We visited Red Lobster around 6pm and were seated immediately in a booth, but it was in the bar area and no one asked if that was okay--which isn't ideal when dining with Bri. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet service felt unusually slow from the beginning. It took about 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, another 10 for only one drink to arrive, and additional waiting for the rest, along with biscuits that were initially brought out with only two plates for three people. Our server was pleasant, but seemed to have difficulty keeping up, as we had to request items like butter for the biscuits and coconut dipping sauce multiple times. There was no manager check-in, and at one point several employees were sitting together chatting, which added to the feeling that guests weren't really expected. On a positive note, the food was very good across the board. Bri had the kids fried shrimp, I ordered the fried flounder with a baked potato and orzo rice, and Jason had the flounder sandwich with Chesapeake fries--everything came out hot, fresh, and well-prepared. Drinks were also enjoyable, especially the Purple Haze. While we've typically found this chain to be a good value, the slow and inconsistent service during this visit made it feel like we didn't quite get what we paid for. We had a few gift cards to use up and as we were in the area decided to try this particular Red Lobster. The restaurant was not very busy on a Tuesday at 2 but it was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable and spacious. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and quick to take our order without being pushy. I tried their endless chowder and salad lunch option and my wife had the popcorn shrimp. Our Cesar salad was very good but i wasn't impressed with the clam chowder as it tasted like it came out of a can. The biscuits were great as usual. I really appreciated the service and the manager stopped by to make sure we were happy. Overall it was acceptable in quantity and quality and value. Was presently surprised on the food quality during our last visit! It made me absolutely addicted to their brown butter sauce that is a mix of garlic butter whatever else heaven! As much as I am impressed by their food during that visit I am just as impressed with Ashley who helped me on the phone today with my uber eats order!!! I came here for the food and I am happy. Got a fresh Maine lobster with seafood stuffing. I named him Curly Bill and he was excellent. The baked potato was good but the salad had too much cheese and the ranch didn't taste homemade. The servers were nice and attentive. Totally pleased with everything going on at this location. I had to run or else I would have personally shared with the manager. Greetings were warm and friendly as if they appreciate your business and presence. The entire restaurant was clean. Mikaela was on point with the entire meal service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and could make recommendations about dishes. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. The shrimp are large, sides were done well and the portions were amazing. They've truly stepped it up here. Honestly I was shocked. Great job to the team. Now y'all know Red Lobster is not delicious but every Thursday my baby girl and I eat out on a Mother daughter date and this is what she chose. Our server Tommy was such a nice guy as well as the other staff. It was slow bc of course it was a Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh. I will be honest and say I don't enjoy the food but the bacon wrapped scallops were in fact delicious. I ordered the salmon New Orleans and it was ok but again not delicious. I did not like the Brussels sprouts due to some weird teriyaki type sauce on them. It really was just mediocre food, BUT I give 4 stars for service. I even forgot my phone on the table and he ran it out to me before I left. I would say go if you know the menu bc what my son got to go (Kung pow shrimp?) he said was delicious. It is clear that Customer Service holds a high standard at this location. Amazing hospitality, Great food what else is there to ask for?

We went last night around 6p, the restaurant (at least on the side we were on wasn't busy, lot of empty tables). We ordered margaritas and it took almost 20 plus minutes to get our drinks. There were three of us, two of us ordered salads and one salad was never brought to us and the second the waitress tried to deliver it 15 minutes after delivering our meal. We asked for extra lemons and bread, we had to ask twice for it. The fried flounder couldn't even be eaten and the shrimp Alfredo was old and the pasta was crunchy. The waitress didn't even stop by after we got the food, we finally flagged her down to get the check and she over charged us. But we couldn't even find her again to get the bill fixed so we had to on the table kiosk or we would have been waiting all night. I know it's not a fancy restaurant, but decent service would have been nice. read more

My mother and I went for lunch. We wanted to enjoy the Lobster Fest while it was still going on. The two tail meal we wanted to order was so large that we decided to split it when we ordered; so I asked Ryan, our server if the kitchen could split it for us. He said sure and when we received it, we were very happy with the split. The kitchen did a wonderful and generous job! The food was very good and I was glad to learn that they serve melted butter with the lobster and not oil. Our server, Ryan was amazing. He was very attentive and nice. He always showed up when he was needed and was quite helpful. The ambiance was as one would expect from a red Lobster. And I must admit, I do prefer the booths in a restaurant to the uncomfortable tables that most newer establishments have. Now here comes the only reason why I did not give my visit 5 stars. It smelled a little in the restaurant. I believe it may have been the carpeting. It seems like it may be one of those smells that you can become 'nose blind' to easily because once I sat back down from visiting the little girls room , I didn't notice it anymore. But I have to say that it initially gave me a 'sour' feel for the place. But thankfully, that went away as the smell did and our server with his helpful persona came to wait on us. read more

The only good thing about dining here was the waitress was very good and the service was excellent. Now for the bad part. My wife ordered the Crab fest and I had the Ultimate. The crab was very old and when the shell was cracked the crab meat fell out in splinters and had no taste. She also had the cooked Broccoli which was also old and tasteless. On my ultimate the lobster was also old , cold and undercooked. My crab was also same as wife's. The baked potato was also very musty tasting and cold. I've ate in a lot of Red Lobsters around the country and this is by far the worst experience of all of them. The price of our meal was $90 and we paid it but left over half of meal on plates. We just moved here from New Mexico and have a lot of family and friends here and there is no way that I would recommend them to visit their restaurant. read more

Mom had lobster and steak (Wednesday special) and was wushu washy had she wanted it cooked. Said rare but then cut into it and changed her mind. My fiancée and I went for dinner on Saturday evening, February 25th and we sat in the bar area, wow what a terrible place, the floors were dirty and many of the tables were dirty! We ordered 2 cocktails that looked good on the menu, but tasted terrible!! Our server was also the bartender and she recommended the drinks, they were frozen margaritas that were so sour I did not drink it. We ordered claim chowder soup, it was so watery and cold, again I took a couple of tastes and did not eat the rest. My Fiancée and I ordered the steak, lobster tail and shrimp to share, I took 2 bites of the lobster tail and that was it for me, it was cold and robbery. We are points members of Red Lobster and used to go very often in California, we used to enjoy the food and cocktails, but this one is horrible!! The cleanliness was disgusting, the service was horrible and the food was so bad I couldn't eat it. So we decided to treat nostalgia and try their seafood and biscuits again. The biscuits that first came out were dry and stale. Not what remembered. Probably the bottom or last of the current batch. I ordered the lobster lover's special, the most expesnive out of the 4 in our party, because I wanted to eat lobster. I was very underwhelmed. The lobster tails were pretty dry and not too flavorful. The best part was the lobster and pasta/linguine. That wasn't too bad. 2 of my co workers got the Fishermans Platter and they said it was just okay. I ordered dessert for the table and it salvaged our trip. The banana fosters cheesecake was decadent and delicious. You definitely taste the richness and heaviness of the caramel and cheesecake. If I come back to a Red Lobster, it probably won't be for quite awhile. read more

Worse restaurant experience ever. Our friend wanted to have his birthday lunch at this place. We got there at 11 am and placed our order about 5 minutes after we arrived. About 45 minutes went by and our food had not come out. We asked our server to please check on our food and she said it'll be out in a couple more minutes. Another 10 or 15 minutes went by and out food wasn't out so we asked to speak to the MOD which didn't come out to speak to us but instead avoided our table every time we saw her walking around the floor. We finally got our food more than an hour later and now just wanted boxes to take out food to go. We asked another waitress for them and her response was "I'll tell your server" at this point my husband got up to look for our server as we also wanted our bill (by this time, it was 12:40 pm) We finally got our to go boxes and bill. When my husband was signing the credit card voucher the manager finally approached the front desk and after confirming with her that she was the MOD I asked if she was even aware that we've waited over one hour for our food and that we've asked to speak to her. She immediately went into "denial mode" and said "nobody told me"After our interaction with her we realized the lack of customer service is a reflection of who is in charge or lack or leadership and this woman doesn't have a clue of proper customer service and instead of supporting her team mates she actually blamed/accused our server of not letting her know we requested to speak to her and not once apologized for our long wait. read more
