    All you can eat shrimp

We came in for the all you can eat shrimp and we definitely felt like we got our moneys worth. Service was spot on & the restaurant for a Wednesday afternoon was lively. They were very intentional about making sure they offered our shrimp refills for the endless meal frequently.

Haven't dined in probably in a couple of decades, but the experience was just as good as I remembered. They have a lot of specials these days and I wanted to get the shrimp trio. We also got the fish and chips for the Friday deal and everything was great! Wasn't busy and service was good. Would definitely come back

Terrible experience won't be going back ever. We had a party of five with a reservation at 645 PM we didn't get seated until 745 . I ordered the fish and chips and it was greasy over cooked and very small portions it came with two marble sized hush puppies a cup of fries and four tablespoons of coleslaw no tartar sauce and no lemons.

Had another great visit at Brea Red Lobster! My daughter, her friend and I all enjoyed the calamari appetizer, and our entrees. He said the chicken breast entree was delicious and it looked breaded and fried to perfection. Decent portion for a big eater also. My daughter enjoyed her steak and lobster entree and the biscuits. I really loved my shrimp and lobster linguine. Great portion and great taste! Service was very good as well. Only thing they need to bring back is soup or salad with every entree.

The place is clean and the staffs are attentive, but the food was disappointing. Most of the dishes lacked flavor and didn't feel well-balanced. Considering the price, the quality and taste didn't justify the cost. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the food and don't think it was worth the money. We will not come back.

Today Ethan showed what true hospitality is for me and my family, making Red Lobster and exceptional experience. Food was great. Condiments were great. Great family dinner. Appreciated. I couldn't have spent my birthday in a better place. It's a great dining experience for people of all ages and back-rounds! 10/10

Better experience this time. Ordered for delivery though. They deliver through Doordash. I wanted something that I hadn't had in a while. Red Lobster was the pick. Food arrived warm still. We were missing a couple items though, missing side of broccoli and lobster bisque were not in the bag. Bummer. I did request a refund through Door dash since those items were missing. Seaside shrimp trio 10/10 This was great! Also, not a bad price for all the shrimp you get. I love popcorn shrimp, so that was my favorite. The garlic shrimps were very buttery and delicious. The shrimp with pasta was my least favorite. The sauce didn't have much flavor. It tasted just like buttery noodles lol For $22 this was a great value. Cheddar bay biscuits 10/10 Love these so much! They are cheesy and filling. Love the hint of garlic and butter. Very good biscuits. We ordered a dozen of them lol Hush puppies 10/10 The hush puppies have a special place in my heart. I love these corn bread tasting balls! So yummy. They had little pieces of corn inside them too. Stuffed mushrooms 10/10 My husband ordered these and loved them. They were stuffed with lots of filling. He said he enjoyed them. I like mushrooms, but not that much lol I didn't touch those. Overall, everything we ordered was really good. We were just missing a couple items. Could have been a 4 star, if they didn't forget the soup and broccoli lol

I've been to this red lobster on countless occasions throughout the year and have experienced the small changes they've been doing. It had been a while since we had been here and I got the meal for the bday dessert. My bf and I decided to visit and bring our own wine. One of the best things from them was the no corkage fee since they don't really have a wine selection. This is family friendly casual restaurant with a wide variety of seafood dishes. They were pretty empty with only about 3-4 tables total. We decided to order the Brussels sprouts as a starter and one of their seafood combos to share since I wasn't too hungry. My bf also added the loaded baked potato. We waited 30 mins after ordering and NOTHING. Eventually they told us that they no longer accept wine from outside, not even for a fee because they no longer pay for that type of licence. This was disappointing since the tried telling us that the had never accepted it and we know that's a lie. Eventually the showed up to our table with a different tables food. We think our waitress mixed tables and potentially never got our order in. We waited 20 more mins from that moment to even get our food. The food tasted really good as it was really fresh off the kitchen. We have never gotten our food so freshly cooked before which just adds up to them not inputting it in the system. Sadly because the experience had already been so bad, we didn't get to enjoy the food as much. Now the reason I came in, my bday dessert. The waitress tried to tell me that I was limited as to which one I could get and that would've been fine, but I'm the type of person who reads the small print and that's not what the email said. I took the time to log into my account and I was right. It was a bit of a back and forth, but I eventually got my dessert which again was really good, but the experience wasn't. After this experience, I doubt we will be back. The only reason it is a 2 star is because after the 2.5 hrs lunch ordeal, the food actually tasted good.

Perfectly prepared lobster. The steak also hot juicy and cooked med rare. Our server was attentive and very professional. Checked on us regularly. Clean restaurant and great music. Shout out to the cooks in the kitchen for your cooking skills. Great team work to everyone there. Thank you!

I ordered the margarita flight, crab queso, Tito's Strawberry Lemonade, Top Sirlion with Lobster plate, and Sailors Boil The Tito's Strawberry Lemonade was very very sweet and has a syrup taste to it. I wouldn't recommend this unless you don't mind super super sweet drinks. The Crab Queso was a bit salty but overall good flavor when it's nice and hot and it's a nice shareable size. The chips were very tasty as well. I would recommend to order this. The Top Sirloin was okay, the best thing about it was it being a medium rare like I requested. The flavor was okay but it was a bit chewy, I wish there was more of a sear on it, I would recommend to upgrade to the filet mignon. The Lobster tail is always very good, I've had lobster at various places and this one is always almost just as good. I would highly recommend the lobster here. The Sailors Boil was comparable in taste to most seafood boil places. I would recommend to Shake the bag when you get it so the flavor gets a better spread. The spicy sausage was the best, shrimp was okay, like most boils the flavor isn't great, mostly just bland. The only bad thing was the corn, it was very soggy. I personally wouldn't order this again, but if you're really into boils this one is good for the price. The flight of margaritas was good I would recommend to get them. The service was nice and fast with friendly staff, the ambiance is quiet and a bit outdated. I gave it a 4 star because the food has been a whole lot better ever since the CEO change, if you haven't been in a while I would definitely recommend to give it another shot.

I've been to red lobster countless times in my life. It's usually an enjoyable meal but in my humble opinion, I could take it or leave it. We ordered the lobster dip appetizer. It's supposed to be a mashup of cheese, spinach and artichoke dip and lobster. It's not much in this dish but I didn't taste or see any artichokes. The dip was good but I've had better. I ordered the shrimp meal where you can pick two shrimp options. I was saddened by the difference in taste of the shrimp linguini. The shrimp linguini is a red lobster staple and there was something off about the sauce. I couldn't quite pinpoint it but it wasn't as delicious as I've tried countless times before. The service and ambiance of this location is always lowkey. Our server was kind, attentive and patient. I don't think the quality has decreased I just think maybe the cooks were doing something different. U may come back but I'm not rushing.

Trying Red Lobster newly added menu Seafood Boil. It was ok. We ordered Mariners Boil with mixed sauce ( garlic butter and Cajun ). Barely taste the Cajun. Service was good.

Life happened, years passed, and somehow I never made it back. Fast forward to today: I was driving my Tesla, jokingly asked Grok to take me somewhere for a beer, and it pointed me right back here. Walking in felt like revisiting a place that had been quietly waiting in the background of my story. The centerpiece is still the incredible bar. Shelves stacked floor to ceiling with whiskey bottles, glowing green tile behind the taps, warm lighting, and enough character that you can spend half your time simply looking around. It's the kind of room that feels both energetic and comfortable at the same time. I grabbed a seat at the bar, watched a soccer match on the TVs, and ordered an Old Fashioned. It arrived exactly the way I hoped it would: large clear ice cube, generous orange peel, balanced and smooth without trying too hard. Just a well-made classic cocktail. What stood out most was the atmosphere. These days I'm much more likely to be exploring hiking trails, photographing wildflowers, or driving mountain roads than spending time in bars. Twelve years ago, places like this were a much more regular part of my life. Coming back reminded me why I enjoyed them in the first place. Good conversation, a comfortable seat, a quality drink, and no rush to be anywhere else. The beer taps looked extensive, the whiskey selection seemed endless, and the entire place struck a balance between neighborhood pub and whiskey destination. Funny how a random AI navigation suggestion brought me back to a place I'd been meaning to revisit for over a decade. Glad it finally did. 5 stars.

For some reason the refinery spend their 40 minutes cooking the hell out of my burger, and they could even put the tooth pick in the middle of my burger, like is it that hard to stab my burger in the middle. I honestly don't know how The Refinery inside the Hilton in Brea manages to stay open. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First off, the place looks nice when you walk in, but that's where the positives end. The service was painfully slow -- not the "busy restaurant" kind of slow, but the "did anyone remember we're here?" kind. We waited forever just to get water, and it somehow took even longer for the food. Then the food actually showed up... and wow. Bland, overpriced, and somehow still cold. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. For a restaurant attached to a Hilton, I expected at least basic quality, but this felt like cafeteria food with steakhouse prices. To make things worse, the staff acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. No check-ins, no refills, no effort. Just vibes of "please eat and leave." Between the slow service, disappointing food, and ridiculous prices, this place feels like a tourist trap hiding in a hotel lobby. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else in Brea. Even a gas station snack run would be a better experience.

What a unique German restaurant right in Brea…read more It instantly reminded me of the Hofbräuhaus in Vegas with its friendly and welcoming food hall. I'm not super familiar with German cuisine, but everything felt authentic and traditional. I ordered their popular Ruben sandwich, served hot with corned beef, sauerkraut, and a Russian dressing on rye bread. It was delicious and packed with meat and flavor. I decided to sit outside and enjoy the warm sunshine, and a server came out to check on me. My friend had texted a different place for dinner, so I visited the clean ladies room, paid my tab, and received a warm farewell and invitation to return for dinner another time. Neat place, solid German menu, and super friendly staff will make this a dinner stop for me in the future!
