Walking in I was greeted by Xavier, we came 40 minutes before closing. Thankfully we weren't the only people coming on the later side. Xavier was I ordered the mariners seafood boil it came with a lobster, crab, shrimp, potatoes, corn I added sausage . Unfortunately they ran out of the Cajun butter sauce, that would've been my first selection. Instead I went with the garlic butter. My boil was super yummy. Came in early for dinner. Had a coconut shrimp appetizer. It was great. For mains we had the shrimp trio which included popcorn shrimp, shrimp scampi and shrimp tongue with captain fries. The food was great, hot and very tasty. The garlic cheddar biscuits arrived hot and tasty as always. My waiter was Zoe she was great, refilling them before I needed them. Waited a long time for a Dry sea food bowl. Didn't know this was possible. Came out on a plate not a bag. Tossed some roasted garlic on the shells of the crab legs and the seasoning came on the side. The lobster was dry. Potatoes are white clearly not in a boil. Asked the manager, explaining that it wasn't a boil. He explained that everything was there. I insisted it's not a boil. I have been sat for 20 minutes and haven't been offered a refill I had to flag our waiter down to get a drink. We ordered an order of the endless shrimp and obviously we can't share we know this. Arriving at 4:15 PM and seated promptly. The serving of the food was a little slow but we were there for the association and food. I ordered fish which was fine but not outstanding, two sides were baked and asparagus. Charged $2.99 for the asparagus which was small strings of the plant. (Uneatable) but I tried to eat them. (Did not complain) My recommendation is no to put something on the menu that is not appropriate. The cost of the food on the menu is extremely high for what you get the quality needs to improve. My 82 year old mother in law was given a birthday coupon for 20% discount by S Okc Red Lobster former manager that he signed and included his Red Lobster official business card. Her birthday is in late November. Today they went to the restaurant, ordered, & midways through were interrupted by the new manager, Courtney Smith i believe is her name, who simply stated that no she's not taking that. My MIL sort of gasped but it's signed by the manager and the manager's dismissive, childish response was that well she's the manager now and we're not honoring that. Went for an unscheduled birthday celebration for my mother in law's 79th birthday. We were treated so well. We had a slight wait but a few of the employees talked with us and made us feel so welcome. The quality of food and service was disappointing! At 2 pm on a Friday, the place was empty. We had to ask our server for straws, rolls, refills, etc. The table was not cleared as we ate. Server did not take the time to learn the small menu either. Prices have become outrageous! My salad was wilted with a large amount of dressing...I was eating blue cheese dressing, not a salad. The baked potatoe was tiny and reheated more than once. The honey on the roasted brussel sprouts was a afterthought. It is so hard to stay positive theses days. I was looking forward to having good seafood; but once again I have been disappointed in our community! My husband and I came in here for lunch there was hardly anyone in the restaurant; first it took 15 minutes to get our waiter to come to table to even ask for drinks, then it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks, after that we waited 20 minutes to order our food; this restaurant is a pretty good size there were five waiters and waitresses there's no reason it should've taken that long; well we got our food and it was cold definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Was craving oysters and Red Lobster seemed to have the best prices ($15.99 a dozen) after looking online, so that's where we went for dinner. It was around 830pm or so when we arrived, on a weekday evening. We were seated immediately and our server arrived shortly after. She brought with her two waters, along with a basket of their coveted cheddar biscuits. I could get full off of those alone! They're so addicting. Anywho, we ordered a couple of bar drinks, and the oysters, as we continued to look over the menu. Soon after, our drinks arrived and we placed our dinner order. We actually decided to just split the $16.99 dinner deal, which is actually pretty awesome. You get your choice of soup, salad, main course, and dessert. There was $1.99 up-charge on the steak and lobster bisque but we didn't mind. We were hungry. The bar drinks came out pretty fast, as did the oysters, soup and salad. I must say, the oysters did not disappoint. They were pretty large in size and tasted pretty fresh (as fresh as oysters in a landlocked state could be). However, the lobster bisque was sadly so, so very salty. I wanted it to be good so I kept tasting it, but each time was the same as the last. Timidly, I asked the waitress if we could replace the bisque for the clam chowder. Without hesitation, she smiled and said of course. A few minutes later, we had a much better soup. By the time our entree came out, we were actually quite full. So we took it to go, requesting the dessert to eat before we left. It'll make for a great lunch next day, but the main course was a bit slow coming out. Service was wonderful overall and we enjoyed the renovations that they've done since we last went. We took my husband here for his 45th birthday! Our server was Josh! He was incredible! He went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect! We had a coupon for a free appetizer so we chose the pick 3 chicken strips, clam strips and mozzarella cheese sticks. All was hot and fresh! My husband ordered the all you can eat shrimp dinner and he lived all three kinds but his favorite was the grilled on the cedar plank shrimp! My son and I both ordered a full order of Cajun chicken linguini alfredo because we love to take home half for another meal the next day! Yes, it's that good! My mom ordered Admiral's Feast and loved everything on it. Plus we all had salads and the famous cheddar garlic biscuits were the freshest I've had there in many years! Perfection!
