This was a unfulfilling experience. Our waitress was giving very snarky rude remarks about my friend to another worker, who looked like she was the shift manager. The food was not worth the price we paid at all! Shrimp was cold in my fettuccine, and my friends fish was not cleaned properly; our lobster that came on top of our mashed potatoes was cold, like it came out of the refrigerator. After being consistent customers for five and a half years today's visit will most likely be our last. We arrived shortly after they opened today. My husband said the men's bathroom was dirty. We found out there is a condensed version of the menu now and some of the dishes we Like are not being served. After choosing a new item offered we were told this store didn't have the key ingredient to make the dish. After ordering our waiter brought biscuits but they were raw in the middle. I tried to order a house salad but no 1000 island dressing on the menu??? What?? The Cesar salad was old lettuce and soggy. I asked for cole slaw replacement, it didn't taste very good. My green beans were undercooked and so was most of the coconut shrimp we ordered. We never got anymore biscuits offered. And had to ask for refills on the soft drink. Our waiter was not attentive. It was a huge waste of $50. Now I will add Red Lobster to the list of commercial restaurants I will no longer spend my money in. Too bad you were a great commercial restaurant and we use to enjoy coming in but not after today. read more

Yesterday was my birthday so we decided to go to one of my favorite places; Red Lobster. First off, I like that we were sent a text when our table was ready. Nicely modern. I would've had a great time either way, but our waitress (sorry, husband paid the tab and I never saw the receipt) was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were the only ones there by the way she waited on us. This lovely lady deserves a raise! When she brought out our special dessert, she sang to me and really just made my whole night. The food was tasteless.. we come here everytime we come up here to shop. We loved it.. pass tens. The food was a rock. We always get the same thing ( I rely look forward to a good meal.) But it sucked . The pasta had burnt edges .. The Lobster was old tuff and aging Teatless.. For 75.00 you thank we could have gotten a good meal.. wrong.. there was but a handful of people. I have never been to Reb Lobster but the other night my boyfriend took me there for our anniversary. Right when we walked in we were taken to table. No wait. And we were a walk in, which i was happily excited for. It wasn't long til we got our drink, salad and biscuits. The staff was extremely helpful. The person who took us to our table asked how our Valentine's Day went (since it was the day after we went), and asked how we were doing. Engaging into a conversation instead of just walking to our table with no words like most people. The waiter was amazing. Once he realized our drink were low he got it right away and refilled it. Didn't know even have to say anything. He just took care of it. He was very helpful in making my decision on my meal. I couldn't decide on two different choices, he told me the difference between the two and told me what the most popular one ordered. After being served our food, he checked up every 10 minutes or so to see if there was anything else we needed or wanted, checking our drinks, and making sure that our food tasted great. Just a caring and amazing helpful waiter. Now finally about the food. AMAZING. DELICIOUS. SPECTACULAR! The lobster pasta was amazing. The lobster was cooked perfectly, the noodles weren't soggy but sauced correctly. Not too much, not too little. My lobster tail was amazing. I could taste the sea taste. Not like the preserved taste. Amazingly tasted natural and amazing. Not too much garlic butter. Just the right amount. The vegetables I got with it was amazing as well. Which was asparagus. Not cooked too long to where it's soggy. Not cooked under cooked to where it's tough. It was cooked perfectly. The salad was amazing. And the biscuits where just spectacular. Not too dry or soggy with the butter. It was like heaven brought to you in that restaurant. Amazing people. Amazing food. Amazing place. Defiantly going there again every chance that I get. I always enjoy going to Red Lobster, especially in the Fall when they have their endless shrimp special for $15.99 which isn't IMO much more expensive than Old Country Buffet yet the quality of the food at Red Lobster & Old Country Buffet is like night and day, service is always good, especially if you get Sharari (sp?) as your server, she always does a great job serving her customers, I would definitely recommend having her as your server, plus Red Lobster also has great lunch specials that I recommend. read more

My family and I made our first Red Lobster visit tonight. The atmosphere was great, not too dim, and very comfortable. It was a Saturday night and a local high school had their homecoming, so there was a 30 minute wait. The establishment was clean, the bathrooms were decent. Service was pleasant; our waitress liked to use an enthusiastic "absolutely" and checked up on us frequently. At one point in the meal I asked for A-1 sauce and she just whipped it out from nowhere with a beaming "absolutely". It was pretty amazing. The crab and lobster were definitely pretty salty, which is why I'm docking a star for this review. In general, the food was nothing special. The steak we ordered wasn't that great, and the prices were high as well. Caesar salad was good. The unlimited cheddar biscuits were something else. Fresh, warm, and oh so soft. Delicious. read more

On Sept 23, 2022 I called red Lobster to make a reservation for a party of 6, I was told that they no longer do reservations and most wait time were about 15/20 minute. I called to be put on a wait list as we were leaving the house and thought I was on there. When we arrived the host informed me it was going to be 30/45 min wait, I gave her my name and we wait. It was my husbands birthday and he wanted lobster since we have had a really bad year. My husband has terminal cancer. I am not telling you this to get sympathy, I just wanted to give my husband what he wanted. We sat there and picked out the lobsters they wanted from the tank. We watched people leaving in parties of 5 and thought we have got to be getting close. More and more parties of 2 were getting in. There was a family of 6 that came in about 30 minutes into our wait, they sat there for about 10 minutes and then got up asked how much longer/ host informed him about 5 minutes. So I got up and asked about our wait time, we had been there already 45 minutes, the host informed me another 30 minutes. I told her remove my name and looked at my family and said lets go. I will never be back. I will buy frozen lobster and feed my family before ever stepping foot in another Red Lobster. Its a shame because it would of been a win/win my husband would have gotten his lobster and Red Lobster would have made some money from us read more

The last time eating in this restaurant. I have eaten there many times and things have gotten worse every time. When they sat us down the girl started out okay. While we were sitting there we started getting cold air coming down on us and the girl that brought out our food (not our waitress) said that she would take care of us. They should have moved us but NO. I had ordered a baked potato with ranch only and they brought some baked potato with lobster in it. They brought a regular baked out. Then after we were served everything then they brought our biscuits. Then the cold air came back on. We asked our server several times for our check and she brought stuff to take home food which there wasn't anything to take out. She finally brought our check. I went to the bathroom and there was hardly any toilet paper in any of the stalls. I walked out and told the three waiters that were standing around by the bathroom that they needed to check the bathrooms. Never again. read more

The tri-cities are bereft of good dining locations I am sorry to say. It always surprises me that I can go to a chain restaurant like Red Lobster and have a 25 minute wait; see 5 hostesses clustered at the desk; and see entire sections empty. The food was fair. A little too salty and the Cole slaw and sauces were too sweet for my taste. Not exceptional but nothing more or less than I have come to expect from the kitchen at the Red Lobster. I may have been put off for my dining experience because as I waited to be seated, another customer came in and said he was told he would have a 20-25 minute wait and he had already waited 45 and he wondered when he would be seared... the hostess quickly corrected him by stating that he had only waited 24 of his 25 minutes and he was next on the list to be seated. He walked away and she turned to another of the hostesses and made a smug face. It was so rude I should have walked out right then. The quality of food is important but Customer Service is equally important. Where do they serve that these days? read more

I submitted a survey regarding the BAD service I received plus I requested a phone call to discuss this situation further but nobody is willing to contact me so I am posting this review. I was with 3 other customers and totally ignored because I was African American. My friends were offered menus I had to request a menu even though we were together. When asked if we wanted to order drinks he took their orders and acted as if I did not exist! I had to inform him I also wanted to order a drink. He just totally did not want to assist me in any type of way. When talking to my friends he inquired were we from Chicago? They informed him I was the only one from Chicago. Still this employee totally acted like I did not exsist. Your employee needs to realize I'm a human being and need to be treated with just the same amount of respect as any other customer and my money spends just like the other person. I am upset because I really enjoy eating at Red Lobster but this employee has turned me off toward your particular location! I travel constantly for work but I know I will NEVER visit this particular location again! read more

I went there for the first time in a LONG time last week and there are NO vegetarian or Vegan options...I didn't really expect anything Vegan but at least expected 1-2 Vegetarian options like pasta without shrimp etc etc...but no..so I asked for one of the pasta dishes without the shrimp...it was oily, cheesy and nasty...won't go there again. Ever. Went in at 9 pm. Their staff was fairly inattentive. We couldn't get refills unless we tracked her down to ask. He ordered the crab and garlic seafood bake with extra crab and I had the seaside shrimp trio (as usual). We also had a Caesar salad and a cup of clam chowder. The salad was very pathetic and actually kind of warm. The chowder was good. The cheddar bay biscuits were old and stale. His dish was very very salty. And my dish was so so. I ordered mashed potatoes but got green beans but they fixed that right away. The staff in the back were loud and you could hear their expletive conversations. Let me start with the fact that the salmon was superb (my expensive plate was very small, so my husband gave me some of his salmon), and my trout was very good, albeit a small portion. I had a sweet potato and brussel sprout dish that was undercooked. My husband could actually hear the crunch as I bit into some of my sweet potato bites! Also, the edename beans should only be served as a side topper for a salad because they were raw and cold. Ewwwe.. My husband's asparagus were scrawny which really annoyed him. The waitress was good, and the managers were kind and apologetic. They gave us 2 vouchers to come back and get a discount (which we'll donate to our daughter and son-in-law). They also gave us a discount on our meal. There were very few customers in the restaurant even though it was at the peak dinner hour. I think that spoke the most about the quality of their food. To top it off, this was supposed to be a special dinner to celebrate our 46th Wedding Anniversary. They did not even offer to acknowledge our important accomplishment. I won't mention the name of another very popular nearby restaurant that always goes out of their way to keep you coming back by listening to why you visited them in the first place! I would come back to you sometime for the salmon, but my husband said that he will not come back. You corporate leaders need to rethink not only your menu, but your prices. Either the manager is oblivious or absent. Wake-the-hell up and provide, awesome instead of mundane, service. After a few, the greeter pleasantly took me to a booth. This is another chain restaurant that usually makes me sick. I even got full blown food poisoning from this location once. When I reported it to the health department the inspector was not the least bit surprised. The seafood is not fresh, it's over priced, and slow. Plus, it's dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to Anthony's, the Bonefish, or cook your own seafood at home. read more

It's a chain restaurant. The quality of the food here has gone down from what it used to be. The garlic potatoes lack garlic, the extra shrimp on the Cesar salad should consist of more then 4 shrimp. They are charging a premium price for mediocre food and awful service. I have been here twice in the last 3 weeks and both times we had the same awful service and poor quality food. I would recommend Bone Fish down the road for better quality food at near the same price. read more

I mean its delicious when its not over or under cooked they messed up my moms order for yes lobster the thing they are famous for the last two times i treated her here she called them over the phone after wards and chewed some good hard ass lord have mercy onto whoever answered the phone to hear an earful of my mother saying how hard i worked for over time so we could have a nice night out and they kept messing up our food. We just quit going we will cook at home or try somewhere else. Its a real shame we went here for 20 years straight for our birthdays and we had to stop this last year because well the food being cooked right and tasting good is kind of an issue. We also order the exact same meal all these years two orders of the ultimate feast and 2 virgin pina coladas every single time. Ok...I'm not a huge chain fan, however this was not good at all. We had a gift card and had went to the movies prior. At the movies a little popcorn and candy...well we weren't starving but decided to use our gift card. We are seated in maybe 30 minutes...our waiter Nick took our drink order. My husband ordered us 2 absolut vodka martinis. He asked us what kind of Alcohol we wanted in them....What? Anyhow we order a large meal to split and he laughs? It was a huge meal and in splitting we did not finish...we had 2 side salads with it. Food was "ok" I can make better at home. The Salads came with the meal..major screw up on servers part. Server seemed overwhelmed, had no idea about bar drinks,did not pre buss or offer desert, no check back just ..not a good experience. Like I said not a fan of big chains. My first experience at Red Lobster was fantastic. Mostly because I had never really had seafood before and my expectations were much lower. I have gone here several times since then and I swear my experience gets worse and worse each time. The service stays the same, servers seem to be very apologetic due to wait times and orders that are wrong, but the food just gets worse and worse. Less and less tasty, luke warm, the seafood is definitely not fresh, I think the only thing that is generally pretty good is the garden salad and bay biscuits before your meal. They need to change the prices to accommodate the food. read more

Took my Bride for lunch on Valentines day. We ordered two different "Wood Grilled" entrees.... What an improvement! Loved the smoked-wood flavors that were exhibited on the lobster tail, skewered scallops and skewered shrimp. They also did a pretty decent job on their scampi. Clam chowder was good. Ceasar salad was average. Wine mark-ups are not too bad... could be "a tad cheaper". I would like to see more Washington state wines listed. Good wait staff. read more

I hadn't been to Red Lobster for a long time, as the last few visits were expensive and disappointing. My friend chose this place for her birthday dinner, however, so I went. It was even more expensive and disappointing this time. My friend ordered steak and shrimp, which looked pretty good, and she seemed happy with it. I ordered broiled sole and the langustino mashed potatoes ($3.99 extra). The sole was nicely cooked, but completely unseasoned. The potatoes were gross. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes and were smothered in some weird orange salty sauce, with a lobster claw on top. Yuck. My garden salad arrived with what looked like frozen cucumber slices, too. Yuck. This place is often packed, with a 30-minute wait for a table. I can't figure it out. read more

Flies so many and they did nothing for us when we ask if they could do anything. most of the food was great but we couldn't stand the flies so we left and tip here's the tip get rid of the flies omg. 75.00 later and it was horrible experience. The service is absolutely terrible! We will never come back. So many people working here that are walking around and not assisting waiters with tables or providing a hand if the waiters can't bring waters etc. Don't waste your time or money. We ate here this evening with a maximum of 7 parties sitting in the west wing of the restaurant. It took 20mins for our waiter to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink. Then another 15mins to actually bring the drinks. Once the drinks came no straws were brought for the drinks that had spill proof lids. Another 5 minutes to get straws. We ordered our food when ordering our drinks it was 40mins to receive the food. I'm fine with waiting for food but when the restaurant is not busy it seemed ridiculous. The food is nothing great and the customer service is not just average it's beyond the worst I have ever experienced. Choose wisely and don't make the mistake of dining here. read more
