We were seated quickly, but were put in a very busy section and sat for 5-10 minutes before the sever came to see us she was busy and it was a Saturday night ! Our waitress was super sweet and quickly got our drinks to us !! Our food was delicious the portions seemed smaller on my husbands order but it other than that we had a good dining experience! I will say the walls on the booths straight back from the front door need to be repainted wood on the walls need cleaned it definitely needs maintenance !! read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of food that this restaurant is serving. They should be ashamed of themselves. We ordered the ultimate feast for $30 and the shrimp trio for $20. The crab legs looked they were frozen and the Shrimp Alfredo was out of a jar. The chef literally dumped the pre cooked shrimp out of the bag and tossed with jar sauce. The crab legs were extremely small and all three tables next to us complained. They only offered to bring another small cluster. Really you shouldn't have served them to begin with. How far Red Lobster has fallen. I ordered take out last night. Fried seafood a few appetizers. The fried food was definitely processed beforehand and frozen. You can get better battered frozen shrimp in the freezer section at your local piggly wiggly. The food was thrown in a big container. It looked like pet detective delivered my meal. The only thing that was good was the tartar sauce. That's it! I spent 50 bucks on a meal I could have gotten from long John silvers. I will never eat there again. read more

Got there at 8:30....on a Tuesday night, from the Moment we got in our server told us that they only had 15 minutes till closing so basically we can't order anything that was really difficult to make and then we went ahead and ordered two drinks from the bar and we could hear our server apologizing to the bartender as he complained that he was almost done cleaning up and how he didn't want to have to make a drink it was so unprofessional it was the worst service ever the drinks from the bar were terrible, whoever bartenders there needs to fucking learn how to mix a drink properly and if you don't want to make a drink I would rather you just tell me that the bar is closed versus making me pay $10 for shitty drink. I will say the waitress was great but the greatness stopped there. I ordered the the Admiral Feast and with the extra charge Brussels spouts and yams. My fried food was so greasy. The food had been sitting for awhile because the batter was falling off and the grease was all over my plate and was soggy. The clams were the only fresh thing on the plate. I did have a 12 dollar margarita and thankfully that was good for that price. I spent 43 plus on my dinner(that I didn't eat), drink and a tip. Today's visit to this location was unsatisfactory from the moment we entered. Arrived around 6pm to request a booth, with hostess bringing us to a dirty table that then told us just to wait and it would be cleaned. While we waited she sat about 3 other families that entered. Finally table was cleaned and we were seated. Drink orders were taken twice and arrived after about 10 minutes of waiting for them. At this time restaurant not that busy but you could see that they had two people working the bar, to go, and lounge seating. For a Saturday night horrible planning from management. Took about two hours for our table of two to receive an appetizer and two entrees. With waiters ignoring us as they checked all other tables. When our entrees came we asked for boxes because we had waited so long we just wanted to leave, this took me calling the restaurant to request the boxes for a second time because we yet again waited over 15 minutes just for two boxes. I understand Red Lobster is not fine dining but should at least have some kind of customer service and knowledgeable employees. As we waited we observed another lady asking to speak to the manager she sat about 15 minutes with no manager in sight. Clearly new management and better training on customer service is needed at this location. Will not be returning! I have worked in customer service for years and know that it I is not difficult to express apologies and concern for your customers dIning experience and nothing of the sort was done. read more

Honestly a restaurant with lobster in its name, you would assume a lobster could be made to succulent perfection. Instead i had to send my undercooked tail back. then the second one was tough, yet cooked through. I am highly disappointed in the food for the price. Scallops are awesome as always. At this location 2 weeks ago. Meal was lousy, 2/3 of my mussels didn't open - a big no no meaning they are bad and sent back but no improvement and the broth didn't come close to the quality I expect from RL. When I finally walked up to a worker and asked if we could cancel our order, they finally bring it out, but of course this is 30 minutes after they've already charged our card. Worst food we've ever paid for, hands down. Service was fine, but food was pretty terrible. The lobster was so rubbery, you literally had to saw through it with a knife. The pasta was sitting in a 1/4" of grease. When you walk in, the smell about knocks you over. We honestly almost left before we sat down because the smell was so strong. You expect a sea food restaurant to smell like sea food, but not like an aquarium that hasn't been cleaned in 6 months. My husband and I went to the Conroe Red Lobster for a nice anniversary dinner. The dinner turned out awful. We are use to paying higher prices for a nice meal however at Red Lobster the portions are small for the high price. The baked potatoes we were served with our meal were the size of one red potato. The asparagus were very tough and they did not cut the ends off before cooking. I ordered Salmon I could not believe how small the cut was when served. It was extremely fishy and tasted old. This location has stopped ordering bacon for the sides. The salad bowels in the past were ice cold when served and you had a lot added to your salads. Tonight my house salad came with 2 small grape tomatoes, one carrot sliver, four croutons and no cheese or cucumbers. Talk about cutting back! I'm all for cutting back but their pricing should reflect those changes. The dirty salad bowels and appetizer plates stayed on the table for most of the dinner. We saw dirty dishes and unclean tables across from our table just left that way. The restaurant did not seem that busy. It was a bad dinning experience.
