Mariscos Jalisco is best known for their Fried shrimp tacos however, they have one of the best aguachiles I've tasted hands down. Their shrimp tacos are absolutely amazing with the right crunchiness and soft fried shrimp inside. The sauce that comes with these tacos are jam packed with flavor adding to the overall flavors/texture of the shrimp taco. Hurts to say it but this might be my new favorite shrimp taco in ELA/Boyle Heights area. The service here is quick and friendly. I went on a Friday afternoon and did not find busy crowds at this food truck. Street parking is available and the times that i've visited other food trucks nearby i was able to find quick parking. Getting 4 tacos for an even $10 is so much food. We were on the way to return our rental car and saw this truck parked outside nearby. I got an asada, carnitas, pastor, and chicharron taco. Let's start with asada. The meat was super tender and had a nice grilled flavor. The taco itself was PACKED with meat that some fell out as I tried to hold it all. The carnitas taco was smoky and bold in flavor. The chewiness of the meat gives the taco a more enjoyable experience. The shredded nature allows for the sauces to be trapped better. The pastor taco was really tender and sweet. The chicharron taco was a new one for me. It was amazing. The chicharron was incredibly crispy and fresh. It was in big chunks and had a small amount of fat in each bite. It was incredible. Overall this was an amazing taco experience that we had, and I will definitely come back here again in the future when near the airport.

I got to speak to Mike since one of his employees left. He verified my order, gave me napkins since it's not self serve and pointed out the ketchup and other condiments I think. The portion size was perfect. My order was $23.84 but that's because I tipped 10% and I think it was worth it. My one gripe was that they don't accept cash which is understandable because the kiosk was card only. I should've walked to the front and checked it or asked an employee.
