My husband and I both had the lobster lovers feast. The Rick lobster was hot, freshly cooked, tender and delicious. The Maine lobster tail was tough, and rubbery...both of them. Pregnancy cravings made me want shrimp scampi and biscuits! I'm so sad that I payed $30+ for the quality of food I received. My scampi was so incredibly salty, my green beans were so soggy I was grossed out. The biscuits are still amazing but I'm disappointed my cravings were not satisfied. I haven't had red lobster in years and I probably won't be having it again. I think Red Lobster's just a pretty average place. I don't understand why it's so talked about. Ambiance and Location: the place is really nice inside, although it looks quite old. The parking lot is also large and accommodating but during the weekends is a nightmare. Service: the hostess was really friendly. The customer service inside was average at best, we had about three different servers. The first one was friendly, but then he disappeared and was replaced by a waitress. She took forever to refill my drink and didn't seem happy to be working. The third one actually was the best of the three; he was genuine and he took great care of us. Food: The coconut shrimp starter was quite yummy, much better than the lobster, which was undercooked. The Salmon my boyfriend had was good but not great. We did not have desserts. If I had to describe this place one word would be enough: Overrated. I won't come back unless no other alternative is available. read more

It has been awhile since having a meal here. Boy, we were glad we did. Ordered the seafood artichoke dip for appetizer. It was delicious. Zero stars ! Came here because I had a gift card they didn't bring the glass of wine I ordered until I asked for it AFTER they brought my food. Order was wrong didn't even bring the sauce I asked for on the side and they added cheese when I said I wanted no toppings..how do you mess a simple salad up?? Okay after hearing a crazy horror story from my sister and the displeasure TASTING her "stale" catfish for myself I'm like "whoa wtf happened to this place?" Now I've had enough catfish in my like to know what its supposed to taste like, and that's NOT like overcooked chicken. Now that it seems they've replaced the staff, it was loads better this time around. Unfortunately the catfish was removed. Not the first place this has happened at. So, I opted for the red snapper, which came out nicely cooked as well as the biscuits which were fresh. Also it looks like they've increased the portion size of the salads. Erik the server was amazing specially made up the night from a bad experience at the front desk. The person at the front desk the wanna be Manager, if he's your face of your store front throw him as a dish washer believe his name is Jacob training some husky friendly greeter. I asked if we can sit outside since no ones sitting in the patio, his response was you have 14 people ahead of you and we will notify you when ready. Don't know if he hates his job or cause I'm brown I sent my friend in 10 min later who was light (white) skinned and he was told the same thing with an attitude (so race wasn't an issue good thing cause I was recording his sassiness) what ever this guys issue is he needs to throw that thing out the window and put his game face on especially in the service industry. When seated by Erik the first thing I ask was "Do you like you job?" He said yes and love it. Without him knowing I Yelp I knew he knew something was up from the front desk experience or something maybe other people complained. Order was wrong they cook my steak medium still red inside I ha ordered lobster, steak, bake potato and green beans instead of green beans they gave me mashed potatoes. I asked the waitress if she can have my steak cooked more. Overall really good. Food was excellent. Drinks were great. Our server Mark was on point and got food and drinks out quick. Keep in mind this was also on Valentine's Day so they were super busy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is while in the bar Tony was very pushy and making sure you pay for the drinks at the bar and can't be transferred to the table. And I get it he wants his tips on the drinks and I'm sure he doesn't have time to go chasing people down and seeing where they got sat. We ordered curbside pick up. When we arrived we called the number listed in the curbside pick up spot and told them were were here. They asked for our name and were told that there were 2 orders under our last name - they did not write down our first name. We finally got that straightened out by our phone number and were told that our order would be right out. 20 minutes later we still did not get our food, so we called again. This time they said they had a few orders under our last name, so I gave them my phone number - then they told me they only go by the name and not the phone number. I gave them by first name 3 times then I had to ask them to confirm my order to make sure they had the right order, then they told me our order was not yet ready - 25 minutes after our pick up time. I told them that the person I spoke with before said our order would be right out - then they told me that was a 3rd party - then I said that was the same phone number that I called them on, and they told me sometimes the 3rd party picks up that line and sometimes the restaurant picks up that line. Then they told me it could be another 30 minutes - which is now 1 hour after our original pick up time...bear in mind we placed the order 2 hours before our pick up time. So we got our food 3 hours after ordering it. Seriously, get your food somewhere else, unless you are fine with getting your food 3 hours after ordering it. read more

I haven't been to Red Lobster in years but my husband I decided to go on Friday since we aren't eating meat during lent. I ordered the salmon New Orleans and it was really good, I'm not a huge fan of pico de gallo and there was a little on top of the salmon but it didn't bother me. The mashed potatoes were very good and creamy, the green beans were good and of course the cheddar biscuits were awesome!
