Grand opening day! Plenty of seating and clean bathroom. Menu is kind of small so you can't see it until you're about to order. Would recommend putting a menu closer to the door for others to see while waiting in line. Ordered the Thai milk tea + a Jasmine Green Tea w/ Cheese foam. Thai milk tea was good, the Jasmine Green Tea was subtle. Jasmine green tea itself is not very sweet even at 100%. Cheese foam was good, but could use some improvements. My partner and I ordered the passionfruit green tea and the passionfruit butterfly series. These were the perfect refreshing accompaniment to a hot day. You can ask for ice and sweetness adjustments. We'll definitely come back to try their other offerings. The shop has all the standard offerings you'd expect to find at a modern boba place: cute decor, friendly staff, and a place to take a picture. Ordered 3 different drinks to try and all were really great quality (okinawa, guava & taro) A standout for me is the fresh taro milk tea. It's not overly sweet and has taro pieces in the drink, compared to other spots where it's just taro syrup and milk. Guava drink tasted floral, not super sweet and contains a strong sense of guava without that artificial sweetener film on the tongue. Okinawa was good but next time I will probably order it with 1/2 sweetener. We ordered the taro milk tea and the Rapha Signature. They were both crafted amazingly with a silky smooth texture. I loved the Rapha Signature, it had very great flavor especially in the boba! Although it took a while for the drinks to be made, it was completely worth it! They really embody the saying "perfection takes time". This boba place has been my go-to ever since I found out there's a new boba spot in town and even though I now live on the other side of town, I still always go here whenever I want boba. As for the staff, I was thrilled to find out it's a Filipino family owned and of course, very nice people. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Anyway, my review now will focus on thai milk tea because it's what I always order but I have tried some other flavors too. I wouldn't say it's the best thai tea overall but it's probably the best in town for a boba place (besides restaurants). Anyway, the drink definitely focuses more on the sea salt cream than the actual thai tea flavor itself, which I have gotten used to and don't mind anymore. The flavor is almost always consistent just depending on who makes it. However, unfortunately today, I ordered thai milk tea again and it was bland for the first very time. This is my favorite boba place. I can actually taste the tea, and their boba is always chewy and fresh. I tend to stick to the same one or two milk teas but my husband likes to rotate through all of their flavored tea refreshers, and my kid likes their Wintermelon boba milk. Searching for the best boba place in town and came across this shop on Yelp. I was immediately sold upon reading other reviews. First off, the boba here has an amazing gummy, chewy texture. As for flavor, I do wish it was sweeter. I got an order of Thai milk tea and it was great! Service was decent and the ambiance is cute and modern/cozy. If I could suggest a flavor, I'd love to see a pandan milk tea flavor. My husband is a pandan and boba fanatic, so I think I could persuade him to come here rather than his usual spot if this place had a pandan milk tea. read more
