We live nearby, so we often buy bread from this bakery. Their sourdough is really good, especially when you buy it and eat it right away. It's super fresh, crunchy on the outside, and soft inside. Honestly, I never used to like sourdough, but this place completely changed my mind. I think it's because their sourdough isn't overly sour: the flavor is very balanced and just right. Another big plus is the price. Everything is very affordable, which makes it even better. There isn't a huge selection, but what they do have is excellent! If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by. You'll probably love it too.

11.28.2025 We were so happy to find this place open the day after Thanksgiving. It was a small store in the industrial district. I can't imagine how crazy this place was the days leading up to Thanksgiving. It was a self-serve store and pay at the counter. The loaves we grabbed were still slightly warm so we know they were freshly baked that morning. So many bread styles to choose from, but most of all they were SOURDOUGH! Hubby was happy with the round loaf, which was our snack for our 6-hour drive home. The flavor was spot on -- the sourdough tang was perfect, the outside was crunchy, and the inside was light and fluffy. This is definitely a place we will be stopping by when we're in the area again. Thank you Yelp for helping us find another treasure!

Love the FRESH baked sourdough breads in an industrial location; it's an outlet so you basically pick up bread and go. Too bad fireplace is not lit- would make such a cozy front reception. The staff could be more receptive.

Raymond's sourdough bread is outstanding. Fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, the kind of bread you can't stop tearing into on the way home. Even the kids loved it, which says a lot. The inside of the shop is gorgeous: clean, bright, and much bigger than it looks from the outside. It feels welcoming and inviting the moment you walk in. The cashier was super friendly, which made the experience even better. If you love real sourdough done right, this place is a must.

This review is based on a loaf sourdough bread gifted to me from this store. I didn't actually go to this store so cannot judge the service or ambiance. STARS (stand out qualities) -Pretty tasty bread STAIRS (areas of growth) -Was a little dry but not sure when the person who gifted to me bought it. It was maybe purchased the day before -this bread didn't standout to me but I'll need to try again to better judge TIPS -Eat bread fresh! Probably day of purchase

    Very good and Soft sourdough

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. Just bake it in the oven about 350° for a few minutes. Keep an eye on it and take it out when it's the way you like it.

He said it's like bread pudding. A very dense one. There's no weird aftertaste that many sugar free desserts or sodas have. I really couldn't tell it was sugar free! Everyone loved it. I opted for pickup instead of delivery since I was heading that way anyway. Parking is tough. I ended up parking in a red zone at the corner a few houses away and got a little worried but I was able to pick it up within 5 minutes without getting a ticket. Whew! Ordered directly from the website and got a text once the order was ready for pickup. The minute Veronica opened the door, a cloud of baked goods hit my nose and I was in heaven. I really had to refrain myself from eating it as soon as I got back to my car. I had to put it in my trunk to avoid temptation. Picked it up on a Friday and had to hide it from myself until Sunday for Father's Day! Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

The decor is cute, and I was really endeared by the hand-painted cartoon characters on the windows. There isn't much seating, but there's more than I expected, so my partner and I had somewhere to sit while we waited for my latte. Highly recommended for the authenticity and impeccable service.

Order at the counter for takeout. They have a bit of regular buns as well as pies and other western style buns. They sell whole fruit cakes too. 8-inch round mango cake was $39. Chinese buns prices hovering around $3 were as pricey as the ones found in the South Bay Area/San Jose. Upkeep isn't the best though/more outdated. We purchased a cocktail bun/a mushroom & cheese bun/a ham & cheese/a hot dog bun/and a coconut pineapple bun. The 5-pieces were decent in size, but were stuffed into two paper bags for us which was quite different than what we expected. Buns made the paper bags very oily. We should have asked for a small box or something. They have good selections, but taste is average and doesn't stand out. Whole cakes look tempting though. Cashier needs to smile more. Overall, it's a tiny bakery for convenience. Not bad nor great here. I would look around for better options elsewhere.

For bakery items, go grab a tray and tongs, then head over to the clear plexiglass cabinets and start grabbing all the delicious baked goods that your taste buds desire. I would suggest staring with walking along the cabinets to scout out the items first before grabbing a tray and tongs, otherwise you have the tendency to just keep grabbing items that look good on the first pass and then be up with too much. Their cakes look very appealing and tempting to purchase. We just ate dinner and I was too full to try one of their coffee or tea drinks. It was my first time trying Binka Bites and I really enjoyed them. The texture reminds me of a hybrid between mochi and sponge cake, soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. My favorite flavor out of the box was definitely the Nutella. For leftover, I would recommend to microwave them for a 5-8 seconds before eating so it will be soft and warm. The Spam Musubi had a great spam-to-rice ratio imo (very important lol) with decent amount of sauce. Meanwhile, the Chicken Empanada was fresh, hot, and packed with flavorful shredded chicken.
