Disappointing Valentine's Day Experience Location: 5259 Hickory Hollow Pkwy, Antioch, TN 37013 My partner and I chose the Antioch Red Lobster for a romantic Valentine's dinner, but the night was frustrating. We called ahead to confirm walk-ins were accepted until 8:45 PM, arrived at 8:15 PM, and were told the wait would be 45 minutes. After waiting patiently until 9:00 PM, the staff abruptly announced the kitchen was "backed up" and refused to seat us--no apology, just a request for our email to "forward complaints to corporate." For a holiday as busy as Valentine's Day, the lack of preparation was shocking: Misleading walk-in policies (closed kitchen an hour early despite advertised hours). Zero accountability (no manager or on-site resolution). Unprofessional compensation process (deflecting responsibility to corporate). Instead of a simple gesture (a voucher, sincere apology, etc.), we were stranded on a special occasion. This location clearly struggles with high-traffic nights and basic customer care. Save yourself the disappointment--dine elsewhere for the holidays.

Came by here to pick up an order for one of my doctor's offices I was doing a training for. I always love Red Lobster because they do a great Job!!!

Ordinarily I've gotten decent crab from here, but this was awful. 1. For 2 crab clusters I only got 5 crab legs 2. Each crab leg was either tough, dry or MAYBE only had about 50% meat in them.

Thank you to the General Manager and the entire staff on Tuesday 2/11/25. We had a Sister Galentine event and the food, staff, and environment was fantastic!!! I can't wait to plan another event with them.

Wednesday deal of a lobster tail, 7oz sirloin, and 2 sides!

I think that if we take into account the staff shortages everywhere, then the service at this red lobster was stellar. I was seated quickly, give time to look over the menu before my order was taken and everything was brought to my table in a timely manner. The only thing that I was "unhappy" with was that there were no dinner bread available until my meal came, BUT BOY WHERE THEY FRESH! I went on Wednesday and got the Wednesday deal of a lobster tail, 7 oz sirloin, and 2 sides (I got mashed potatoes and Caesar salad) as well as an a la carts bacon Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Things were priced very accordingly. I also ordered the toro's strawberry lemonade and it was really good! And only about $7!! Overall I recommend this place for a smaller group that has an ounce of patience. I will definitely be back for my next self date night!

We had the fried pickles which are amazing! They do spears instead of chips which is different and good. Got the chicken finger platter for lunch. These things are gigantic! They give you 3 and that's probably too much lol. Very good experience. Will definitely come back when In the area.

First time into Champy's was decent. I will say, we went on possibly the coldest day (2 degrees…read moreoutside), but insulation in the building is awful. We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

I wasn't sure if this was a dumb or smart decision, but the online wait said it was only 10-15 minutes. I wasn't sure if I believed it, but we gave it a go anyway. And what do you know - it was right. Parking was a nightmare though. Wow. We ended up parking in a muddy lot next to it. (That was after we finally found it because it's so new the GPS didn't take us to it. Never fear, they have solid signage up now). Also, it was muddy because it rained. Not their fault at all. There's a lot of construction in the area because it's so new. It'll be tip-top shape soon enough. Okay back to the restaurant. Hmm. Well, prepare to be greeted. A lot. It's not overkill, just very, very friendly. And you'll be hit with the scent of those rolls. Dear god, those rolls. It's like they want you to start salivating the moment you walk in, and you absolutely will. And then you'll see those slabs of meat when you get in. Not good if you're vegetarian but great if you love a good steak. They really have their waiting down pat. They tell you where to stand and you just stand there like cattle in a chute waiting for your turn to go eat those rolls you're dreaming about. Never fear, the wait time you were quoted (or at least on opening night) is accurate. They didn't have their liquor license just yet which was fine for me because I don't drink. My partner ordered a beer. I ordered some sort of flavored coke that was delicious. Food? Gotta go with the steak. Don't forget the cactus blossom! Move over bloomin' onion. You're so last year. Everything was perfect. Can't believe I got me a steak and two sides for $23.99. Won't be 15-20 years before my next visit, but miss me with the saddle on my birthday. That is not my vibe. Service was very attentive. Maybe a tad bit too attentive. I think they were making sure their servers were trained well, but whoo, let some people eat!

I've been to…read moreall of the Edley's locations around Nashville, but this one is by far the best for families, mostly because of the outdoor play area. Parking was super easy, and the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean, and the restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of tables and room to spread out, which is always appreciated when dining with little kids. My kids played outside while we waited for our food, but the food came out quickly. The kids' meals are some of the best values in town. One tip: the bun on the kids' cheeseburger is huge compared to the patty. I asked if they could add an extra patty, and they did for just $1. After removing some of the bun, it made for a much better burger and still kept the meal incredibly affordable. The spicy chicken tacos are also some of the best tacos in town. Our family of five ate for about $50. We usually buy Edley's gift cards at Costco, so our actual cost was closer to $40. It's refreshing to have a restaurant in Nashville that truly welcomes families while still serving great food. Highly recommend for anyone dining with kids.
