We visited Red Lobster around 6pm and were seated immediately in a booth, but it was in the bar area and no one asked if that was okay--which isn't ideal when dining with Bri. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet service felt unusually slow from the beginning. It took about 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, another 10 for only one drink to arrive, and additional waiting for the rest, along with biscuits that were initially brought out with only two plates for three people. Our server was pleasant, but seemed to have difficulty keeping up, as we had to request items like butter for the biscuits and coconut dipping sauce multiple times. There was no manager check-in, and at one point several employees were sitting together chatting, which added to the feeling that guests weren't really expected. On a positive note, the food was very good across the board. Bri had the kids fried shrimp, I ordered the fried flounder with a baked potato and orzo rice, and Jason had the flounder sandwich with Chesapeake fries--everything came out hot, fresh, and well-prepared. Drinks were also enjoyable, especially the Purple Haze. While we've typically found this chain to be a good value, the slow and inconsistent service during this visit made it feel like we didn't quite get what we paid for. We came in for a bit of nostalgia, but unfortunately this location didn't deliver the experience we were hoping for.

I came here for the food and I am happy. Got a fresh Maine lobster with seafood stuffing. I named him Curly Bill and he was excellent. The baked potato was good but the salad had too much cheese and the ranch didn't taste homemade. The servers were nice and attentive. My wife had a mojito that was just ok but not too pretty but on the plus side had alcohol. My wife had a lot of shrimp and enjoyed the meal.

First 3 of unlimited shrimp....tequila lime, grilled and crunchy dragon. My broccoli was steamed to perfection and no salt as requested.

Totally pleased with everything going on at this location. I had to run or else I would have personally shared with the manager. Greetings were warm and friendly as if they appreciate your business and presence. The entire restaurant was clean. Mikaela was on point with the entire meal service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and could make recommendations about dishes. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. The shrimp are large, sides were done well and the portions were amazing. They've truly stepped it up here. Honestly I was shocked. Great job to the team. It was even nice that servers coming on shift spoke to my table. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Now y'all know Red Lobster is not delicious but every Thursday my baby girl and I eat out on a Mother daughter date and this is what she chose. Our server Tommy was such a nice guy as well as the other staff. It was slow bc of course it was a Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh. I will be honest and say I don't enjoy the food but the bacon wrapped scallops were in fact delicious. I ordered the salmon New Orleans and it was ok but again not delicious. I did not like the Brussels sprouts due to some weird teriyaki type sauce on them. It really was just mediocre food, BUT I give 4 stars for service. I even forgot my phone on the table and he ran it out to me before I left. I would say go if you know the menu bc what my son got to go (Kung pow shrimp?) he said was delicious. What I can say is the staff is wonderful. Thank you Tommy for being so patient and nice

4.5 stars overall!…read more This is the new spot! Hitting their one year anniversary today, I can highly recommend moose and oak! The decor/setup provides a slightly upscale, but still casual, sports bar feel that's family friendly. There are dart boards and various games surrounding the tables but it's all separated appropriately. Tbh this would be a perfect place to watch your sport of choice! The lineup: SOFT SERVE MARGARITA: you read that right & The reason we came here (thanks Instagram!) we got strawberry and it was everything and more I needed it to be. Will be back for this alone. TRUST. although..... I feel like it should've completely filled the glass like it does in the advertisement $9.99 a piece! 100/10 Appetizer: fried pickles spears - YALL. I am soooo picky about fried pickles and these are the best I've had. The pickles were good, crunchy, not overly oily, and stayed together! 12/10 Pickle flatbread: apparently I felt in a pickle escapade mood. Surpringly not over pickly and delicious. I would absolutely get this again. The crust was soft and cheese was melty! 9/10 Fish tacos: average. The chipotle sauce was a bit spicy. Don't know that I would get these again. 5/10 Fries I could skip, not my fave. The street corn was so good, though I wouldn't consider it traditional &! A bit heavy on the red onion, but I enjoyed it! Their sauces were all so good! The prices were fair & I feel like the amount I paid was relative to what I had, so kudos to management for that! Last but certainly not least, Prestyn, our server was great and hilarious. We truly enjoyed her & her jokes! PS - Girl, you and your name are beautiful! The food was semi-slow to come out, but thankfully we weren't in a hurry.

The food was good. We all enjoyed our meals. Sweet potato fries were a hit! However; our waitress failed to tell us the fries didn't come with the meals before we ordered. Should be transparent about costs for extras. Rude awakening to see our bill.. This place charge for everything extra!!!

We were greeted by Mickey, who was warm, welcoming, and provided great service. Our food was delicious! I had the nachos, and they were so good. We had a group of 10 on a Thursday evening and were the only customers on the patio for most of our visit. I want to make it clear that our waitress was excellent. She was attentive, hardworking, and did her best despite being repeatedly let down by the kitchen and management. Several orders were prepared incorrectly. A steak ordered "as rare as possible" arrived medium-well. It was remade, but still was not cooked as requested. My catfish platter was strangely lukewarm, while another guest described her catfish as rubbery. An order of fish and chips arrived without the chips. A pizza ordered with bacon, pepperoni, and onions came with grilled onions that were not requested, and the bacon smelled and tasted off. Another guest ordered loaded potatoes as her entire meal. Without warning, she was charged $8 for what was described as a double portion, even though she never requested a double order. What arrived appeared to be approximately one cup of roasted potatoes and did not look like a double serving or a complete meal. When we asked to speak with a manager, Andi told us that she had to answer to the kitchen manager and could not address the charge. She then said she was busy and walked away without offering a solution. When I attempted to explain the problems from this visit and the previous week, I was told that the owner, Teek, is usually at the newest location except on Tuesdays, is difficult for the staff to reach, and that I would need to find him myself rather than having management take my contact information and request that he call me. Restaurants make mistakes, but repeated incorrect orders, questionable food quality, missing items, unexplained charges, and dismissive management are not a single mistake. They are a pattern. Our waitress deserved much better support, and our group deserved food prepared as ordered and concerns handled professionally. After two bad experiences in a row, Pacific Yard House has permanently lost our business.

We came here to watch a game that of course, no else cared about inside so we opted to sit outside because we were also with my kids. Took them forever to put it on and hook up the sound. After awhile more people started joining in and watching with us but it's hot in TX and there's no fans out there, plus the food comes out and the flies just swarm you. It took a guy to come help us out on a makeshift fly repellant to make our experience a little better. Server was not attentive at all and was worried about other things I guess. This place would be much better if they changed their kid policy, had fans outside and had better waitresses.

The food was decent, but trying to get a server and keep one was very challenging. At one point, we seen all the waitresses walking around the cement walkway together far away from customers.... Just hanging out. Not only were we irritated, but I could see that others were as well. My husband had to go to the bar and get a beer since we couldn't find our waitress. The bartender ignored him and continued her story to another employee while my husband stood there. She finished her story and then took his order. This was on a Sunday around 2 PM so it wasn't extremely busy. The service was very disappointing and we won't be back. The two star rating is because the food was decent.

I first thought it was wallpaper made to look like Life magazine pages, but some pages seemed to be peeling. I don't mind reading hemorrhoid ads from the 60's while drinking my beer per se, just an observation. The furniture was mismatched like estate sale items picked up from people who wanted to think they were high class in the 1960's. You could probably still smell Lucky Stripes every time you sat on the seat cushions. There was no music playing and there were only 6 or 7 (don't you dare do that 6-7 thing with your hands while reading this!) other people inside. So, I had to listen to this pretentious group talking about opera, the child welfare system and other topics while their noses were up and pinkies were out. There was an older guy on the opposite end of the room that seemed to be loudly mocking them. He thanked me for coming as I was leaving.... was he the owner? LOL. I ordered my standard flight from a very nice lady that seemed to be new. I got 2 IPA's (Mongoose Slayer and Striker IPA) that were solid, a Black Venom stout that was ok and a Belgian Quad (Medusa) that I wasn't fond of. There are no food options, but I assume there are food trucks from time to time. The outdoor area has a few games and tables and a more normal atmosphere. If they had some music to drown out Lilith and Frasier, I'd go back and give them a try.
