Love this location! Always get really good service. Had a waitress a couple of days ago in the evening and she was very friendly and accommodating! Also really appreciate their manager. First off service was super super slow. Waiter was friendly enough. Food came out for most of our party about 1 hour after we ordered. The rest arrived about 25 mins after that. Something was off couldn't tell what it was but multiple in our party have been unable to leave the bathroom due to suspected food poisoning. I had a weird experience lol I ordered to go on their website, got the text telling me what time the food will be ready at. My son and I pulled in and they only have 2 to-go parking spaces. We drove a loop around the parking spaces while I decided what we were going to do lol I parked and we went in the restaurant. Both of the to go parking spaces with the cars in them were empty I noticed as we walked in. The hostess asked how many & I told her we were picking up a Togo order. She told me that to pick up I needed to go over to the bar under the "ToGo" sign. So we go 5 steps over there. There was a guy standing at the bar under the sign so I kind of stood off to the side behind him? The 2 bartenders were messing around with ice or something? Paying no attention to anyone. The hostess set a table in the bar. Finally a lady came out from the back and asked if I had a pick up? I said yes & she asked for a receipt? I pulled out my phone and she said "just show me something that shows you bought something" The whole thing just felt odd. Anyway, food wasn't very warm when we got home. I feel like our food possibly was done earlier than the time it said and they don't alert you? The tall bald manager was yell/talking sooooo loud to every staff person that walked by ( which was many due to the holiday). It was so loud that it literally gave me a headache and my husband could not even have a conversation. We went early enough to avoid the crowds, and Kord was an excellent waiter. The main reason we went, though, was because my Red Lobster app featured specials only available to members, items not on the menu. This restaurant not only did not know of the app's Sea-cret special, but also had none of the items. On the bright side, the snow crab legs were cooked perfectly, the crabby cheese fries, were nummy, and I really liked my Salmon New Orleans. Another kudos: I decided to faint in the bathroom, and the girl cleaning brought me an ice pack and a cup of water. After 20 minutes on the floor I was able to make my way back to the table. Pros: server Jeff was awesome. He gets two of the stars. My rainbow trout had good flavor. The coconut shrimp and accompanying sauce is amazing. The brussel sprouts are also quite good. Cons: No crab for a week and a day, even though there's a HUGE banner outside advertising their crab. We had to wait a really long time for food, even though the restaurant is pretty empty. The "never ending" shrimp special isn't a great deal because it takes ages for each round of shrimp to be served. The baked potato was very small. We had dinner there tonight. There were 8 in our party. We were seated at 4:04 and didn't get our meals until 5:27. To make matters worse, 2 of the meals were not right, one was a totally different meal and one had a substitute side wrong. I used to love this place as a kid, but either their food changed or my palette changed. I found the Brussels sprouts quite greasy and felt like they gave me almost immediate indigestion , the coconut shrimp sauce was way too sweet and milky, and the shrimp was just a little tough. Very dissatisfied. Came in, was seated in bar area per our request. 2 people stood and talked amongst themselves but never came over for a drink order. Then the bar gal came over and cleared the table next to us and said some other person will be over to serve us. We waited but then decided to go see about getting sitting in the dining room. First before my complaint I had a great experience with the front desk lady because she saw my kids were interested in the lobsters so she pulled one out to let my 2 kids pet it. That was a big family friendly plus for me so thank you for that. So I forgot my wallet and had asked the front desk lady if they accepted Apple Pay. She told me yes. If they hadn't of course I would've went elsewhere. I ordered the all you can eat shrimp and my side dish never came out until everyone had finished their meals & my second round of shrimp was so late I had just asked if I can make it to go. As we get up to pay with Apple Pay we're told that they do not accept Apple Pay by someone who had replaced the previous lady. The manger gets called and I explain the situation. He asks how far away we live & I tell him about 15 minutes. He asks for 'collateral' and asks if I can go home to retrieve my wallet. Given I had no choice me & my family left to go get the wallet. I come back and pay my bill in full and he walks away and says "sorry for the confusion" and gives my wife her phone back. Now I've been a retail manager before and if my guy screws up I compensate the customer. I didn't have to bring my family there but I did because I was assured they'd accept my Apple Pay payment. Wouldve saved me having to travel across town to come back. Poor effort and poor lack of customer service. I also gladly accept some blame for forgetting my wallet but didn't plan on stopping by and every place (but here clearly) takes Apple Pay. Hesitant to return. read more

My mom and I took my grandparents and another older couple out to dinner here while I was in Spokane. First of all, it was not easy getting everyone in with the walkers, AND getting a large enough table where everyone could hear. Red Lobster made it as seamless and as pleasant as possible! It was my first time at a Red Lobster (crazy I know) so I'll give the full rundown. First of all, our waiter (Travis?? Trevor?) THANK YOU! You deserve an award! He went above and beyond - took group photos, gave us desserts for the double wedding anniversary celebration, etc. The lady seating us also made sure there was a little area by our table to keep the walkers nearby. Our table-booth was large enough to stash all coats/bags to the side as well. Now to the food- the menu is huge! It reminded me of a Cheesecake Factory (not sure if they have those in Spokane...). Lots of specials/variations of seafood platters. Everything came with soup/salad & two sides (aka a LOT of food). You can choose from two salads I believe, and a list of sides. There are also tempting "upgrades" for your sides, which naturally I did for both of my sides. I recommend the 'creamy lobster mashed potatoes' (+$3.99). The caprese salad was fine but I had to prioritize dessert. The salmon was also average but I will say I like all the glaze options. The rolls lived up to their expectations. How funny they even sell Red Lobster branded mix to bake these specific rolls at home? Dessert was my favorite part. We got 5 desserts and I think mine was by far the best. I got the 'Brownie Overload' and ate almost the entire thing to myself. I forgot to take a picture but it's basically a giant martini glass with 3 huge warm gooey brownies with vanilla ice cream, caramel, fudge & whipped cream. So ofc Red Lobster gets points for having live lobsters as soon as you walk in! The hostess was nice and let us pick where we'd like to sit, so it was a great way to enter. Then we start looking at the menu and our waiter takes our drinks. I ordered an alcoholic beverage and my husband ordered a coke. Simple enough. The drink was full of ice, literally to the brim, and I decided to just share the coke with my husband. We talked about how quiet and dark the restaurant was and how we were hungry and ready to eat. The food came and we were so disappointed. My husband ordered Salmon and fries with a side of loaded Mac. The salmon was literally freezer burned! The Mac and cheese was bland, but the fries were good. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was bland as well. So bland that salt and pepper didn't save it so I just didn't eat it. We paid extra for the Chesapeake fries and it was just plain old fries. We were really disappointed because red lobster once had the vibe of a fancy restaurant but really just gave off mediocre. Second time Red lobster at division tried to put an aunaithorize tip on my card. Gave a cash tip and then they tried to put a 20 percent tip on top of it. Been in the industry 32 years and I have never put an extra tip on people's cards. Did they not think I would notice the extra 47.86 dollar tip they were trying to get off the card. When I did not have time to take her to the restaurant, I would get an online order to take to her facility s that she could enjoy a fish dinner with other friends at the facility. Last night was the last time I will visit that restaurant. I went in to have a beer and pick up 4 to go meals. The service was horrible so I asked for a manager. The first thing he did was to lie to me. Then he acted like I was at fault because his staff didn't do their job. I cancelled my order and he told me it would take 45 days to get credited back to my account. I will never return to this restaurant so his staff will never have to argue about not having time to complete my order. read more
