Would give no star but hey ‍ was served a shrimp cocktail that wasn't properly cleaned, mozzarella sticks was warm and the marinara sauce was HOT, a salad with visible dirty lettuce. Not to mention the AWESOME waiter we had whom we was practically invisible too!!! Drinks left without refills and flat out ignored unless we was able to catch her! I had one of the best experiences eating at this Red Lobster. The food was good as expected when eating at one of these. But, the service was second to none. Living in a post-Covid world where most restaurants are lucky to be fully staffed, it's usually a roll of the dice when getting servers. My server was very personable and attentive. Even though he had several tables, you never felt rushed. I've been to several high end restaurants and haven't had a server as good as him. Next time you're dining there, ask for Cody, 10/10 recommend him. read more

Just had an absolutely horrible time at this restaurant. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday thinking our birthday party of 8 would be able to get a table easier than waiting until later. The parking lot was half full -- but we were told it would be a 30-minute wait. After a solid half-hour wait, we were seated in the back of a restaurant that was more than 50% empty -- not an encouraging start to our evening. Our server introduced us to the trainee working with him, and one took my half of the table while the other took the other half. We received drinks and cheddar biscuits hot from the oven, but dinner quickly went downhill from there: 1) It took 48 minutes to receive our entrées, and only after my dad asked if our order had been misplaced. 2) One plate was nearly stone cold. 3) My daughter received grilled chicken instead of the garlic grilled shrimp, so we had to send it back. 4) My mashed potatoes had been sitting so long, they had a film on top of them. 5) It took 10 minutes for the other half of our table to receive their food. Obviously, the two tickets -- from two different servers -- were not turned in -- or processed by the kitchen -- at the same time. 6) My sister-in-law never received the side of crab legs she ordered, but it was still on the ticket. The server seemed confused when she asked him to take it off. 7) The desserts, which were part of our prix fixe dinner, were hard, dry and tasteless. The brownie was so hard it was impossible to cut. In all, it took us nearly two hours to get through dinner. (And as I returned to my seat from using the facilities, I overheard the hostess tell a party of 6 that it was a 45 minute- to hour-long wait -- and the restaurant was still 75% empty. Thought we'd treat the girls to all you can eat shrimp. We were told a 30 minute wait. Another 20 people came in and they were told anywhere from 15-20 minutes. Finally got a table. After 15 minutes we got waited on. 10 minutes and we got water. Another five then biscuits. Salad came in 12. First food came in 20. 90 minutes later we had three additional single servings of Shrimp. Couldn't stand to spend any more time in the restaurant. No discount. Just an I'm sorry. read more

Haven't been to Red Lobster for many years. We were NOT disappointed. Only waited for 5 minutes at dinner time on a Friday. Our server, Madison, was very pleasant and took good care of us. Food was very tasty and overall a great experience. We will be back. read more

My wife and I were seated by the hostess and right away the waitress indicated that where we had been seated was in a "closed" section. The hostess looked back at us and said that we would be well taken care of. What a joke. The waitress was not overjoyed. She never came back after our food was served. Let me repeat that - She NEVER came back. I saw her from a distance but she would not make eye contact. I had to stop other servers for drink refills, cocktail sauce, and even our check. Needless to say there was no tip left. The only way the service could have been worse is if the waitress had thrown biscuits at me while I ate. I'm giving them 5 stars this time around. The wife and I had an early day and decided to hit up Red Lobster for them Cheddar "Bey" Biscuits (also love some Beyonce)and some sea food. Last time we went the food was sub par. Then again my allergies were on Tiff Haddish level (10,0000) love some Tiff Haddish so it might've been me. However, this time around it was great. We decided we weren't going to order full meals we were going to order what they are calling "tasting plates". Sidebar: we'll start doing this more because it was worth it. My wife ordered the Yucatan Shrimp, Petite Lobster Roll and I ordered the Shrimp Potstickers, and the Dragon Broccoli. I love spicy food. We also had a taste for liquid courage so we ordered drinks as well. I had the long Island Ice Tea and she had the Pirate something or another. It was good nonetheless. We had a bomb waitress. You can tell she eats the food and drinks and knows what she's talking about. Love a waitress that knows her food. You can tell she wasn't just "selling it". It was by her suggestions regarding what we ordered. We trusted her that much so that says a lot. We went around 2 so it was quiet, food was great, and drinks were on point. I'd say if you go order the aforementioned and DEFINITELY get the Long Island Ice Tea. It was the best L.I.T. I've ever had. Not to mention the biscuits didn't disappoint and she kept them coming. There are few times in life that certain people take the time to write a review about a good experience rarely would I take the time and energy but this is a time that if ever someone deserved a negative experience right up it is truly warranted. After a very long day at work I invited another business owner to grab a good meal at this location the food was good service was good and management was deplorable. Never in my life have I been treated like a number at restaurant the very name of the industry says the word service customer service in short. We arrived at around 9:15 p.m. we finished our meal and I realized that my wallet was out in the truck. I let the server know that I was going outside to get my wallet and to let our server know that we we're going to pay as my friend had gotten up to go to the restroom. I grabbed my phone because I didn't want it left on the table without anyone around. As I was walking out I looked down at my phone knowing that they closed at 10 p.m. it was 9:58 I noticed this because I saw that someone had already locked the front door because the arm was out that allows the door to either open or close from the outside I used to work for Darden Restaurants and I know that the proper procedure is to lock the door at 10 p.m. I quickly went out to my truck grabbed my wallet and walked back to the door. The door was locked but I thought that I would be able to get back in since I needed to pay my bill. After standing there for 8 minutes and after banging on the door I saw a larger man in a shirt and tie who look like a manager walk by. I waved at him he waved back and looked at me with a smug look as if he couldnt care less. I assumed I was wrong and thought maybe he just was a customer. I didn't know what else to do so I called the store from my phone a lady answered the phone and explained that she could not open the door since it was after 10. I asked her to get the manager. The ssistant manager came to the door and insisted that he could not let me in he could take my card through the crack of the two entry doors I told him no that wasn't proper please get or call your general manager. This was happening as other customers were leaving the restaurant right in front of me and walking through the same door and he would not allow me through. My friend came to the door knowing that there was something wrong. The assistant manager stood in the doorway as my friend took my card so that I could pay. The door was open I reached for my wallet and took a step forward the assistant manager took a step forward as if to block me from entering the doorway. I looked at him and said "what are you going to do tackle me because I'm trying to pay my bill go get your GM call your GM now!" to my surprise the smug rounder fat fellow that had waived at me as I was tapping on the door minutes before came to the door and asked me in a corporate smug way "is there something I can help you with Sir?" I told him about the situation (by this time other staff members were well aware of the issue) he insisted that it was after 10 and I was wrong. I told him he was being unreasonable he said "I'm sorry sir there's nothing I can do." all of this being done with an attitude of pride almost. I walked away and I told him. I'll just call your DM his reply was go ahead call him. (You bet I'm going to) It is absolutely apparent at this location that if a customer can be treated with this much disregard for service and for being plain unreasonable that the management team at this location treat their employees poorly to say the least. It all roles downhill. I'm willing to bet sales are down and a certain iron fist mentality is used to keep the crew members in line there are some people that should be manager and in charge of others well being and customer service and then there are those at the Clarksville Indiana Red Lobster location that should not be in the position of leadership this is a prime example of a poorly chosen management team by its district managers or higher ups in the Darden family of restaurants. Will I go back absolutely not will I tell everyone about my situation you betcha horrible place horribly ran if you want seafood and service don't go here until Derrick and Mustafa have relocated to maybe a mechanics position had a hole in a wall repair shop in a no name city. Oh yeah did I mention my friend and I held the door open for that GM on our way in and heard him tell a crewmember how horrible his meal was after being politely asked by hostess?
