    Pad sew
    Vee P.

I just realized that I never made a review for Ras Noodle, I love this restaurant and had been coming here forever. My top two favorite dishes here are the Doo Dee noodles and the shrimp pad sew. I've tried the majority of their dishes over the years and everything is great! The dishes with wok char, like the fried rice and noodles, always have the perfect amount of flavor and aroma. I can only get mild spicy here because their spice level is true Thai spice and medium is not obtainable for me lol The service is always friendly and efficient, no frills but always clean. I love their green chili in vinegar condiment. Parking lot is shared, small, and the spots are tight but doable.

    Beef with basil

Very disappointing!!!! I was excited to eat my meal and then I opened my to go order and saw this ! $20 for a a bowl of rice because the beef with basil on rice came with 5 pieces of small beef. For anything other than soups don't bother ! I know the economy is bad but ripping people off should sit wrong with them! Just go to little ocha down the street ! They give a plentiful amount.

Everything we ordered was packed with sooo much flavor. We ordered the boat noodle soup, duck noodle soup, tom yum noodle soup, and broccoli and deep fried pork over rice. We ordered some items medium and some mild. I can take some heat but not much. The medium spice was definitely too hot for me. Even though my mouth was on fire, my taste buds were still loving the flavors of everything. The broth for all the soups had so much flavor. You have a choice of 4 different kinds of noodles : egg noodle, flat thick noodle, pho rice noodle and thin rice noodle. Boat noodle and duck noodle were my favs out of the soups that we ordered. The pork in the broccoli and deep fried pork was so crispy and the sauce added such a nice touch of flavor. I would definitely order that again. The restaurant is pretty small but we ordered to go and our food was ready when we got there.

I've been coming here about 2x monthly when I work in the area. I LOVE their yen ta fo. It's the best I've had in the LA area compared to the top Thai restaurants in Thai Town. Their broth is so garlicky, sweet, sour, spicy, and delicious. Service is good. Ambiance is casual. I love how their soups are consistently made and delicious.

What an amazing hidden gem. Happy that I found it. Soups are amazing, topping and noodle choice is great. Friendly service as well.

    Thai tea

The best ! All the food is great & staff is so nice. Never disappoints. I usually get the pad Thai & shrimp fried rice or chicken fried rice. As well the duck noodle soup. Fire! My kids favorite is their tai tea tried so many but nothing beats this one

Ambiance was amazing per usual . Been coming here since I was little . And it has not changed one bit , food comes out quick , hot and flavorful , the service was good , they're always on top of it . Hole in the wall Thai restaurant, but it is probably one of the best in the valley by far ! We ordered the basil over rice with a fried egg ! And that had so much flavor , definitely recommend , the doo Dee noodles were also very delicious , the meats on there are impeccable. Fried rice and chow mein always smack too .. as well as the garlic pepper chicken . Everything was delicious and I definitely recommend , whether it's a quick bite , or even bringing your family , only downfall is its a little small , but that's not too big of an issue . Keep up the good work and this place is definitely worth everything

Amazing hole in the wall in the valley:) it's located in a tiny plaza but dw plenty of seating inside so u can order to go or dine in We got Thai sausage , roast duck over rice w gravy, and the boat noodle medium spice (beware med spice is pretty spicy esp if ur white!) everything was amazing. Love the extensive and authentic menu selection. Only thing is I wish they gave me some more duck but ik economy is tough rn.. Plus the total for everything was only $42!!!!! Service was quick & efficient ! Nothing crazy but they are extremely attentive and refilled our waters twice as well as delivering food freakishly fast. 10/10 will def be back and u should too :)

Much like on previous visits, everything was excellent t. In fact it the Boat Noodles were even better than ever. The papaya salad was the perfect amount of spice

We initially came in to get the mango sticky rice but ended up coming back for dinner because we were so charmed by this small business. The mango sticky rice is famous for being so good and the portion and taste was great. For dinner we got the tom yum noodle soup and the duck noodle soup. We ordered mild but as expected from a Thai restaurant the mild was full of flavor and more spice than mild but it was so good I couldn't stop eating even though my sinuses were sweating. The ladies that run this shop were full of smiles and although they don't talk much it was such a comforting environment. We will be back! This is a solid mom and pop that deserves your support.

I think this was the number three clear broth. I took had it with chicken

We ended up settling with Creamy Crab Gratin, mentai cream pasta, the Pescatore Bianca (seafood spaghetti), and Tarako Spaghetti (Cod roe and squid garlic butter sauce). -Crab Gratin is really creamy and cheesy. I just didn't quite get why there are a few pieces of penne pasta inside. But overall tasted good! -All pasta comes with bread and salad. The salad is really fresh and serve mostly lettuce and cherry tomato, which is how I like it. I think if I order uni pasta, it'll be the same cream base sauce but with uni and $6 bucks more. I'm happy with my choice. The whole dish is consistent, creamy with a slight kick from the mentai, slices of mushrooms and shredded seaweeds on the top. Delish! -Tarako Spaghetti: I took a small bite and appreciated the strong taste of garlic butter in the sauce. -All 3 pasta are served with the thin spaghetti like angel hair. Service is ok, we asked for water refill and the response was polite. Dirty dishes were taken away timely. If I had more time, I would definitely come back for a second visit. A place like this deserves to be in a more upscale block on the street. Btw, parking inside the plaza is not free even though it's just a strip mall. Expect about $8 bucks for dinner parking. It's gated entrance. If you get lucky, you can park on the street and pay the meter.

If you're curious about Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, Chinchikurin is a great place to try it. The…read moreingredients are layered rather than mixed, creating a satisfying combination of cabbage, noodles, egg, and toppings in every bite. We ordered the Original Takoyaki and the GOAM. The takoyaki was hot and creamy inside, while the GOAM had the simple yet satisfying taste of green onion and Japanese mayo Try to grab a table at the teppan grill. Everything is already cooked and made for you, but you get the experience of the grill keeping your okonomiyaki warm! A unique and flavorful meal that's worth checking out.

Stopped by on a Sunday night for a last-minute dinner in Little Tokyo…read more Getting seated was quick since it wasn't very busy that late in the evening. Unfortunately, the kitchen was surprisingly slow. A table that was seated after us had already been eating for almost 10 minutes before our main dishes finally arrived. We also had to flag someone down multiple times just to get our water refilled I ordered the Loaded Kaisen, which tasted good overall. The squid was cooked well, but the dish felt a little greasier than expected. I was also disappointed by how little bacon and some of the other key ingredients were included--it took some searching just to find them The ambiance is very bright, almost reminiscent of Benihana, but with more standard table seating rather than the teppanyaki experience Overall, it's worth trying once if you're curious about the concept. That said, with most dishes priced at over $20, I think there are stronger options nearby in Little Tokyo For a similar price, you can get a much more flavorful bowl of ramen that's also more filling. Portions here aren't particularly large, so while it's a fun place to sample something different, it may not be the best value if you're looking for a satisfying dinner
