Came here on 2/23/26 around 7pm. Restaurant wasn't that busy and there wasn't a host to greet or seat us. Eventually someone came out and showed us to our table. The reason for the 3/5 stars is the food. Their clam chowder and premium brussel sprouts were served cold and their lobster was over cooked to a point of being rubbery. Thankfully the complementary biscuits were hot and their shrimp scampi was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was clean. I'd always been curious about finally trying Red Lobster since I'd never been before. My best friend who used to work there had been raving about it for years. Recently, my fiancé, some friends, and family all came in to celebrate my best friend's grandma's birthday, so it felt like the perfect opportunity to finally give it a try. To start, the restaurant was very accommodating and we were seated within our reservation time, which we appreciated with a larger group. After we sat down, we placed our orders, but it did take quite a while for the food to start coming out on what seemed like a moderately busy evening. Unfortunately, what really ruined the evening for me was that two meals were still missing when the rest of the food arrived--mine and my fiancé's. On top of that, my friend's grandma's order was incorrect and one of our appetizers never came out. I'm not sure if our server was new, but he visibly seemed either nervous or a bit frustrated with us, which made the situation feel awkward. At that point we had to decide whether everyone should wait or eat while we waited for the remaining food. Of course, we told everyone to go ahead and enjoy their meals, even though some of the orders weren't quite right. By the time our meals finally arrived, it was already close to when the check was coming out, and even then some of the sides for entrees were mixed up. None of us were upset with the server personally--we understand that mistakes happen and restaurants can get busy. But overall, the experience was pretty disappointing, especially for a first visit and a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, it may end up being our first and last time. read more

Not quite sure what's going on today. I haven t had red lobster in a while. I wanted some fish. I ordered the admirals meal and I got some nasty watery stuff i guess they call tartar sauce now. It was disgusting. We only get 1/3 of the piece of fish we used to get. I can get over that but this creamy mess I can't. I see why I go to California fish grill. The food there is good, quality food. Im just going to say I didn't see anything admiral about this. It ruined my appetite. This was my first time here. The visit didn't start out well, because our OpenTable reservation did not get us seated until fifteen minutes after we arrived on time, and I was assured by the host that we would be seated within ten minutes. The men's restroom was somewhat messy. And the restaurant was already out of Mahi Mahi at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Then things improved. Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms were hot, cheesy, and exceptional. Complimentary Cheddar Bay Biscuits were as good as ever. Diane liked her bowl of Clam Chowder. And a House Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing was a fine starter for me. My entree of Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Orzo Rice was moist and tasty. And Diane was pleased with her main of Walt's Favorite Shrimp accompanied by Mashed Potatoes. This was our first time coming here, and everything was just right from the start. Our server, Paige, was the sweetest, very attentive and always on top of everything. There were also other staff members who made sure we had a great experience. Truly the best service ever! And the place was clean and has a great ambiance. I went to this location on Wednesday May13th 2026 with my kids and their spouses. Service was excellent !!! Food was tasting good drinks flowing. We all had the Wednesday special steak and lobster for 29.99 minus my son and daughter they had endless shrimp. All who ate the steak and lobster fit food poisoning. Can only assume. Jason was our server and he was very kind, patient and explained some of the seafood dishes I was interested in. I noticed that the menu has changed in that there's such a wide range of seafood selections. My friend and I ordered the Clam Chowder to start off. It was really good and not too many potatoes and plenty of pieces clam. My friend had the Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl and I ordered the Lobster Fest Dual. We both liked what we ordered. The restaurant appeared to be very clean from where I was sitting. This Red Lobster has been here for years.... Unfortunately I forgot to take any pics of our meals. But again our server Jason was very attentive and would check on us periodically to fill our water glasses and see if we needed anything. Had a party of 6 and came in super hungry and ready to enjoy some cheddar bay biscuits! We were seated immediately and the whole restaurant was pretty busy for a weekday. Our server, Eileen, took care of us and she is by far one of the most delightful people I have ever met. She gave my entire party great food recommendations and was super attentive despite how busy she was, we never even had to ask for water refills! Big props to her! Foodwise, everything was very tasty and with the constant resupply of cheddar biscuits, we had a great experience. My order of the chicken parm(recommended by Eileen), was definitely a well deserved 5/5 and the appetizers came out nice, hot and crispy! We were a party of 3 with a 20 minute wait. Once seated and a quick glance of the menu offered many choices. Strangely I noticed a few dishes had no prices. I understand market prices but it seemed unusual. I ordered an alcoholic drink, a ruby mule. After a long wait the drink finally arrived after reminding our server. The drink was refreshing & delicious. I had the Surf & Turf. Steak ordered medium rare. Mashed potato & Brussel sprouts. The lobster was smaller but moist, sweet & delicious. The Brussel sprouts were crunchy & tasty. I do recommend them, as they are an upgrade than the usual side choices. The steak was medium. Overcooked for my taste. It was a decent size but was somewhat bland. My parent chose linguine with shrimp & shrimp/lobster. They throughly enjoyed that meals. They had Ice tea but refills were slow coming. Their famous biscuits were warm & flavorful. You need to ask if you want more during your meal. Our server was young & he tried to engage us when he was around but follow up was lacking. I'm very torn on how many stars to give because my experience was up and down. I ordered online for pickup, a create your own feast, bowl of clam chowder and half dozen biscuits. My husband picked up the order and i unpacked it when we got home and clam chowder and baked potato toppings were missing. I called and spoke with Antonio the manager and he was kind and said my husband can come pickup the missing things and he added a piece of chocolate cake. That was the good part. He was kind and took care of the problem. My negative is about the clam chowder. I ordered and paid for a bowl not a cup. For $10.49 the container wasn't even full. The serving size is so small. Still, the place was not full at all. The food took very long to come out. The prices are standard for seafood. But while we were waiting, the drinks weren't getting refilled. The biscuits took awhile to come out as well. My teenage son ordered a Caesar salad and all the dishes came out already and he's still waiting. I went in for dinner with my daughter and everything was great. We ask the waitress Kristine M. for the check it was happy hour, and there was supposed to be a $2 discount on appetizers. We ordered two. When I saw the check, I asked the server about the appetizer discount, mentioning we'd ordered two. Her response was... something else. She said, "It's only two dollars, I guess I can ask my manager to void it and ring it up that way." She just stood there, like she expected me to back down. Then she repeated, "It's only two dollars." Finally, she went and came back, saying she'd given us a military discount on one appetizer which took off $1.80. Then, she handed me a quarter and said, "That would be the $2 off." I was completely taken aback! Honestly, as a waitress myself, I would never treat a customer like that. The employee brought the food out pretty quickly after I said I had arrived, but it was a Monday afternoon, so not crowded at all. The fry batter should have more zest. It's pretty bland. I got the wild-caught fried fish plate, but you don't get as many pieces as it shows in the menu photo. You only get 2, but the menu shows about 4. The stuffed mushrooms are good, but a little salty. The scallops could be bigger. The cheesey biscuits seem to be as good as always! The price you pay is a little steep for what you get (portion size and taste-wise). read more
