We walked in Sunday at 2:55 not realizing they closed at 3:00 and they welcomed us and insisted we stay for a meal. We will return. The pizza is brick oven, making for a dry crust. The menu lists their pizza creations, and they were flexible in the kitchen to add an ingredient at request (anchovies). Huge selection of tap beers. The house sauvignon blanc was above the average. Salad recipes were familiar, fresh, and cold. They do not try to do too much. Wait staff is young, well dressed and cheerful, as in, "I hope you are having a good time." The interior is the long, very deep and open concept with taste. Overall good experience for lunch. Lots of beer on tap. I ordered a small Caesar salad and slice of pepperoni pizza. The salad was mixed greens instead of romaine, but was good. The pizza was thin crust with very large pepperoni, but unfortunately it was soaked in grease. They only have cloth napkins, so there was not a way to soak up the extra grease which was disappointing. read more

This place is so hit or miss, but after too many misses, I'm not going back. I do love their appetizers, specifically the burrata. However, their pizza has been amazing once, and disgusting every other time. The pizza with the duck was awful. Then we had the spicy honey pizza and it was great--I thought my initial selection had been the reason I was dissatisfied. However, went back again and the spicy honey pizza was awful. It was so soggy, with standing water or something all over it, about a quarter inch deep. We were trying to drain it off and eat it but it was bad. I wanted to like it, I had loved it the first time, but I give up. read more

Pretty good pizza but more out of the way for me compared to ZaZa. Highly recommend getting the PROSCIUTTO pizza (prosciutto di parma, mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, pomodoro) or the H.A.M.CETTA pizza (pancetta, smoked chiles, farm eggs, pecorino, arugula, olive oil). Guys, I love Raduno's food. But I HAVE to post this tonight because our experience was so frustrating to me. We go here because my husband is gluten free and they have great food we both love. So tonight, we both order a different gluten free pizza. While waiting on our pizzas, we have wine. The bartender is yelling at the people beside us while pouring my wine and proceeds to spill it all over the counter and partially on me (no apology and I cleaned it up with my own napkin). 20 min later ONE pizza shows up. A different bartender walks up and asks us if we had the salsiccia. "Yes," my husband says, "gluten free." She looks at the pizza, frowns, and says, "hmm--this isn't gluten free." And of course, I reminded her that I had a pizza too. She leaves and goes back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the original bartender comes back and tells us that the pizza brought over was indeed our gf pizza and that, get this, she's sorry, but they are all out of the pizza I ordered. Ok I think, no problem. We will just split my husband's while we wait on another. She apologizes and promises a discount. Halfway through eating my husband's pizza, it dawns on us--this crust is too good to be gluten free. Uh oh. He's already had half. Seriously??? You give someone who is allergic to gluten a regular pizza AFTER questioned?? And then, you bring out one pizza but tell us you're out of the other?? REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. As much as we have frequented here, as much as we love the food, the service isn't worth it. Goodbye Raduno. read more

two stars given only for the fantastic draft beer list. we came here on a busy weekend. hostess misquoted us a table time; 20 minutes is not nearly the same as 1.5 hours. would've forgiven her, had she approached our party and let us know. service continued to be terrible. of course, with it being a busy Friday night, I'm going to expect a wait of some sort. just not 15 minutes (literally-- I timed it) of waiting at the bar to make eye contact with a bartender to get a beer. table service turned out to be almost as bad as the pizza. our server hurried us through our meal, and acted as if I was a horrible person for asking nicely for a water after our food had arrived. am I living in a different world where water is no longer offered with a meal?! I was then the only person at the table with a water -- which was never refilled. the Gorgonzola pizza lacked flavor, probably because there was a definite lack of toppings. had my server felt like doing anything at all - besides disappearing - I would've sent it back. never will return. here's hoping you don't go either, name change or not. read more

Such a great Little Rock restaurant! I've enjoyed every meal I've had here and love the meatball sandwich the most. The flavors in the meatballs are delicious, as is their red sauce. I've tried pizza in the past & enjoyed that too. My dinner companions tried the margarita grilled cheese & raved about how good it was. Can't wait to go back! Service is always excellent. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance is nice. Large selection of craft beers. Service was good. Sadly, I cannot say the same about the food. The meatball appetizer we ordered was lacking seasoning and slightly cold. The prosciutto pizza had hardly any prosciutto...or cheese....or sauce. There are plenty of better pizza places in LR. The space and décor are great. Eclectic crowd and interesting menu. Lots of vegan options. The food quality is average at best. The pizza crust is thin and quite elastic. Some appetizers are only available at happy hour which was disappointing. We ordered the Brussel sprout appetizer. It was very sweet and needed heat, spice or acid to balance the sweetness. Pizza flavor was good but the crust is like jerky. Service is where our visit went wrong. As a party of four, we only received three drinks. Had to ask for the fourth. Our pizzas came out before the appetizer. Apparently the order was never turned in. We cancelled the appetizer order but it came out anyway. Had a bad experience here & they were not very busy. Hubby and I wanted a nice pizza & beer, and I'd had an okay experience several months ago, when it was Piro, so we tried it. First, they were out of the beer we ordered, so we asked to try a similar one. The waiter stomped off & brought us one tiny shot of a beer that was hot and mostly all foam. The waiter was very rude and treated us like we were aliens or something, although we are a professional older couple. We just left without ordering. We then went to Vino's, and although it's not at all a pretty place like Raduno, the beer was cold and plentiful, the pizza & salad were good, & everyone that works there is very pleasant & customer service oriented. This probably explains why their line was out the door, because treating your customers nicely goes a long way, even when your locale is very rustic. It also ensures you will have repeat customers. So if you are in the downtown area, go to Vino's or Iriana's if you want pizza, beer, and GOOD customer service. read more

I love pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. I was really excited about trying a new pizza restaurant. I heard nothing but good things about RadUno. My boyfriend and I went in on a Friday night so it was a bit busy. We got a spot at the bar. It was the first available seat and we were hungry! We were looking through the menus and beer list trying to decide what to get. It took the bartenders almost 20 minutes to even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting there. We ordered our drinks and food. Throughout this process the bartenders did not tend to us, at all. The food was ok. I just couldn't get over the fact that it was probably the worst service I've ever had. I did not feel welcomed. They didn't even ask us how the food was or if we needed refills. Just awful. We left them a fair tip because my boyfriend and I both understand this industry so I was feeling generous I guess. Like I said before I love pizza and I hate to say it but I will not be coming back to RadUno for a second round. read more
