Do yourself the favor, and COME HERE!!! Usually going into any auto shop the people inside try to overcharge me for this or that, or tell me I need things done to my car when I really don't. As a young female (& struggling college student) I usually feel uncomfortable. BUT-- not here!! I did my research before going in & called a bunch of places to get quotes on 2 tires & an alignment. I even checked Yelp AND Google reviews. As soon as I called Redlands Tire Pros I felt relieved! I had to get my car towed there b/c even my spare was flat. They let me know that they would get everything taken care of for me and give me the best price (WHICH THEY DID!) I didn't even make an appointment. I just showed up with my car being unloaded from the tow truck & they got me in & out with no issues. 2 new tires (w/warranty!) & an alignment (w/warranty!) without emptying my wallet. The guys in there are SO NICE & feel like such genuinely honest people. Shout out to Rob, Travis, & Louie!! I dealt with these 3 guys and their customer service is out-of-control good!!! I don't usually write such long reviews, so if you're still reading kudos to you! I just couldn't stop typing about how great my experience was. There aren't many reviews on Yelp for RTP's which made me kinda iffy, but I'm so glad I took the chance with them!! I will now be taking my car there for all services needed! Customer for life. Awesome shop and very professional. Took my 2004 Toyota Sequoia for a wheel alignment because the steering wheel is a little skewed. These guys are great, especially Travis! I brought my "new to me" set of wheels and tires that I bought from CL for them to balance. They not only balanced them for a reasonably fair amount, but they did it right... weights are supposed to be in one general area if done right, not multiple locations throughout the wheel as it was. I went there for a TPMS reset. They made me wait 30 minutes before they got to me. When it was my turn I was watching the guy resetting the TPMS well one of his friends or co-worker came and talked to him and start leaning on my car so I told him to not lean on my car and they looked at me with a face and told me they can't do the reset..so I left... that was my experience there. Anyways I went to the dealer and they reset it for free not even an invoice with taken. read more

We have gotten tires here on both our cars and have had a great experience. Today we had a flat and fortunately my husband was able to put enough air in that I could drive over there. I pulled up and someone came right up to the window without me even getting out of the car. They started working on the tire right away and fixed the flat. I was able to stay in the car with my baby while they did this. I asked to pay at the end and was informed that flat tire repairs were free since we had bought the tires there. That was a nice surprise. He also checked the pressure on my other tires and added some air to them also. I had a flat tire and was able to coast into Tire Pros a few days ago. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive because the parking lot was at max capacity and the shop was swamped. I was greeted by Walt at the counter who explained they were short staffed that day due to illness, but apologized and advised there would be a wait. I responded I was a captive audience with no where to go. I engaged in a pleasant conversation with Walt and a regular customer as I waited. The wait was only 20 minutes at best!! This place had good ratings so I went with big expectations. Staff seems friendly enough but things start to going downhill. They took 1.5 hours just to install two tires. They didn't even call me when done. Next I was given a price on the phone, but then told to pay a higher price in person, which was miraculously adjusted when I mentioned the price via phone. Finally they tell me my car is to the left of the entrance, but after looking a while finally found it on the opposite side. I guess they can't be bothered to help a customer. Rob is it !!! Rob builds the baddest of the bad off road trucks and races them. When you need a part for your car, he can tell you 5 different parts and which one is best for you. That is priceless if you care about your vehicle.,. I have a 2006 Dodge Cummins 4x4 with 230,000 miles. It would not start. I took it to Rob and let him loose... He put upgrade all new stuff in my front suspension. Replaced my cheap batteries with the best ones. Figured out the complicated computerized fuel system. It now drives and handles better than new and has its old power back plus better mileage. I drove from Redlands to Upland at 70 MPH and my Diesel Ram 2500 gets 30.2 MPG.. These guys are super humble,helpful and amazing! Came in early before they opened up shop after my long shift. Justin spotted me and generously greeted and ask me what's the haps. Showed him my flat wheel in back with a little nail in it and instantly brushed it off and said he can patch it. Literally he could have gamed me for a new wheel but these guys don't roll that way and saved me at least 200$+. His other awesome co worker Eddie promptly got it patched and shot me love on the balance and installed the tire with extra care . I work around the corner and will def will be doing more business with this awesome shop as I got quoted some good prices on other parts I have and want installed on my G37s. Finally I have I entered a place where the reviews match the service they gave you. A Multi cultural/ Ethinc helpful place with no time for games. Last time I had my tires rotated and balanced after buying my tires here I had an issue with a stud being cross threaded. I have a friend that does my brakes and when he tried to take off one of my tires (after taking my car for the rotation and balance) he told me of this issue. RTP was willing to take my car back and fix this but said that after you drive your car for a while, this can happen. Ok, so no ownership was taken that this had anything to do with their workmanship. I just took my car back in for a rotation and balance again and paid for an alignment. They told me my back brakes needed to be changed- they really did need that so I was thankful! But my friend is doing the back brakes and another stud is cross threaded and one is missing on the same tire! They do not call when a car is finished, the communication is tough! They are always in a hurry to get you off the phone and really don't care if they get your business. After reading these reviews, I decided to post this and will not be going back. I would rather pay a bit more and be able to communicate with the shop and not be rushed out. read more
