Even though they're not a Mexican restaurant, they make THE best margaritas I've had. My family enjoys their margaritas. We were seated right away which was nice b/c later there was a lot of people waiting to be seated. I hadn't been here in a while and they changed some stuff. Their menu was updated and I was sad to see they no longer offered the parmesan crusted halibut. It was So good. They also no longer offer the complimentary salad with an entree. The salad is now extra. Drink: Their snowglobe was so pretty! It was sweet but didn't give me that buzz like I knew the margarita would do. Our host and wait staff were friendly and attentive. My wife had the popcorn shrimp with sides of broccoli & rice, water to drink. I ordered the sirloin, medium, with sides of broccoli and mashed potatos & a diet soda. The popcorn shrimp serving was huge! My wife brought half of it home. She reported to enjoy her food, as did I. I cannot recommend enough! We came 30 minutes before close due to unforeseen circumstances and we're still given the best customer service. Pretty big restaurant with dimmed lights which I absolutely love. Greeted and sat immediately. Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and were extremely kind. I had a strawberry breeze, it was refreshing but slightly sweet. I got the shrimp three ways with the grilled shrimp, shrimp Alfredo and Walt's favorite. The grilled shrimp were grilled perfectly and sat in a garlic butter. Shrimp Alfredo was hot, flavorful and cheesy. Absolute yummm! The Walt's favorite were golden brown and crispy. Feeling well cared for! Went by for early dinner and already busy here. Staff is plentiful for this time yesterday and almost moving. Relaxed, helpful, and checked on his from time to time. I have to praise an excellent waiter, Deondre. He had the most beautiful, genuine smile that radiated from inside, and went all the way to his eyes. He was the perfect server. My pasta dish I ordered showed asparagus which wasn't served with it and was dry due to lack of sauce. The manager on duty that evening was a blonde heavy woman. She didn't look nice and appeared to not have any control of what was going on in the kitchen. The CEO recently bragged about the new menu and revamping of the brand but I didn't see the changes. The restrooms were out of paper and restaurant still appeared out dated. I paid $130 that day. I don't know if I'd consider going back to a Red Lobster again. read more

The food here is great and fresh, and the service is accurate and polite. The ambiance can range from chill to very busy. The services speed depends on who's the server and who's the managers, because if you order an all you can eat or buffet deal they will purposely be slow at giving you more food. My friend and I went for the all you can eat shrimp and when we finished our plates we waited an extremely long time after each plate we finished. Luckily the server we had was awesome and they were kind enough to quickly give us our plates. However, when my friend and I left, the managers gave us a bad attitude and was sort of mean to us due to staying a long time enjoying the buffet deal that they offered. I would have given a full 5 stars if they did not purposely be slow to give out more plates of food and hold a grudge against their customers for actually paying for the buffet offer, then this place would have gotten the full 5. I still recommend this place, but again for future customers be wary of any buffet or all you can eat offers and their managers being stingy with portions as well. read more

This I observed with my own two eyes. He tried his best and delivered. He covered such a large section divided and in separate areas. Went back today for a birthday dinner at 1:30 pm. I asked for the cheeseburger. No meat available in the kitchen. Opted for the fish and chips again - big mistake as the breading on the fish was about 3/8" thick and extremely salty. As in the previous post, the cod was tasteless. The french fries were over-seasoned and too salty. However, the cole slaw was good. No one else complained about their meals - shrimp, and shrimp and steak. So hopefully they'll have hamburger meat the next time we go - if we go. I may have to take my own hamburger meat. read more

Wow! We really try and steer clear of chain restaurants when we travel because we feel like they tend to lack service and quality, but that was 10000 percent not the case at this red lobster! Willie, our server went above and beyond for us and the kids.
