    I strongly recommend avoiding this repair shop for vehicle service…read more My truck was in their shop for nearly three weeks with little to no communication throughout the entire process. Every time I called for an update, I was told I needed to speak with a specific employee, yet he was rarely available. No one else in the shop could provide any clear information about the status of my vehicle. Both my boyfriend and I repeatedly reached out for updates and received almost no communication in return. I drove my truck to the shop on May 4, 2026, in running condition. After nearly three weeks, we were informed on May 27 that the vehicle was ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, the truck would not start or turn on at all. They charged my boyfriend $1,350 for what they claimed was transmission-related work, despite the fact that the truck was operational before being brought to them. In addition, he was separately charged $989 for a part that never even arrived, and again, this was never communicated to us. To make matters worse, the district manager handled the situation very unprofessionally and showed little concern regarding the condition of our truck or the amount of money already spent. Based on this experience, I would advise others to save their time, money, and frustration by taking their vehicle elsewhere. We are now pursuing legal action regarding this matter.

My air had stopped blowing cold air and I could not take just rolling down the windows, since I knew it would be getting hotter real fast. However after talking with Thomas, who gave me a run down on what my car needed Per him my air conditioning didn't just need a charge, I needed an entire Air Compressor Kit and processed to quote me an crazy amount, plus other issues he had found that needed to be taken care of. I told him I would talk it over with my husband and get back to him. The next day, I came back to fix a passenger side axle, since that was more important at the moment, however Thomas is not there on this day now I have someone else in my face fast talking, thinking he got a stupid woman in his view and he's coming up with more things that need fixing, now I'm getting upset because he really thinks he got me on the hook, I processed to tell him please just fix what I came here for, so I can be on my way. He asked if I wanted to take care of the Air Compressor Kit, I said No, my husband found another place that will do it for $500 cheaper than you and he said with taking a beat, I'll match that price. wow really, I bet you would. I gave them 3 stars, due to the fact, since I would not allow them to fix anything else, my appt was for 8:30am, they did not finish my car until almost 12pm, I kept getting the run around I personally didn't feel like these men were on the up and up, their fast talking seems very suspicious and sketchy.     The girl in the front is extremely rude and will not accept when she is wrong. I came in with a…read morecoupon coupon and showed the coupon. I was a referral from the DMV service operator. Later on when checking out, the girl wouldn't give me the coupon price and said I did not show her the coupon. I don't really care about the small price differential but the the girl called me a liar. On the other hand, my car did not pass due to the battery dying the day before. The manager Tomas was super nice about it and explained what I needed to do. If it wasn't for him being super nice I would really say this was a terrible experience. Girl needs to learn manners. Calling her girl because she doesn't wear a name tag and she acts like a child.
