It was a 30-minute wait, because Open Table's priority seating didn't work for advance seating. All in all, it was well worth it. When I arrived at my table, the seats were very worn out with large holes. My seating wasn't comfortable. The waitress that waited on me was kind of in a bad mood. I got a bad vibe right from the beginning. She then calmed down. She brought some hot biscuits. It almost got to the point where I had to ask for them. The ultimate feast used to be only $38.00. it's now over $50.00 after tax. I chose the pick two deal for $18.99. I chose the coconut shrimp and the garlic shrimp scampi with a baked potato. I ordered the garden salad too. The shrimp scampi was just ok. The baked potato was fresh and hot. The coconut shrimp tasted like it wasn't cooked long enough. You could taste raw coconut. I've had better coconut shrimp at Sizzler.It was bad. The waitress forgot cocktail sauce for the coconut shrimp. And after I finished my food. I thought, "Wait a second. Something was missing? I thought the garden salad. The waitress came back and asked if I needed anything else. I said no. I'll just get the check. The check came, and I looked, and I noticed I was charged for the garden salad even when I didn't receive it. Bummer! I closed the checkbook, and the waitress came back, and she said, "Will there be anything else. I asked her if she could please adjust the amount on the receipt because I didn't receive my garden salad, and I was charged for it.The waitress apologized and adjusted the amount on the receipt. OK, I just went into red lobster and I had the crab roll flavor, not overpower the garlic butter and occasion occasion wasn't that spicy but it was a good flavor like I said, however it could've been more near, but it filled me up what I think that they can improve on it's a little more kick in little red potatoes. These are rice potatoes cut in half which was stretching the corn was delicious but surprisingly I didn't think it was frozen, but it could've been but it was good either way. I was traveling through Stockton for work and stopped into Red Lobster for dinner. There were a lot of options on this particular street, but I'm so glad I came here! Willie my server was 5 stars! Super kind, attentive, quick, knowledgeable...I also observed other bar staff cleaning and Golden was also very sweet. Food was on point!! Super fresh. Ambiance was really cute too, I like the layout of the restaurant. Whether or not you like chain restaurants I thought the food and service was excellent. Following strict Covid rules, the wait wasn't too bad at all. I haven't been to a Res Lobster in two years and this was just right across from my hotel so I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered the lobster bisque, the new Kung Pao noodles with crispy lobster, and the vanilla bean cheesecake for dessert. Obviously, I received biscuits which are STILL buttery and light and incredible! The Kung Pao noodles, while flavorful, I think were a touch on the oily side. Also, order these if you brought 10 of your friends with you, it is WAY TOO MUCH for one person! The crispy lobster on top was delightfully fried and tasty. We approached the manager Christine. And she stated she was still waiting on another table to get up. She even sat a party of 10 before us and we had a party of 7. The first host walked out crying after speaking to her and she was really trying to help us. The manager Christine refuse to seat us and sat a party of 10 ahead of us. No apology no other options just refuse to seat us until one table got up. My UBER eats pick up expensive with this location was not the best. We get here 7 minutes after our order was showing ready. Check in with front desk to be only told that it would be just a couple more minutes. I let 10 mini go by, inquire about our order with 2 crew member who then can't provide any info on the order so then proceeds to get a manger, who she then tells me "if I could inform her what was on our outer " did this then she tells me a few more mins as their kitchen is "backed up" and that our order didn't have a name attached to it. BUT when we were handed our bag, my first n last name were printed on the receipt. now mind you SOMEONE from this location had to push a button that my order was ready at 626pm. But we didn't leave there with our bags in hand, until 658. . Main reason for bringing down to a 3 star rating. At 1230pm on a Monday, the time of lunch, and they only had 2 servers. One for the bar area, which was packed, and one at the restaurant area. A large party of about 10 was the only people sitting in the restaurant area. All the other tables were open. The greeter was doing double duty, running around getting bread for tables. There are 13 people waiting to be seated and a 40 minute wait to be seated. AT 1230 pm THE HEIGHT OF LUNCHTIME. Red Lobster is in no way inexpensive, so why can't they have servers working for the patrons that are willing to spend money at their establishment? We left and went to Olive Garden. Uchechi was our server, and she could not of done better! She was so on top of things, we didn't have to ask for a thing, not even extra napkins because they were on the table. Went there for dinner, no host available to seat us so we left. Service here is low to mediocre.

Parking was easy, but the RL lot was extremely cluttered with wrappers, food, discarded bags and unsightly debris from inconsiderate fast food patrons. We were a party of 5 and there seemed to be some confusion why we were there. The greeter gave us a short "just wait" in a restaurant that was almost empty. When finally seated, the menu was confusing as to what was offered on the daily specials. We are happy they were open, and that the waitress was helpful and attentive. (All the staff wore facemasks.) The coleslaw and the clam-chowder were pretty insipid, the biscuits were good as was the shrimp and blackened salmon. Prices are what you expect. Went and got pick up for my son's birthday and spent a pretty penny. I know that Red Lobster at best is pretty mediocre but still pricey. He wanted the biscuits so he got the biscuits (which were the best thing out of everything we ordered) and overall was satisfied. However, this is the baked potato I got. Idk what that is and idk if I want to know. The lobster was chewy and really fishy but my steak was pretty good. The salad my mom got was brown. For $160 I'm pretty disappointed. Oh, the mushroom appetizers were really good, that's a plus. Just kinda sucks when the biscuits were the best part of the meal.
