I stopped here on a Tuesday afternoon while in town for work, based on the positive yelp reviews. This place definitely delivered a 5 star worthy experience! It was pretty crowded at lunch time, and the seating is somewhat limited, but there was a spot at the bar available so I sat there. I ordered an iced tea and the fried chicken salad. I don't think my tea ever got below 2/3 full before one of the amazing wait staff was refilling it. The salad itself wasn't flashy, but it was good, and the portion was quite large (I couldn't finish it). What really sold me on giving this place 5 stars was the service. They served the best corned beef hash I've ever eaten, excellent raisin bread French toast, and an incredible smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The Medium roast coffee was fresh and not burnt. I don't even know where to start. This place is KILLER!!!! The employees, the food, the service, the coffee, the ice tea! The list could seriously go on. We haven't ran into a bad apple there (regarding employees or food)! We absolutely ADORE Cheyenne. She has the GREATEST attitude and made it a point to remember my name (yes we go that often)! We drive 45 mins to the city of Fresno for our biweekly shopping and make it a point to start the day here. Everything is SOOO fresh and the serving sizes are amazing! My husband and I usually get our own omelette but we have also split an omelette and still left VERY satisfied! I wish there was a location in oakhurst (with a Cheyenne) because we would probably keep them open just ourselves . We were seated at a small table in the corner. After asking for a different location they said there was no place that could accommodate. We suggested adding a table and moving the one we had , still no! We moved the table away from the wall 4 inches ( elbow room) . Apparently they were watching and came back and pushed it back. After complaining we were moved to a table and added a small table. Needless to say all 5 of us felt very disrespected and discriminated. After breakfast ( very bland &average) We stood outside the front door chatting, quickly were asked to move further away, so we did. 2 minutes later another elderly Caucasian group stood in the exact same spot while the blond receptionist said nothing to them as she walked by. This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was delightfully shocked! I had always driven by this little corner breakfast and lunch spot a lot because it is right next to the Walmart that I shop at. I went on 11/07/20 for breakfast and it was PACKED! The wait was longish just a tad bit more than I liked but not too long for it to be annoying. Anyways, once we got into the restaurant we sat on the patio where it was nice and warm my girlfriend and I ordered chocolate milk to start and it was super yummy to start! Then we got the meals in the pictures. As you can see it was ALOT of food, but I had to try the pancakes. Overall, food was great and filling. Service was nice and snappy loved it!!
