This place is awesome. First of all, the customer service is amazing. They have a variety of perfectly made meals ready to eat. Its just delicious and a big selection of meals. They have options for vegans as well. All meals have all nutritional facts on the labels. Best thing is its so easy. I just put in microwave from 2-3 minutes and its ready to eat. Delicious and very tasty. This is one of the great things if you get a Meal plan. It gives you the access of a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I was fortunate to get Kem Okara. Just pick some amazing meals that fit your calorie/macro needs and eat. They also have an in body scan that you can use FOR FREE and get a detailed analysis of your body. Kem, the nutrition consultant, can customize a meal plan for you according to your goals. The meals in the plan are also ready fit go meals which makes it even easier. He got some basic information from me and was able to get it to me within a few days with all my specifications! Such a great service and he is totally kind/friendly! This is my go to for ready made meals when I want go on a strict diet to cut some weight or just eat clean. The meals can be pricey at around 10 but you would spend just as much anywhere else at this point for a meal. The staff here is always helpful. They do have ways to save with their meal plans. The food is good for me... keep in mind that it's a way to a healthy lifestyle with clean eating. Once I commit to eating breakfast lunch and dinner meals from them i am gonna drop weight and feel great. I really wanted to love this place as in it was something i was looking to help aid my new healthy lifestyle i wanted to be on. especially since this was local & so i wanted to support as well. i placed my first order two weeks ago on a sunday, i made it so where it could be picked up by myself on that following thursday at 10:15am. i went there after 10:15am like maybe at 11am i would say because i had one errand beforehand that took longer than usual. but either way, my order should be ready right? i gave it days in advance, its a little after my pick up time. when i came in with my bf, it wasnt ready...it was almost like the employee had no idea. he looked at the pick up rack near him and wasnt to be found..he asked when i put it in the order..i said sunday..he goes oh because we want you have the freshest food so thats fine i can pull up your order and ill put everything together. he went to the office to print my order because im sure its bc no one fufilled it. now. im confused. im totally all for the freshest foods. but he made it seem like it was my fault when actuality...the fault was the store's. it was specifically made for pick up for thursday not sunday. i placed the order on sunday- thats it. i was going to say that and correct him but he was already grabbing orders from the freezers. we prob waited about several mins..and we were on our way. while the employee was nice- i could tell these guys are young and they prob just need to be on a better routine to make sure tasks are done daily and on time rather than sitting in a booth. i thought about this later when i got home that the employee didnt explain heating instructions and i forgot to ask. so i had no idea until i found the small print on the label. their food tasted great so i decided to give them another try despite the hiccups. but it was a bad 1st impression in my opinion and i wouldve chose delivery but it wasnt a option bc i had no idea they dont do saturday deliveries. so i made another online order, same time 10:15am but on a saturday. i came in that like 9 mins earlier than my pick up time. the same dilemma happened, my order wasnt ready again. no excuse this time, he went to office again to print my paper and i even saw that it said saturday pick up underlined too...so as he was packaging and im there waiting. he comes back and says my steak and potatoes is old and not fresh enough and the pick up would be tomorrow for that one dish. so we stood in silence for a minute because i was waiting for him to come up with solution. i work in retail mgmt for years and still do...so i came up with the solution. i said, well can i get just another same dish that you actually have like the chicken. so he went & grabbed it the subsitute. i had to be at my chiropractor appt after and i was not about come back the next day for one dish that shouldve been ready in the first place. i dont have time to make another stop. but as i was looking at my order later the steak and potatoes were on pricier than the chicken subsitute..which is a lost of a few dollars but i think im done with the place. while the guys are nice but they clearly need more training and more discipline. ive spent money for both orders and its more of a luxury to buy premade meals which i was willing to keep paying and keep coming....but, i dont think its enough to justify the inconvenience and inconsistency. ive DMed them through their IG account and got some communication and an a apology for the first order...and was supposed to get a follow up phone call for the 2nd order but never got it. they also dont reply to their emails. which its fine because i dont know if anything could bring me back to spend my money again. the reason why i didnt totally complain in person is because if they couldnt find one solution to the steak and potatoes part then they wernt going to how to handle anything else. i am a very cordial person so i hate to be mean or be mad at employees when i dont know whos fault it is technically. but mgmt and staff need to get their routines done in a timely & correct manner. i felt like they are very active to post stories on IG and repost other people's stories/post. which i think is very funny so per their buisness emails and follow ups in customer service is non-existent. they seem to care about social media than anything else. but just like the older, low reviews..what they experienced is definitely what i recieved as well. i will be cutting off all ties with them after giving them chances and enough time to respond but 2nd time they didnt. IMO, if you cant fix simple questions and concerns of a customer no matter how much money is spent or not- it doesnt mean you just ignore them. you should be able to take care of it from the start. i just didnt get the upperhand from here but at least i ended up finding another place thats super more attentive and always had things in stock in a timely manner. read more

I stepped into ReadyFitGo with a goal in mind to get healthier and lose a few pounds. This was easily accomplished with the help of Kem putting together a meal plan for me. I am down 15 lbs and have been feeling amazing! Kem is very friendly and knows how to set your goals in order. Picking up the food is super convenient coming from a nursing student who is always on the go and stuck in a busy routine. The food is not only delicious, but packed with nutrients as well. I'm a more-than-full-time engineer with a small attention span for tedious things, and my free time is very limited. I love working out and climbing at my climbing gym, and I want to eat healthy to support that. I've tried other meal services, but I never like the food, especially the 'healthy' food, its bland. I've tried so many times to do my own meal prepping, but I get frustrated and go back to old habits of ordering expensive takeout or binging on fast food because: - Its time consuming to find recipes, plan for macros/calories, shop, weigh, cook, clean, weigh again, pack...it wastes an entire Sunday for me even if I'm only cooking one type of meal. - I hate doing math for the macros/calories, even with the help of the myfitnesspal app it sucks, and I don't trust my calculations. - I get bored with the food I make, I don't want to eat the same thing every day - Getting enough protein to build muscle is HARD. I don't want to chug protein powder, I want real food. - Meal prep makes me dread cooking, which I used to enjoy - Because of all of the above, I always end up spending a crap ton of money eating out anyway, or on food that I don't cook and goes bad. I stopped by recently on a whim, and immediately got help picking out food for a week. I also got some advice for protein and making progress building muscle and strength at the gym: get the large portions, and make it a goal to eat everything. I'm already seeing great results from eating a lot of food I enjoy consistently: - better mood overall - much more enjoyable gym and climbing sessions - losing fat even though I'm eating way more (how?! seriously, how?!) - lots more free time - excited to eat every day and try new things - sleeping better - not spending money on takeout - not wasting money on food that goes bad The best part is that the food is delicious, like eating home cooked meals every day - I've tried 6 different types of meals, liked them all, and LOVED three of them, including things that I would have never made or tried myself. As someone who travels ... a lot! It is hard for me to meal prep and stay consistent with my eating habits. I seen Ready Fit Go one day as I was driving by and thought I'd check it out. It is a small establishment that has some tables and chairs for people dining in but most of the space is refrigerators full of all kinds of foods, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, beverages, etc. I randomly picked out a set of meals to try with my coworkers. Needless to say I returned two days later to stock back up. It may not be for some, but having an extremely active life and hard pressed schedule, I absolutely love the service they provide! My go to place to stay healthy. Just the right sized portions for what I need. So many varieties great meals to choose from. Love the overnight oats and the parfaits. The chicken park has been my favorite. The turkey Mac and cheese is another favorite. The Shepard's Pie was recommended to me and I declined but then changed my mind. It's pretty good.
