As stated in the other reviews, the services have declined, and the response to resolving issues has been less than stellar. We signed up through Costco when it was Sparkletts. What does happen on time, every invoice is paid. We have been more than patient. The lack of communication about deliveries being moved or cancelled is unacceptable. I spend an average of 1-2 hours every other week managing my water delivery. I do not trust what I am told through customer service. We are going to have to invest in some other option. This process is exhausting, and it shouldn't be this hard. read more

They have cancelled my delivery almost every day for the past month. Last week, I called and after being on hold for almost an hour, a rep came on and said they would not charge for me for delivery this month and promised to deliver a week ago; they said there was some change in ownership. But delivery never happened & I've had empty bottles on my balcony for pickup for a month. I just came to Yelp to not only leave this VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW but to also find a new water delivery service. There is no excuse for such shoddy service. This company is the worst, whether they go by Primo Water, Primo Brands or Ready Refresh. It's all the same company. They've missed my water delivery 8 different times. Every time I call, I have to wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and then its the same story, they say they will definitely make the next delivery, only to lie and not show up. I've had to call them every week for four weeks. They've delivered water four weeks in a row. There's no option online to skip the delivery. They have horrible customer service. They keep you on hold forever then hang up. They've lied to me about delivery dates, the product being delivered and how much. All I want is to have two 3 gallon bottles of Sparklets delivered every 2 weeks like I've always had. On one call I was told they had completely run out of all water. The Sparklets driver told me they've discontinued the three gallon bottles but Ready Refresh doesn't show that. This company does what it wants. I clearly cancelled this water service. They still send bottle waters to the house after the service has been cancelled. I called in last week about the my water dispenser not working, and to ask for a replacement which I was denied because you said I wasn't renting from you guys. I find it quite strange that when I got this water bottle service I got the dispenser with the service. However that didn't matter, and they still didn't want to replace it but wanted us to purchase a new one. That's when we cancelled the service. Even with the amount of years that we have been with this company again that didn't matter. So the representative told us to leave the last of the bottles outside the door after it was cancelled, and that would be all. (Quite funny how fast these guys took the dispenser after it was left outside the apt. But I thought we weren't renting the dispenser from you guys? after we cancelled the service? it's also strange how fast we got a water delivery when they came to pick up the bottles after the cancellation we usually have to some time or days to a month delayed water delivery from these guys often. They send us water for a service that was already cancelled they were supposed to come pick up the last remaining bottles. Which They picked up the bottles and put three more bottles as if the message wasn't already received.. now they charged the card for the bottles. Sad part is I can't even remove the card or the auto pay feature on the website. I'm telling you right now There is something wrong with this company. It's not the first or of the many issues I have had with this company. Buyer beware! Setting up service is not an issue, however attempting to close your account is. The company has a looping system where their written communications refer you to the 800 number and the 800 number states that they are unable to answer and refers you to the website. If you are not careful and "skip delivery" Ready Refresh will bill you for another unwanted delivery. Ready Refresh also continues to charge for the rented water cooler. read more

Awful experience. Salesman who came to my door lied to my face and said I could buy out the water dispenser from the company for $48. I talked to 4 customer service reps trying to do so and they had no idea what I was talking about, they never had a deal like that and it would have been close to $250 to buy out. I even signed a piece of paper stating that I acknowledged that I can buy the dispenser out from the company for $48. I am not sure what happened to ReadyRefresh. It has been less than one year and in this short time, I have only been able to speak with a human once. Their delivery service is unreliable. They are the cable guys of water delivery. Online delivery management is unreliable. If for some reason, they decide not to deliver on your scheduled day, they auto-change the date without notification. In a matter of minutes my delivery was changed from a Friday to Monday. Had to go buy water as we ran out days before. During their recent system upgrade, our deliveries were reduced, without notice. When I called for an additional delivery, the phone number was unable to connect to a live person, and no option to leave a voicemail. "Please call again later" I emailed customer service and received an auto reply. No follow up. We had to go buy water. The final straw - when I called about the lack of delivery last week, the first and only human said he didn't know why the delivery wasn't made. Tried to give me a discount when I shared the issues encountered, but was not able to get the delivery out on the day expected. Canceled the service on the spot. Asked them for confirmation in writing but told they are unable to do so. Taking our business elsewhere.. Told them to come fetch their bottles. read more

I have been using ReadyRefresh for about a year. They have been given access to Automatic withdrawal. They deliver every other month. They stop auto pay randomly and add $20 late fees. I try seeing invoices on line, I can't see why initially. I try the chat, no help, I finally can talk to people they reverse late fees. This part is common. Now they I talk to 5 people over a week and they lie about refunds, and they take them after reversing and lie about returning the money. read more

I was planning to move out from my current address so I called them to pick up the equipment. (There is no other way to schedule a return service besides calling them) I had been calling three weeks and only got an answer "call back tomorrow" And finally they scheduled a time to pick the empty bottle and water dispenser. I asked them to send a confirmation either to my email or phone, and they said the confirmation will be sent out in 24 hours. The day before the pickup date, I called again to confirm the time. They said there was no reservation to pick up the equipment. So they had to schedule another time. It's the fourth week since I tried to schedule a pick-up. I asked again to send a confirmation but they said there was no way to do that. I already moved out the house and they didn't even let me return the equipment myself. Our delivery guy was asked to place water inside the house ( my wife has medical issues that limit her movements to heavy objects) and he refuses simply because he's "behind schedule". This company should absolutely shut down. It's unprofessional and completely unreliable. I ordered my water with them last month and the delivery was 10 days late. We called everyday the customer service kept saying it is scheduled to be delivered today and nothing would happen. I am a manager in business who has recently been using ReadyRefresh for water delivery. They didn't deliver this week, but sent us an email "confirming our receipt." I thought it would be no problem to get them to fix the issue, and called immediately after the holiday, since Christmas was the next day. Instead, I was told, "Well, it says it was delivered. We can reschedule delivery Friday." She was very non-caring, and her voice seemed to indicate I was lying. She never apologized, and when I said something, she said again, "Well, it says it was delivered." This happend after our billed amount just increased dramatically. Ok, when delivering and you are given instructions to call me on the call box on the building, most people know how to use the various types of call boxes out there. Why is it nessesary to give you step by step instructions on how to use a call box? I know the delivery drivers are not stupid. They can figure out how to use a call box. But why are instructions on how to use one required? There are two types of call boxes. One is a push button type where you push the corresponding button and it buzzes the apartment. The other type is a directory based type where you search thru the names to find the person and you can either dial the code or simply push "call" how hard is it for you to understand the complicatedness of a call box? Also of note when calling a customer on your company phone it's customary to talk on the phone after dialing the customers number to alert them that you are there, not saying a damn thing is stupid af and how are we to know that it's you trying to deliver and not a telemarketer that's called, and most do not answer a call from "unknown callers." I'm not psychic and cannot read minds. Out of 4 attempts to deliver and basically set up service, and it's still not delivered and we are working on the 5th time for delivery. Since they went with a new billing system, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every time I call or attempt to log into my account, the system is down. I am suppose to receive an email stating that my invoice is ready for view and payment. I STOPPED RECEIVING THEM THREE MONTHS AGO. I AM CHASING THEM IN ORDER TO PAY MY BILL.
