Situation: brakes squeaking on my 2013 Honda Accord. Pads need to be replaced, wasn't sure about the rotors but I planned to keep the car for awhile so decided to do both. Yelped a few places using their 'project' feature that sends notices to a few ppl, including Rami. Mobile auto shop made sense to me. I have kids and my mom stays with me so difficult to leave. Texted and called Rami. He texted back, within an hour, negotiated a rate, figured out the parts (he gets them on a corporate rate, not sure what that is at O'Reilly's) and boom he was here three hours later. Parked in a church lot near me and he got to work. Brake pads rotors swapped , test drove, we had a good conversation in the car about business and I found out he's a YouTube influencer!!! One of least expensive online, keeps his cost down bc of no shop and he charges you for parts to the cent. Half of the time, he's ready to schedule you to address the issue within a day or so - despite the fact that he's got a steady flow of consistent customers as well as daily emergency calls. Rami is one of the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I've been to. I had a problem with a missing wheel lock key because I bought my car used. I went to several well established mechanic shops in the area and even to the dealership who all told me they would not be able to get the lug nuts off without the specialized key, except for Rami. With his out of the box thinking he was able to solve the problem in a matter of minutes with a specialized tool. He was quick, honest and fair priced.
