He was more than fair...found I needed an engine coil previously serviced by another who used an Autozone part that failed. He replaced it with a certified Engine Coil and replaced a TPM sensor. The price was more than fair for diagnostic and repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and Fernando for squeezing me in at midday. His customer service is Top Notch. The fact that he was honest and reliable is often overlooked by customers. Please support this business! Integrity alone is hard to find and this shop not only has integrity but also goes above and beyond with repair and fair pricing. I would definitely take my car back.

I needed my spark plugs (bought that on my own) replaced too since my car had over 100,000 miles, plus my air filter was filthy because I didn't change it during the summer. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

Well, Robert from Hope Auto/AAA brought us a new battery (all done in about 20 minutes from the call) and while he was putting in the new battery I made my first call to Elite Auto. Elizabeth was great! Took down my info and checked with her team and said bring it in - we can get your parts AND get you back on the road in 2 hours or less. Wow! I am so used to getting the standard "bring it in and MAYBE we can get to it tomorrow or the next day" response. Well - they were on the money timewise. Steven did a fantastic job on the repair - very fairly priced and even gave us a great place to have a burger and a few beers (Henry's) while we waited. They are a little hard to find (need a better sign out front), but they know their stuff as they do a lot of work on some serious offroad rigs and Carmax contracts - and If I need any work done in the future I am going to go there for sure! Broke down at around 11:30am and still made it back to SD before 5pm. Five Stars all around and thanks again Elizabeth, Steven and the entire Elite Auto crew. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

While in view of my Carfax Report I see that Redlands Tire Pros suspiciously recorded my date of having my car into their shop on 10/21/2024 That is false. I was in Redlands Tire Pros three months, when I seen Redlands Tire Pros Sign for a free break inspection which was mid-summer of 2024. I find Redlands Tire Pros to have a delinquency of a report or to be flat out fraudulent. More evidence showing how Carfax has me at another auto shop, five weeks earlier, where I did a complete service Why would I go to another Car Shop 5 weeks later, for another complete service? This place rocks. Had everything done within less than an hour when they thought it would take longer, had product in stock. Eddie replaced tire so quickly and efficiently, couldn't believe it. Justin told me they had in stock, Zack confirmed and took order, he was the sales and service guy - super service and attitude. Can't say enough. For a first impression they knocked it out the park after calling and going about 10 other places, they did everything within less than an hour. I don't know if that will be your experience BUT their attitude and workmanship is TOP NOTCH. I will be back. 5 stars easy. Fantastic place. Plus - price beat all competitors by far.
