Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Orzo Rice
    Dennis T.

This was my first time here. The visit didn't start out well, because our OpenTable reservation did not get us seated until fifteen minutes after we arrived on time, and I was assured by the host that we would be seated within ten minutes. The men's restroom was somewhat messy. And the restaurant was already out of Mahi Mahi at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Then things improved. Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms were hot, cheesy, and exceptional. Complimentary Cheddar Bay Biscuits were as good as ever. Diane liked her bowl of Clam Chowder. And a House Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing was a fine starter for me. My entree of Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Orzo Rice was moist and tasty. And Diane was pleased with her main of Walt's Favorite Shrimp accompanied by Mashed Potatoes. We had very good service from Marial. And seating in the cavernous dining room was comfortable. XXX-1/2 stars overall!

This was our first time coming here, and everything was just right from the start. Our server, Paige, was the sweetest, very attentive and always on top of everything. There were also other staff members who made sure we had a great experience. Truly the best service ever! And the place was clean and has a great ambiance. We ordered two Endless Shrimp and an Endless Soup & Salad. We left so full and happy! Loved the biscuits, clam chowder, and salads, also the Scampi Garlic Shrimp was absolutely the best. We'll definitely be back next time!

Admirals feast super bland and over priced

Terrible food is all I have to say. It was my first time at a red lobster and my last. This was the most Bland food I could imagine and for the price tag it was just crazy. Food didn't have any flavor and there was absolutely nothing special about it. I prefer my food with flavor. The only thing that was good were the cheddar bay biscuits.

This place is horrible... the wait was long which was expected but when we got the food it wasn't at all as described in the photo or description. Atmosphere was ok except for the crying babies in the booth behind us.. the biggest complaint was my husband got food poisoning from the food either not cooked all the way or over cooked.

It's a Red Lobster No frills, great food. excellent service. We were sat immediately, had wonderful friendly servers who kept our glasses full, made sure the biscuits were warm, plates cleared. Great experience. Dated decor. Once this chain starts getting redesigned it's going to be unstoppable!

Had a party of 6 and came in super hungry and ready to enjoy some cheddar bay biscuits! We were seated immediately and the whole restaurant was pretty busy for a weekday. Our server, Eileen, took care of us and she is by far one of the most delightful people I have ever met. She gave my entire party great food recommendations and was super attentive despite how busy she was, we never even had to ask for water refills! Big props to her! Foodwise, everything was very tasty and with the constant resupply of cheddar biscuits, we had a great experience. My order of the chicken parm(recommended by Eileen), was definitely a well deserved 5/5 and the appetizers came out nice, hot and crispy! All in all, the food was amazing but the true highlight of this visit was the impeccable service. If you ever visit, be sure to ask for Eileen! I'll definitely be coming back soon.

I'm have not been to Red Lobster for years. It's know they were in decline & that a number of locations have been closed. My parents love RL & found a location that was open. The restaurant at Ontario Mills was hopping. A number of larger parties were waiting. Servers were very busy & reception was prompt. I did notice a few smaller tables open. We were a party of 3 with a 20 minute wait. Once seated and a quick glance of the menu offered many choices. Strangely I noticed a few dishes had no prices. I understand market prices but it seemed unusual. I ordered an alcoholic drink, a ruby mule. After a long wait the drink finally arrived after reminding our server. The drink was refreshing & delicious. I had the Surf & Turf. Steak ordered medium rare. Mashed potato & Brussel sprouts. The lobster was smaller but moist, sweet & delicious. The Brussel sprouts were crunchy & tasty. I do recommend them, as they are an upgrade than the usual side choices. The steak was medium. Overcooked for my taste. It was a decent size but was somewhat bland. My parent chose linguine with shrimp & shrimp/lobster. They throughly enjoyed that meals. They had Ice tea but refills were slow coming. Their famous biscuits were warm & flavorful. You need to ask if you want more during your meal. Our server was young & he tried to engage us when he was around but follow up was lacking. Decor was old school, wooden bench type booths & smaller tables. It all seems to work but hasn't been updated in years. With the number of customers in the restaurant it was not overly noisy. Our meals were satisfactory. Pretty much to my expectations for this type of establishment. The updated menu had some choices that I may try in the future. I rate my experience as a 3.5 stars.

The food was just ok thought it could if had better flavor and much hotter ! However, the service was great which is the reason for the 4 star review. I ordered the stuffed flounder, which was good. Unfortunately, they will not have that anymore so I'm happy I was able to try it. The ambiance was nice and pretty clean inside! The service was phenomenal and our waiter was amazing and the manager. I may come back to this location again to try!

Came in on Valentine's Day & the wait was 3 hours long, luckily we had a reservation & waited 30 min before being seated. The food was amazing, service was excellent & the ambiance was great. Shalyn, our server was sweet & attentive. Definitely a perfect date night spot.

    Food and family

I went to this location on Wednesday May13th 2026 with my kids and their spouses. Service was excellent !!! Food was tasting good drinks flowing. We all had the Wednesday special steak and lobster for 29.99 minus my son and daughter they had endless shrimp. All who ate the steak and lobster fit food poisoning. Can only assume. As soon as we got home vomiting / diarrhea the whole 9. Im still recovering. I'm sorry to write a bad review but we have all been so sick since eating at this location.

This is how yelp should let u rate a place Customer Service: 5 star (our server was Alejando B) He was very polite and super friendly we didn't have to ask for refills, He was very attentive on always asking if everything was good . Food : 5 stars Cleanliness: 5 stars Price point : 4 stars Food accuracy order : 5 stars Restrooms: N/A ( I didn't use them) Wait time to get seated : 3.5 stars ( lots of empty tables seemed they might of been short staffed that's why certain sections were empty ) Wait time to get food : 5 stars ( food was served in a good timely manner)

I will never be eating at red lobster again. This is absolutely ridiculous. Spent between $50-$60 on such a little amount of food. This is crazy. You can go to a good crap place and get a whole bag for way less with way more food. this is absolutely unacceptable in my book in my book a tiny Claw with only 3 to 4 legs. Such a rip off, don't waste your money or time here

AMBIANCE 5.5/10…read more After spending way too long trying to decide what to eat, we finally settled on seafood boil and landed on The Big Catch because of their all-you-can-eat option. Walking in, our first impression wasn't great the building looked a little run down. Once inside, though, the vibe improved. It had a rustic sports bar feel with TVs everywhere, an open bar, and a seafood station. Nothing fancy, but not terrible. EXPERIENCE 7/10 The service was one of the better parts of the visit. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer our questions and recommend a few items. The food took a little while to come out. BTW there's a 90 minute limit after we were seated and the second round of our seafood took 30 minutes to come out (they apparently forgot our order) and they proceeded to tell us we had last call right after our second round of food barely got to the table. Not sure if that's done on purpose but we really didn't really appreciate that. Overall though, the staff definitely made the experience better. THE FOOD 5/10 Here's where things started to fall apart. The first all-you-can-eat platter came with two snow crab clusters, 1/2lb crawfish, 1/2lb mussels, 1/2lb peeled shrimp, plus unlimited sides. One thing that caught us off guard and maybe we just missed it on the menu is that after your first round, you can no longer order the snow crab or peeled shrimp. That was disappointing since those ended up being the best seafood options on the table. The snow crab was solid, and the peeled shrimp were surprisingly good the texture was crunchy and we didn't get any fishy smell or flavors. Everything after that... not so much. Round two included whole shrimp, clams, and scallops. The portions were noticeably smaller, and almost everything tasted like it had been frozen for too long. The crawfish lacked freshness, the whole shrimp had the same issue and were mushy without the initial crunch additionally the shrimp was hard to peel which makes us think that it was POSSIBLY reheated, and the scallops were tiny with a strong fishy flavor that made them hard to enjoy. Even the House/Cajun seasoning didn't do much to save it. It was too oily and honestly just tasted like salt, there was no spiciness either and we got the hot flavor. Ironically, the sides ended up carrying the meal. The cucumber salad was fresh and crunchy, which balanced out some of the heavier seafood, and the sweet potato fries were honestly one of our favorite things we ordered. And one last thing... somehow even the water tasted off. What We'd Order Again Snow Crab Clusters Peeled Shrimp Fish Taco Sweet Potato Fries Cucumber Salad Sausage Corn Skip These Whole Shrimp Clams Mussels Scallops Crawfish House/Cajun Seasoning Cajun Fries Cajun Wings Boiled Egg Water Final Rating If you're going for the all-you-can-eat seafood, don't expect premium quality. The first round is decent, but once the crab and peeled shrimp are off the table, the meal drops off pretty quickly. Would we come back? Definitely not. We ended up paying 90$ for 2 people which you can argue is good since it's an AYCE seafood meal but afterwards after speaking to the waiter we found out the shrimp and crawfish was indeed frozen that along with all the other disappointing food doesn't make us feel like it was worth the money. Overall Gassington Rating: (5/10)

We ordered the grilled artichoke to start, which was delicious. It comes with a Dijon dipping sauce that I loved. I ordered the macadamia nut crusted halibut that's on their current seasonal menu. The poor experience began at the host stand. I had a reservation for 1:15 PM but arrived early and was sat at 12:56 PM. Despite my active reservation, when the host led me to the table, she asked if the reservation was under "M." When I got to the table and asked who "M" was, she dismissively replied that they "just put down an alphabet." I told her my name was Will, but she didn't care to acknowledge it or correct her mistake. This cold shoulder continued throughout the meal. When asked about drinks, I said "water for now," and every time I said "thank you" to our server, I was met with complete silence and zero acknowledgment. Once my guest--who is white--joined me at the table, the dynamic shifted entirely. He received 95% of the server's warmth, eye contact, and attention. The only time the server actively engaged with me was to take my physical food order. Even the food had issues--our first crab cake was served overcooked. Because my guest was the one who pointed it out, the manager came over and addressed him to replace it. While the manager's interaction was a bit better, the server's dismissive attitude toward me never improved for the rest of the meal. To top it off, I was the one who paid the bill. When the server returned my credit card, instead of handing it back to me, she chose to place the presenter book directly in the middle of the table. As a business owner, I understand how critical customer service is. The selective attentiveness and dismissive attitude I experienced today felt incredibly biased and completely ruined our lunch. I will not be returning to this location.

The restaurant itself is a small hole-in-the-wall spot with very limited seating, so don't expect to dine in comfortably while you wait. The music gave the place a nice soulful vibe, and I liked seeing the fresh fish on display before it's prepared. Customer service was average. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. I was told my order would take about 30 minutes, so I walked over to the mall across the street to pass the time. I even gave them an extra 15 minutes just to be safe. Unfortunately, my food still wasn't ready. In total, I waited about an hour before getting my order. The good news? The food was worth it. We were greeted (dryly), seated, and left to figure out the confusing ordering sheet. Thankfully we have experience with HotPot and (sort of) figured it out and even after we expressed concern about how we were suppose to order/write down our meat selections per round (which they claim is unlimited but they only have 3 columns on the sheet) our questions remained unanswered. Trying to flag a waiter down to order more meat was a pain as hardly any were available and we were missing appetizers on our "second" but with the way the service was we figured there wasn't any point in bringing it up not to mention the lack of (flat) soda refills. I doubt we will be returning.

We purchased multiple levels of heat, seasonings and food I only tried the shrimp and the mussels, LOVED the sauce on the mussels and really enjoyed my shrimp. I personally had a pound of shrimp to myself and it was a good amount of shrimp. Also got Cajun fries, rice and fried calamari all were good but the fried banana cheesecake was delicious!!! The location and hand washing station were also all clean. Would recommend coming here!

The appetizers and side dishes were good, and we enjoyed the fries, noodles, and calamari. The only disappointment was the special sauce that comes with the crawfish and shrimp boil. The flavor wasn't what we expected and tasted more like a tomato-based sauce. Compared to places like The Boiling Crab or Kicking Crab, it lacked the buttery, garlicky, and savory flavor we were looking for. Unfortunately, the sauce was the main reason my kids and I didn't enjoy the seafood. Since the sauce is such an important part of a seafood boil, it really affected our overall experience. The food itself was fresh, and the service was fine, but we would probably choose The Boiling Crab or Kicking Crab next time.
