10/19/25 My oldest wanted raising canes for lunch today! It was easy enough to walk in and order his caniac combo meal which is hearty with 6 tenders, fries, and toast (slaw avail too) but we usually sub for extra canes sauce. Today's visit was descent on wait time and hot meal. When there is a long wait, it gets a bit chaotic and fries may not be as fresh and crispy/crunchy but it'll do. Ambiance was as expected of most of these faster food chains. Raising canes is usually better than most. Tables weren't clean when we sat but you can wipe down yourself. It wasn't super busy when we came in but we did see staff try to clean here or there.

Let start off by saying, "my family LOVES Cane's!" We always go through the drive thru. No matter how long the line looks, it always seems to go faster than expected. This was my first time going inside to order and eat. There was no line and ordering was quick and easy. We picked a table and waited for our food. Everything was delish! We also purchased the Breast Cancer Awareness Plush Puppy. (Purchase a Limited-Edition Breast Cancer Awareness Plush Puppy online and we'll donate the Net Proceeds* to Stand Up to Cancer.)

Ordered Caniac combo and within 2nd minutes it was ready. Really good food and hot chicken, fries were nicely salted and crunchy.

Been wanting to try them for awhile and we were shopping at Best Buy in the same parking lot decided to stop for lunch. The only thing I knew was that they sold chicken. We walk in and it is brightly decorated with a fun vibe. The line was long. They only sell chicken strips, fries, and their difference is an added small slice of Texas Toast. They are famous for having a special sauce to dip the chicken in. Its so special that you have to pay extra if you want more than the little cup they give you. Staff was friendly enough and food came out quickly. Chicken was fresh with a slight crisp, but nothing special. Fries are nothing special. The toast was pretty tasty but not enough for me to come back. They are very similar to Chick-Fila but with less choices. Like Chick-FIla, I just don't get why the long lines. Its 'alright'. We both agreed that it would not be a destination for us. It would work in a pinch for a quick bite. Price was comparable so for a 3 piece with fries and toast and a drink was $10.

I didn't dine in, just went through the drive-thru and took my food home. I was in and out pretty quickly. I got the box combo and it was so good! The chicken was hot and crispy, fries were cooked just right and not greasy, and the Texas toast was a nice touch. The Cane's sauce goes perfectly with everything. but honestly, the coleslaw was my favorite part, it was so good! Even though I didn't go inside, everything looked clean from what I could see and the staff was friendly.

Not my receipt but it's in my bag. Paid more than that

Not the first time this happened but there's always something wrong with my order. & I admit, it's partly my fault for not checking it before I leave but cmon, how hard it is to get the orders right when you're reading it from the order. But then again, I was given the wrong receipt so how can I compare .This time around, I ordered 3 extra sauce (that I got charged) & came out to even missing one sauce from my caniac..

Sandwich combo , they don't give the canes sauce with this meal unfortunately you have to purchase a packet for like 45 cents

I don t know if it was a summer Sunday around lunch time but this is probably the most busiest RC I have ever been to. I have been to about. I have been to 5 different raising canes and this particular location across the street from the Westfield GALLERIA is super busy. Not a lot of people use the drive thru I observed. I opened the door to get in and it was filled with families with kids. Lots of employees which is a good thing . The one minus star for this review is the ordering counter is realll really scrunched and there is no space for even 3 people to stand behind one another . The place is seriously a nightmare is you like personal your space and or are claustrophobic. Otherwise , the place is super helpful they verbally great you once you've entered. The simple menu helps with speed as does the dual drive thru lanes. The chicken is NOT Nashville style hot like Angry chicks, Dave's hot or Hot boys however. It's just regular level of it's no heat. The fries are decent string fries and the sodas are unlimited . Prices are not astronomically high either. Be prepared to be stuck and be patient because this is opposite the popular Roseville galleria mall and the traffic there gets brutal at peak times. The location is awesome

If it was not for the lack of service, this would have been a 4 star review. I actually went out of my way to come here for my daughter. Quality/Quantity After opening our box for our 3 finger combo, it felt like a kids meal. See pictures. Not sure if you eat in if there is more food? But the fries were not filled to the top and the chicken pieces were small. Atmosphere - Consistent decor with the brand. See pictures. Indoor/outdoor seating; plenty of seating. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 1am or 2 am the next day. Service - This is where this location fell short. As we saw people who ordered after us get their orders, we realized they forgot our order. Then the "manager on duty" stopped by and asked if we were waiting for our order. We of course said yes. He barely apologized and when my daughter inquired about the cost of extra sauce, I actually thought he would have thrown one in for our extended wait. Not that I stress over 39 cents, but that could/would have bought you some goodwill. But what do I know...? Self-service drinks. Price - $13.50; normally a reasonable price, but not for the lack of service we received today. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1996 and with your 600+ locations. And thanks always for the first responder discounts! Your "Restaurant Partner" program is interesting. A millionaire in 15 years, amazing.

Fire. Straight Fire. 1st time in, and I was amazed. The chicken was crispy, piping hot, and fresh. That texas toast was sooooo good.... flavorful, buttered and filling. The coleslaw and the fries played their role. The pricing was on point, and the atmosphere and cleanliness were spot on. Can't ask for much more in a fast food operation. 5 stars all around. Can't wait for the one in Yuba Definitely try them out.

Caniac combo with extra toast and sauce

This location was so crowded on a Friday night it took about 35 minutes for our food. Not ideal when you're hungry and not really "fast" food The Caniac combo typically comes with 6 tenders, fries, and a side toast with coleslaw. I opted for replacing coleslaw with toast then getting an extra toast and sauce. Chicken was hot and fresh which tasted good, but certainly smaller than I remember it a couple years ago. There is solid amount of seating inside and outside but in peak times requires you hovering for table or chairs.

First time trying raising canes and it was a pretty good experience. I love the inside of the restaurant it had two disco balls which was a total vibe. I love the decor they had and there were a lot of seatings. The service was good and the food came fast. They have a drive thru and an outdoor seating with fans. There's also a lot of shops around the area so you can dine and shop around. The food was good. The chicken was tender but I like the garlic bread more. The garlic bread with the canes toast was absolutely delicious.

Exceptional Service & Amazing Food I can't thank the team at Raising Cane's enough for their hospitality and kindness today. Not only is their food delicious (those chicken fingers are super juicy!), but their staff went above and beyond when I had car trouble. They stepped in to help me when no one else would, and their genuine care made all the difference in a stressful situation. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was nice and inclusive as well. It's rare to find a place where both the food and the people are amazing. Thank you Raising Cane's for saving my day and for always being a place I can count on! god bless

We ordered the classic: Double-Double protein style with pickles (yes, just ask and they'll load them on). Fresh, hot, consistent -- every single time. That crisp lettuce wrap around that perfectly messy burger? Elite fuel. This location is always crazy. Parking is wild. The drive-thru line wraps around like it's Black Friday. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

It seems devoid of product, somewhat disheveled and disorganized and lacking any substantive character. The place appears very 'long in the tooth', and no food products were evident anywhere. Added to it, no customers, yet some came later. Yet, I was hungry and stayed. To be honest, glad I did. They sell essentially one thing-PASTRAMI, and that's it. Well, indeed true to the restaurant name. Again, everything is basic! I opted for a Classic Pastrami Sandwich and was given the option for bread, I chose a soft roll, and provolone for cheese, plus mustard. At $22. for a sandwich, well, I had some hesitation. The place is apparently owned and run by a charming older couple who really are out to please, very friendly and congenial. I felt like I fell into an old Russian Jewish deli on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, no frills. Basic, but good food! OK, the Pastrami and the entire sandwich were AMAZING! The quality of the meat was top notch and quite good, probably some of the best around. The sandwich was HUGE and enough for two meals. I was offered peppers on the side and it was perfect for me to add some. The sandwich was nicely warmed/toasted, the cheese melted perfectly and it wasn't a difficult messy thing to eat as are many more upscale sandwiches and burgers these days. So, in the end it was worth it. The sandwich was indeed a surprise and excellent. Plus, they checked after I bit into it to be certain I was satisfied, with a smile. I got some chips and a drink and ate it there. Plenty of napkins were provided. Located in a rather funky 1960s shopping mall it's small, not that easy to find yet parking seems OK. The Pastrami Shop was roughly 7 miles from home, so it was worth the short drive. The place is right off Sunset and Whitney Blvd in Rocklin. It's a very small place so ordering to go is popular. But if you find a seat, definitely enjoy the local vibe of the regulars and talk with the owners for a bit. They really are passionate about their business, and serving their customers. I really enjoyed my half hot pastrami classic sandwich. The bread was toasted, mustard, provolone, and a side of pickles and jalapeños. Boy was it good! I really should have had the full size.
