Compared to the couple of places I've been to in the San Fernando Valley this place rocks. First and foremost the restaurant was spotless, everything was clean and organized. The food stations were clean and appetizing. We went around 8 pm and it looked like they just opened for the day. They even have their bread pockets, egg rolls and a few other items on the buffet. Hands down my favourite Mongolian BBQ place in 50 miles of the IE Great for lunch & dinner, with Lean and High Quality meats and Crunchy/Fresh veggies. Bonus hot bar with less healthy(and tasty) fried items, with soft serve ice cream for dessert. Friendly staff, very attentive with refills and helping customers with any requests. Decor cool/fresh and modern - I'm amazed that they manage to keep the black glass tables free of fingerprints - totally spotless. Your food tastes like the dirty grill it was cooked on, I received some particularly grimy noodles that very spicy even though I hadn't added any chili sauce, other then spice the only flavor to be found was what I would call burnt Mongolian jungle juice, after seeing the cooks cook meal after meal without scrubbing the grill it became clear it doesn't matter what you put in your bowl cause your food is just going to taste like a burnt version of the last 15 people's orders anyway, aside from that all the meats are frozen and the beef was mostly fat and what actual beef I could find was tough and stringy, received a couple sub par shrimp that were basically mush, once I explained why I lost my appetite to my server she brought out who I assumed was the manager, who told me I could just get another plate, like I couldn't already do that because it's a buffet? And then he walked off without resolving the problem, so I had to call the server over again to get the manager again, which is when he told me the same thing that I could get another plate of the same bad meat and dirty noodles, nasty food and poor customer service read more

This is a great place for Mongolian BBQ. First of all, the place is immaculate. Service is great, and the selection of meat, vegetables, and sauces is wide and varied. They also have a buffet area with egg drop soup (yum!) and other hot items, including the traditional bread and fried wontons. At the end of your meal, you can also have a soft-serve ice cream cone. By far the best Mongolian place I have been to! It is very clean, and the ingredients are fresh. They have a lot of different toppings and sauces. The only criticism I would give is they don't allow you to take your left overs home like other Mongolian places do. I only ate a little bit of my first bowl because it is so filling, and they said I couldn't take the rest. I felt like it was a waste of food and money. My family discovered it is better to do take out, so you don't worry about not being able to eat everything in one sitting. read more

This is by far the cleanest and also the best tasting AYCE Mongolian places out there. A lot of the place have watered down the sauce or use a cheaper cut for the meat. But this place is hands down the best. The flavors and the variety of topping you can put in it. They even give you the option to eat it with rice instead of noodles. They have either plain white rice or fried rice on the side for you. I hope they keep making the sauce the same way without watering it down too much. read more

My bf liked that they have a few recipes posted regarding sauces as he is not too sure of what to choose when it comes to deciding what goes well with what. Rarely does a restaurant maintain a five star average. Having been here for the first time I can say that their rating is well deserved. This is hands down the place to go for Mongolian! I was here late at night and the appetizers were a bit cold, though still edible. The BBQ though was amazing. I wish I lived closer, but will still be back whenever I am in town. Compared to other Chinese buffets with a Mongolian BBQ component, this one definitely has higher-quality ingredients. There's also a small assortment of standard fare Chinese buffet items, but the grill is the main draw. This place has lamb (not sure if this was only for dinner), which is definitely a plus. They do make some significant tweeks like adding curry sauce, sambal olek chili sauce, chili oil, and a few other unique sauce combinations. More impressive is their offering of a hot food bar for Mongolian pocket biscuits, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and so on. I remember some places offering one biscuit, an eggroll, and a too bad if you wanted more. This place let's you blow through as many biscuits as you need for your authentic bbq experience. They also provide complimentary dishes like egg roll, fried chicken strip, sweet sour pork, fried rices and soup. You must build a plate with their homemade Mongolian sauce and just follow their recommendation They also provide curry source which I don't normally see in a Mongolian buffet They serve homemade bread to put in lamb stir fry. They only have one dinner option - all u can eat The meal is good value for all the stuff you get. Meal comes with egg drop soup, fried and steam rice, pocket bread, sweet sour pork, egg rolls, fried wonton. Mongolian BBQ has good selection of spices and sauces for cooking. They offer to cook the steam rice with the Mongolian BBQ which is nice. Pocket bread is thick, dense and not puffy. Not even a pocket for that matter, didnt like. Fried rice is kind of crunchy, didnt like. Egg drop soup is bland. read more
