Rude, rude and very rude service department. Everything is malfunctioned(please see photos) on my 2021 Q7. When I called for help. I was directed to Evelyn, rudest operator I've ever encountered. She's not helpful, got the rudest attitudes, and told me to toll in the vehicle and no loaner is available. If you're considering buying or servicing your vehicle here. Please go somewhere else. I've dealt with Porsche, BMW, Tesla and other service departments. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered. I regretted buying an Audi from this place and I just want to share this experience with my Yelp community. So people could avoid this kind of painful experience.

Rear passenger floorboard with a water puddle.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received recently. My car had a leak due to the rains and the front and back passenger side floors were wet.  I dropped off the car to have the leak stopped and to have water that was in the body of the car drained and the interiors dried. Here is a brief timeline: Wed Jan 4 car dropped off Fri Jan 6 tried to pick up the car...waited 30 minutes after paying to get the car which was supposed to be ready for pickup. It was supposed to be detailed also but when I checked, there was a puddle in the back (see video). I was given a loaner and was supposed to get a call to tell me the status of the car. No call received Tues 10 no communication at all until I reached out   Wed 11 After following up, I finally found out it would be ready and dropped off  in the city.  I got the car back but there was a puddle in the back still, smaller but still unacceptable. I've been using towels to soak up the remaining water. Wed 11 I requested refund....no reply Friday 13 Again, I followed up with the service department who said I'll get a call on Monday regarding the refund Monday 16 no call, no refund Tues 17 still no communication or refund I called and left a message. Needless to say, my frustration is not only with the quality of work but with the lack of communication.   I finally got a refund for the leak that was never solved and at this point, after so much hassle and lack of communication, it really doesn't seem sufficient compensation.  As a business owner, I always try to work things out directly with the business before making negative reviews. Finally they promised me a free car detail next time I take my car in to get worked on. I asked for an email confirming this so I have proof as I don't trust them anymore and after a month, it hasn't come. I'm tired of dealing with the dealership and have had to continue drying my car's carpet with towels and running the heating at full blast so I'm posting here.

TLDR: Sloppy Service Advisor Work I recently brought my car in for a 55K mile service at Audi Burlingame. Normally, I would have the car serviced by Audi Henderson (they are fantastic!), but an emergency brought me back to SF for the week and the long drive made it necessary for me to get the service in the area. It took five phone calls to get a price quote from my service advisor, Mark Martinez. Four messages were left unreturned over the course of three days. Ultimately, I just kept holding on the fifth attempt to ensure I got the answer I needed. When dropping off my car at 10 a.m., I asked Mark if he could have the car washed as it was very dirty from the eight hour drive up. Mark said that would not be a problem and the car should be ready around 3p.m. and but he would let me know in advance. At 3:16 p.m., Mark texts saying the car is ready and I have 45 minutes to come back and pick up the vehicle before they close. I am lucky I was in the area or this could have been big problem. Upon arrival, I check-in with Mark and he tells me to go to the cashier. At no point does he go over the service or what maintenance might be needed. I am told to collect my car out front. Of course, the car is unwashed. Also, as I read the paperwork, it's clear that my brake pads and tires require immediate attention. (They didn't even mark the form correctly) After this experience, I would caution others against this dealership or at the very least this service advisor.

Third one from top, 18k miles shown, when you get there after 5 hours of time wasted, it's magically 21600miles. Awesome

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this dealership's…read moreservice department. When I purchased my vehicle in 2024, the used car manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the beginning. At the time of purchase, I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was promised that it would be repaired. That promise was never fulfilled. Additionally, I purchased the rims and tire protection package through the dealership. Despite this, I have repeatedly experienced difficulties when trying to have my tires replaced. Each time I visit for tire service, I am given a hard time and asked to pay out of pocket, even though I was told the package would cover these issues. I have asked the service department to verify my coverage with their finance department, since the package was purchased directly through them, but they have failed to properly review my account. On multiple occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Most concerning, they failed to properly inspect my flat tire and told me it was fine, when it clearly was not. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. Neglecting to properly assess a customer's vehicle could have resulted in an accident. This has not been a one-time issue -- it has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I expected much better service and integrity from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money.
