Can't say it of all Red Lobsters, but this location is excellent. Been here several times in the last few years and always have great food and excellent service. Love the lobster pizza here, an usually like to get crab Alfredo or Maine lobster. We love in the desert so this is as good as it gets. The manager sometimes checks in and is a pretty cool guy. Just had Red Lobster for the first time and I was surprised. Something about chain restaurants and seafood scare me, but that was probably the best lobster I have had. I've eaten at pricy lobster restaurants on the coast of California and the chain restaurant in a inland state wins. Sharon, our server was so sweet and made great suggestions. She kept our drinks filled and table full of food. I had the lobster bake which was seriously so good!! The real reason I wanted to try Red Lobster was because of the rolls, everyone talks about these rolls! The rolls lived up to the hype, I wish we had gotten more...there was a lot of food on our table so I completely understand why we only got two rolls. I recently for my 75 birthday decided I wanted Red Lobster dinner but because of all the Covid problems I would order on line and have it delivered. I had a gift card. When I tried to order with the gift card it wouldn't allow a gift card to be used for delivery. I called the restaurant and the man on the phone said I would have to come there and pick it up to be able to use a gift card. He said to order online with CC and then when I picked it up they would change the CC and use my gift card. When I arrived to pick up my order they said it had already been paid for by me and I was given misinformation on the phone and could not use the gift card. I took my order and went home. Opened up my purchase and they had not put in the sides to go with the order. I immediately called the manager and she apologized and said she would credit my card for the sides. That was July 9th. I still have not received a credit. I wrote a letter to the customer service department at their headquarters and explained the problem. Today I received an email stating due to the problems going on today that there was nothing they could do about it. And hoped I remained a loyal customer. Seriously this is the way you treat your "loyal" customers. Food may be good but be warned if there is a problem you are nobody. read more

we visited this location with some friends this week for date nite and had a very pleasant experience. most of us had the 4 course feast with grilled shrimp. comes with soup, salad and dessert. meggan M. was our server and did an outstanding job....best ever. i had potato bacon soup and the triple chocolate brownie ala mode is plenty for 2 people. the booths are quiet enough to carry on a conversation, unlike many other restaurants in the st. So we went here last night for my mothers birthday & there were 21 of us! I couldn't tell you how amazing our servers were! Me being a server notices everything our waiter or waitress does beyond just taking our order & filling our drinks. If I could give zero stars I would. I called to do a to go order, their website wasn't working. The guys answered the phone I said I needed to place a to go order he put me on hold for 5-10 min. When he picked back up he refused to take my order, said I pushed the wrong extension number (I didn't I was on speaker phone staring at the correct extension number) he continued to argue with me about the extension number. He wouldn't take the order told me I would have to call back... I wasted 15 min of my time.... ridiculous. read more

We were in the mood for some good seafood, not too expensive, convenient yet familiar. We found all of that here at this Red Lobster. Late mid-week dinner so the place wasn't busy. We ordered plates of Tilapia and Shrimp Scallops and Pasta. Both were excellent and our service was great. We had a nice talk with our waiter Levi and he seemed to be very happy to serve us. I know a guy who doesn't care for seafood shouldn't give a rating... but my wife loves seafood, and we'd go here more often if they just had a few beef or chicken items. The service was terrific, the Caesar is good (without an anchovy taste in the dressing), and the strawberry cheesecake (the one without the crust) was the best I've ever had. I'd just like to see a burger or stroganoff or something like that.... in addition to shrimp, lobster, crab, and fish - so I could enjoy my meal, while she enjoys hers. read more

The staff was quite short with us even though we were prepared with our order. The portions were spare and not warm. The shrimp and pasta were overcooked. My husband got a lobster that had been split through the torso and not cleaned properly. The dishes were chipped and had crud baked onto them. I'm mostly writing this because we had such good service! The food is always ok, nothing special. But Cassie was our server tonight and she was exceptional. We had 8 people, 5 of them were kids and she was smiling and so friendly from beginning to end. So sweet and provided excellent service. We never needed anything, she was very attentive. This location is unlike any other states red lobster. We went here once and it was horrible, tried it a few years or so ago and they had a new menu, were under new mgmt and it was night and day, absolutely awesome. We went there today and I will never go back. Salad was good, baked potatoe came out and I couldn't even stick my fork in it. Service was wonderful, they brought me out another potatoe. I had gotten the combination pick 2 so I got sirloin steak and shrimp. I'm not big on shrimp, I usually give it to my husband. The steak came out so loaded with peppercorn, tasted horrible but couldn't pinpoint what was making it so horrible, had my husband taste and he agreed. Sent it back, they made another steak with no seasoning and we realized what tasted disgusting, it was the meat. They took 10.00 off bill so I paid 8.99 for a baked potatoe and 6 shrimp. I am offended and will never go back here. Horrible experience. Servers were wonderful, they kept apologizing. Sad they reverted back to the old crappy food ways. read more

My husband and I always enjoy eating here. They are always busy unless you get there early. But you have plenty to do with it being located in a shopping plaza. The service is always good and they always aim to please. I have never had to return a dish for any reason and they make it a point to ask you at least once during your meal. If I could I would go there every week. If you are ever in St George stop by. read more

Extremely disappointed every time I come to this location. Service is extremely slow and inattentive! The salad came out like the picture shown and was drowning in an ocean of dressing. The food is not consistent in presentation and came out cold. Unfortunately we keep coming back due to my spouse loving the restaurant. Go to this place about once a month. Never had bad serves but this last visit something different, people seem to love there job. Love to see manager helping out where needed, not to good to clean table, sweep floors, help out servers where ever need. More often than not the fish I order is over done and dry. I would think a restaurant that specializes in sea food would know how to cook fish. I had red rock fish once before and it was delicious. I'm usually very happy when we go to this place but today was different. our server was very short with us and quick to leave our table. Did not introduce himself, so we didn't know his name when we needed something, had to flag him down. Forgot butter and cocktail sauce that came with our food. He never checked on us til it was time for the bill. And when we were trying to order dessert he was literally walking away. It almost felt like we were putting him out. But then we saw how efficient and polite he was with the other tables he had. It was weird and It felt very awkward for me and my 2 friends. Horrible service. Walked into an empty front waiting area. It was 6:30 pm. Needed seated for five. Numerous tables empty. Told there was at least a 40 minute wait to be seated. I asked why it was such a long wait and the girl told me she didn't know and shrugged her shoulders and that was it. I left. No place here unless a weekend have that long of wait. MANAGER AND SERVICE SUCKED!!! Food was good service sucked. We got there and was told that we would be waiting for 20 minutes witch was great. After about 40 minutes of waiting, with no one apologizing, was finally seated. Once seated, it took the manager 20 minutes to come over to our table and ask if we wanted water.. we finally got our water, but again had to wait 20 more minutes for someone to take our order. Finally got out food. It was good. When it was time for the bill, it took the waitress 3 times of us asking to bring our check to us. The place had empty tables all over and not that busy. The manager only brought us the water and then ignored us. The manager walked by us several times after that but would not pay any attention to us. Needless to say this place sucked with service. We thought 2 1/2 hours would be plenty of time on a Wednesday night to make it to the show at tuacahn. Manager needs lessons on customer service. This is one franchise that rarely misses the mark of what they sell. Surely not the most elevated form of seafood choices but as a regular customer (frankly there are not many options in St. George) we always feel contented after we have finished and that is a good thing. Once we had a disappointing outing and when we complained to the manager we were treated very well, meaning that they take customer satisfaction very seriously. Great experience at Red Lobster tonight. I believe our waitress' name was Candace. She was very attentive and the timing for each course was impeccable. We started with the white wine mussels which were delicious. I had a three item combo with crab, scallops and coconut shrimp. My fiancé had the Admiral's Feast. Everything was wonderful.
