My wife and I patronized this location at 5 PM today, and it was, by far, the worst customer service I have ever received, from any type of business, ever. Our server informed us that she was new on the job, and she was very sweet, funny, and helpful. Our food came out hot and tasty. We enjoyed our meal. That's when things took a turn for the HORRIBLE. The POS system on our table malfunctioned after we swiped our credit card, giving us a black screen. We gave it about ten minutes, and then finally informed our server, who in turn informed another server, who came to our table and reset the device. We started again, swiping our card, only to have the screen black out again. We waited another fifteen minutes. Finally I managed to flag down yet another server, explain to him our situation, only to have him say, dismissively, "This isn't my table," and walk away. By this point I was heated, and said, "Even if it's not your table, there's such a thing as customer service." He scowled and pretended not to hear me. Another ten minutes go by. Finally I just decide to walk to the front of the restaurant and ask for a printed receipt, so that we can finally pay our bill and leave. After another ten minutes, the "manager" (if you can call him that), emerged, took our card, and told us that the problem was that our credit card was too old, so the strip wouldn't register. I told him point-blank that the "problem" here isn't our card, it's YOU, for not attending to the situation earlier. He gave me a glare, walked into the kitchen, and came out with a printed receipt that he handed off to our server. No apology. Nothing other than rudeness and recrimination. My Fiancé and I decided to go here on a Friday night. It was fairly busy, and had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated, which was fine. However, we were served by one of the most fantastic, outgoing, and attentive waitresses we've ever experienced. Her name was Torie, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND her call of duty our whole visit. Very attentive to our needs, refilled drinks without even asking, and continually checked in on us to ensure our experience was as great as could be. She single handedly made this night out five star for us! Thank you! I hope she can get recognized for her customer service. And oh, by the way, the food was great and came out hot very quickly! Food: Bourbon Peach Shrimp and Scallops. I really like the sauce that they brush on the seafood. It is sweet and goes well with the shrimp and scallops. The scallops were over cooked. It's not the best seafood, but look at the prices - you know that it's not going to be spectacular, but it is good. Also, the portions get smaller and smaller every time I come here. All in all it was a terrible experience at red lobster today, we got seated very quickly but then we couldn't get any biscuits over an hour. Our waiter was missing in action most of the whole time, not even another waiter could get extra sauce, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce. Frist time here at Reb Lobsters! It's was ok. The food was ok. The service was very fast and prompt. It was a little slow for them I guess. Considering it was only 5 tables with customers including mines. Seem a little pricey. As I was walking out I saw a lobster tank. It was empty. I guess that's why it was pricey. VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Our company in downtown Nashville ordered 33 of the Tiered box lunches from the Antioch Red Lobster yesterday. We were beyond amazed by the whole experience. The GM was very involved in making the experience a good one. The sales and catering coordinator Secret, was a jewel. She took care of making sure we had all the information we needed and was the person who delivered and help set up all the meals. She looked very nice and represented the company well. Very bad customer service. We ordered then waited 45 minutes to get our food. One plate was missing and about 15-20 minutes later it came. We were done and ready to leave we told her to cancel the plate she took more than five minutes and brought us the change without canceling the plate. read more

Let me start off by saying, this establishment houses some of the finest service employees that I have encountered in the 53 years I have occupied this planet. However, two weeks ago I came into the restaurant and was waited on by Jared. This guy was condescending, unbecoming, and came about one more smart alleck comment away from catching a backhand. I'm not sure what this kids parents taught him about manners growing up but as I waited 10 minutes for him to greet me, I caught a glimpse of him jamming out with a speaker up to his ear in the back room. When I entered restaurant they said it was a 10 minutes wait yet no one was in waiting area. Mentioned to hostess I could see many open tables and she commented something about waitresses could only handle so many tables. Wait ended up afoot 2 minutes as we were seated. Hostess brought us two cokes for which we did not order and informed us there water machine as broken. My wife informed the lady she didn't drink coke so she offered something else but no water. When waitress came she asked us if we were ready to order and said I see you have two drinks and I informed her we did not order them as the hostess brought them to us which we thought was a kind gesture for the wait that really didn't turn out too long. I ordered the surf and turf for $35 which looke very good on the menu. When my meal arrived quite late by the way the lobster consisted of 6 bites and the steak was over cooked. The manager came by asked how our meal was and I told him the lobster was rather small and he said something about it only being 4 oz whicyeadnt on the menu. I placed an order on Uber Eats and only received half my order. When I called to notify them of the mishap, I was put on hold for 23 min. I hung up and called back and spoke to a manager and was placed on hold again. The manager called while I was still on the other line to tell me that their phone hung up on me. So after all of this, they said I could come in to get the part of my order that was missing. I had to wait on the order still while being told at the pick up order station that they do not see my order. I had to also wait for the waitresses to even acknowledge myself and people in front of me. I finally got my order. I haven't been to red lobster in a long time. Our server was wonderful. Her name was Kia. She was very friendly and genuine. The biscuits were absolute perfection. I ordered the 4 course feast with lobster bisque (not that great at all and shouldn't cost an additional $1.99), Coconut shrimp, caeser salad, and key lime pie. I took 1 star off because of timing. Not sure if the food was rung in at once or if the kitchen made a fluke, but I wasn't even done with my salad when the soup and entrée arrived, which kind of sucked to be honest. I tried a piece of my fiancés crab and HOLY COW that was heavenly. I ordered a blue margarita which was good but too sweet for me, and then a mojito which was PERFECT. Being that my fiance is from New Orleans she loves seafood, so whenever she gets a chance to go eat at what we now nicknamed "The Lobb" ,..she be too excited! Now we have gone to this particular Lobb twice now and I STILL HATE IT!! I know its a seafood spot but is it supposed to smell like feet, a**, and fish all at the same time!??!! I can't tell the difference between the raunchy smell of the bathroom when I'm in there and the musty smell of the restaurant when I come out. OK, now on to the wait staff,..friendly but slow as hell even on a weekday night we waited as if it were packed! Food on the other hand is pretty good, my family and I love the biscuits they serve and I love the Long Island tea cause it helps me endure the smell of this establishment. Prices are reasonable but I realized that this Lobb doesn't have a selection of dressing for your salad's only two choices in which my fiance and I didn't eat either:(...I don't want to go back but probably will cause my baby loves seafood and its not to far from home....taking one for the team again! read more

What a roller coaster ride.We entered the place to be met by a fairly icy greeter who told us it would be 10 mins until a table was available even though the restaurant was approx. 1/2 full. We decided to have a drink at the bar and the bartender was so friendly and it was her birthday. She made an excellent top shelf Long Island. We were then seated in an empty side room in a booth which would struggle to fit a stick insect in so we moved under our own steam. Our waitress was Michelle who took our order including a water each.We ordered a Seaside sampler as an appetizer,salad and a bake and an admirals feast. We received the salads first which were pretty good, then the infamous bread arrived,then the entrees so the appetizer had gone awol. We therefore cancelled it, the waitress was very apologetic and the manager came over and apologized offering coupons etc. the waitress made me a 2nd LIIT herself which was also very good No water as yet so we reminded the waitress, she then went awol herself after 10 more minutes I got up walked to the bar where I got the waters myself. We were still waiting for our next round of drinks when another waitress came by so we hijacked her to find out about our drinks. She re-took our order, next a waiter came over apologized that our waitress had an emergency and advised our drinks were coming. 12 mins later I got up to go and find them only to find the waiter just bringing them.Asked for the bill which was the quickest item to arrive and didn't contain the promised coupons.The manager then arrived with them. I am a native Antiochian who wants the area to raise itself back to its former glory but more attention to detail is req'd. Just for once I would like to go out and not face issues and drama. I normally have a good experience at this Red Lobster. This time not so good. We were seated quickly because the restaurant was not busy. The hostess had an attitude because she wanted to sit us next to the cubby hole staff are going in and out of. So once seated and looking over the menu, we placed our order. We received our drinks and cold bread, then the salad. After watching several others who came in after us get their food, we began to get a little angry. Thirty minutes later the waitress came to the table and says "Your food is on the way, I had my manager put a rush on it. When I put the order in, it did not go through so they did not know". We paid for the drinks we had and left. As we walked out the door the waitress and the manager are in the little office having a good time joking and laughing. O.K., I'm a seafood nut. I'm even good at cooking it at home, but sometimes you just want to go and let someone else do it for you. Red Lobster is solely responsible for my love of seafood. This location never lets me down. I often go in at lunch time just to order an appetizer and I still get excellent service. Dinners are not different, I have never had a bad experience at this Red Lobster. I understand the Bourbon Peach Shrimp Skewers aren't on the Menu anymore but they were the bomb. Their Scallops are always cooked to perfection. My favorite Appetizer is the Lobster & Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. I love their Key Lime Pie but rarely have room for it after consuming my food. This restaurant is awesome with hosting large birthday parties. on Jan 2nd we always do our mom annual birthday dinner, cause this is her favorite restaurant. I had spoke with a manager name Torre, approx 2 weeks before the dinner to let him know we would have about 25 to 30 pp coming on that day, he was friendly and wrote the information down. The day of the party I can not remember what manager I spoke with, but we confirmed everything was still good and we was coming, Jan 2nd day of the party, we had a little of a wait while they got things together, but the staff was very friendly in letting us know things where just about ready. I truly feel bad cause I can not remember the 3 guys that they assigned to do our party that day and it was around 6pm ( party time), but these guys did an awesome job, they had a system in place and got everyone drinks, food and tickets all within a timely manor.. and they were very friendly. I am not usually one to dine at corporate chain restaurants but we decided to give red lobster a try considering it was the only restaurant open in our area at 10 pm. We were surprised at how busy it was for being so late and had a 10 minute wait. We were sat and our server Markie came over to greet us. We absolutely adored her and she was excellent throughout our whole visit! We never waited for a refill and she even offered to refill our biscuits. We shared off with a pick 2 appetizer of calamari and mozzarella sticks. The menu didn't mention that the calamari also came with battered and fried broccoli and red peppers and it got lost in the fried vegetables. It was still a pretty good portion of both items for your value. As our entree we split the shrimp trio which included shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, and butterflied and fried shrimp. It also came with a salad and a side. We were so glad we shared because the plate was huge! We did get an extra side of rice pilaf which was a surprisingly tiny portion. Definitely would have been upset if I had paid for that dinky little side. Overall, our service was excellent and our food was delicious. Definitely did not expect such a good experience so we were pleasantly surprised! read more
