I was just expressing that I do not have time for the run around games. Finally after talking to the manager and one of the other sales reps they say we don't have your car but we can offer another car at about the same price. After the back and forth for another hour they have the nerve to offer me payments almost double of the original request/quote for the car I went to see in the first place. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off or have your time wasted. Also just a side note if you look closely at the sticker price they charge $300-$400 for wheel locks (1 lug on each wheel) just another indication of how this company will try to take you for as much as possible. read more

Buyer beware!!! Not even worth 1 star but Yelp won't let me continue without it. I saw an ad for a Pathfinder in the LA times newspaper for an unbelievable price! ( I shouldn't have believed it ...literally because they lied!). I called first and spoke to a sales agent 4 times throughout the day before I drove 2 hours to get there (they are located in the middle of no where ) only to find that the girl I spoke to NEVER showed her face and after asking for her several times so she could follow through with what she promised on the phone, the workers there kept saying she was with another client...after a while, they finally told me she doesn't really work there as a sales person and she should've never promised me any prices over the phone. I felt so angry and couldn't believe these slimy people were in business! The place was packed with Hispanics who honestly looked like they didn't even speak English so I think this dealership preys on the illegals that come in and don't know any better. As I walked out, I got one of the managers to promise me the car I wanted at the advertised price if I financed through them, only to find out they were charging 7.9% interest! Are you f***ing kidding me? Do I look stupid or something? BofA was 1.9% for a car loan! The experience here was 4 hours my life that I will never get back! Jerks! Do NOT even waste your time here! I'm so done with Raceway. When I initially bought my car there, it was a horrendous all day event. The ONE TIME I took my car there for it's first oil change, it took them much longer than they told me it would and I was stuck there waiting. While I waited, they came up and tried to sell me on a newer model car. Today, I have a problem with my Bluetooth so I call, and the operator says it would be service who could help (mind you, this dealership is who originally linked my Bluetooth). The service man informs me he doesn't know anything about Bluetooth, and refers me to another number - he didn't ask what the problem was OR see if there was anyone else who could help. From the beginning, I just have not had good customer service here. I was discouraged from even calling about my Bluetooth from my husband, knowing the kind of service I'd received in the past, but I did anyways just because they were close to home and SURELY it had to be better than before. I should have listened to him. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because (minus this Bluetooth problem now), I love my car....but I could have gotten it from any other Nissan Dealership. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I live 5 hours away I negotiated a deal over the phone, then AFTER they instructed me to make the trip down via the train, I arrived to find out the truck isn't ready to be sold. (AFTER a day in a half of lies) Needed tires, breaks, smog, and safety check. After having to find a place to stay for the night, take another day off work, and buy clothes and tolietires, I returned the next day when they promised the car would be ready by lunch. It wasn't until 1:00pm that they were finally honest and admitted that they were not allowed to sell the car yet, because the deal it came in on as a trade hasn't gone through. After wasting 2 train tickets, a day and a half of work, a night stay, clothes, and meals I had to leave with no truck. When we approached "Bosch" the Floor Manager, he asked "what's the big deal, you want the truck right? Why didn't you just bring a change of clothes." When I responded I no longer was interested in the truck, and left, he made a point to stick his head out the window to say "well, have a great trip". The GM was conveniently not present that day, and has not returned phone calls. They have a sign on the floor with the "owners cell number" in which he states to call him if we have issues and aren't treated like family. Both calls have gone unanswered. This dealership is the slimiest of slimy car dealers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I will be reporting to BBB. They are advertising cars that they are not legally allowed to sell yet! So I probably should have read the reviews before visiting this place as it seems to be a common issue for them, but My husband and I saw a Sentra and Versa advertised by them at a super low price so I call to confirm the vehicles in the advertisement we were interested in were still available and of coarse they were according to Isabel (the person on the phone). We go in later that night and ask to see two of the cars on the ad the sales person Renee shows us the first vehicle which is manual so I ask to see the automatic which is advertised he walks us over to the Sentras and after a moment of comparing and verifying the Vin and stock numbers he confirms this is the car. He goes and grabs the keys and takes us for a test drive. We get back and go talk "numbers" according to him. He takes all my husbands information and we assume he goes to do whatever it is they do comes back after 20 minutes and tells us how much we want to put down and that the car in the ad had been sold. Mind you we thought we had just test drove the car in the ad because that's impression he had given us. He tells us not to worry that his manager was going to help us out with the price. My husband tells him he's not making any deals with out first knowing the price since we were showed this vehicle and told it was the one advertised at the low price. Come to find out they had already ran his credit. I was so upset and I made it clear that I felt it was so dishonest to run his credit and then come explain the situation with the vehicle as we were there for that specific car. After about 40 minutes of talking to managers I got two stories the car in the ad was there but was a previous rental with 4000 more miles and that the car had been sold last night or sometime that morning after I called. . Found them to be very dishonest and shady. Especially the part where they ran his credit without first clarifying the situation. STAY AWAY!!!! Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I contacted them one month prior to buying a car. I was moving from another area of the country and wanted the car when I arrived in town, so I arranged to have a specific car with the things I wanted (just the basics) at the dealership when I arrived. I tried to pay ahead of time so that everything would be taken care of when I arrived. They wouldn't take payment, but assured me that when I arrived the car I wanted would be waiting. Well, after driving across the country and being in contact with the dealership the entire way, and being reassured that the car would be there waiting for me, when I arrived they did not have the car. They tried to sell me a car that was more expensive then I wanted. It was the old bait and switch routine. The manager was a real jerk. He tried to blame me for being a difficult customer. He said that they had cars for me, but I just wasn't satisfied with what they had. I wasn't because they assured me the one I wanted would be there and I didn't want to spend more for a car that I didn't want. I have never experience such poor customer service. The manager should be fired. I have contacted Nissan Corporate Hq., so we will see. We left and went to Riverside Nissan late that same night and they were terrific and we got the car we wanted. read more

be aware of this dealership. i was prequalified by capitalone bank for a $19000 loan very easy with bad credit with their new auto navigator app. and with truecar.com i walk in to the dealer to get the best deal i could, instead of taking my certificate from capitalone they tried to get me qualified with one of their banks at a higher interest, running my credit when they didn't have to since i was qualified y capitalone, finally after long hours, i get the car and drive off. 22 days later or today i get a call from finance saying couldn't find a finance company, went back to dealer and they tried to make me sign a contract almost $2000 more.when i refuse to sign and handed over the keys, magically i was approved by nissan, and refuse to take the car back. please don't sign a second contract, you don't have to, if they can't keep what they promise it's their fault. i highly recommend " capitalone bank auto navigagor" and trucar.com and don't negotiate your payment, negotiate the price of the car. if your buying a $14000 car you should not pay more than $18,000 after tax license,fees and interest if you are, they are taking your money. be aware and if your not sure what your signing call someone or don't sign at all.they need your money more than you need a car, always remember that when buying a car, your credit is not a problem sometimes i don't have perfect credit is low 600. read more
