Kaidy was the name on the receipt. When we went through the drive through tonight she was seriously rude... customer service is definitely not her forte... it was obvious she was annoyed to be bothered with taking our order... I asked her to repeat it back because it seemed like she wasn't getting it all... when she read it back she even did that half a$$... Waited for my order for 10 mins and it came out wrong and cold! I have no clue what I waited for it sure wasn't fresh food! Always hit the spot for me every time I go to rally's. Where I'm from there aren't that many rally's around so when we go home for the holidays, we always find rally's locations. For this Xmas season we chose this location. They were busy but it's worth it once we get our food to go. We got #1 and #9. My husband ate his so quickly. I didn't even get a picture. This location is scary as shit. Scary. As. Shit. Today's experience was no different than any other Rally's experience. Pull up and there is a man just sitting in the car next to me. Not eating, or sitting in the car/talking to anyone, just sitting there. Walk up to order and there is someone sleeping on the table. Walk to the line and a man asks for money. Look at the menu and notice it is busted up. Place my order and as I'm waiting I listen to a shirtless man at the bus stop cussing and trying to provoke a fight with everyone. Like, EVERYONE that walks by. Still waiting for my food and a car drives by and he has his windows rolled down (because its a beautiful day in Fresno) and we all get to enjoy the song he's listening to. This is my husbands favorite ff place so we stop at one every time we're in the Fresno area. This one isn't in the greatest of neighborhoods but it's always during the day when we go and haven't had an issue. Everything here is super cheap! We got 2 meals plus a dessert for $8. Having a lot of experience in the customer service field I know that customers may not always be the kindness but it's very important to remember that not all customers are coming with the same attitude. While utilizing the drive thrill the female attending to me was very rude and I can honestly say I did not give a reason for it. People have to remember that you are a representation of that company and poor customer service could cause them to lose business. There are multiple burger places to choose from. When it comes to the burger I ordered the meat tasted weird so I could take a couple bites before I threw in the towel. Well remind me to never go there again.. the person working on the drive through was rude. I wasn't even close to finishing my sentence and she interrupted me. Then when I got to the window she opened asked for my card. I gave it to her and asked for one more ranch. But before I could finish the sentence she closed the window. Handed my drink asked for another ranch and she said sure. A gentleman gave me my food and I checked for ranch and none was in there. Not even for my bbq wings. I just tried Rally's about a week ago and I'm already back. Their milkshakes are AMAZING, and I also enjoy their wings and seasoned fries. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh (so far), and the people in the drive thru are always very friendly and don't make me feel bad for my complicated orders. They take about as long as any fast food place, but the food is actually fresh and well made. The neighborhood is iffy, but it's good if you're looking to be kind and feed someone less fortunate. read more
