Now that I have settled into my home I thought I would share my experience. I contacted Redline moving back in September for my move on 10.1. I found them on Thumbtack and honestly just went with the "cheapest." Boy, do I regret it. Let's start with the disorganization. I went from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom and was downsizing, there was ALOT being left behind and I set up the rooms with boxes because I wanted to be able to unpack by room. That didn't happen. As things began to get loaded, I was extorted out of $200- cash. I was basically told that I could pay that to them or they would leave my treadmill. They said that anything over 200 lbs was extra but come to think of it if I had a sectional those weigh in the range of 260 and my bed alone made of walnut comes in at 220. In any case- once everything is loaded we get 20 minutes out and they forget the freezer. We had to drive 20 minutes and then start the ride again so we lost an HOUR due to their negligence. The move from Lincoln Heights to Beverly Grove cost me upwards of $800. I do not recommend this establishment. Please ask all of the questions even the ones you may think not to ask because WTF. Moving is already stressful enough but this experience was infuriating and defeating at the same time. read more

My parents were moving into a new apartment today so we decided to hire these guys. I had bookmarked their page for a while on Yelp so we were like why not give them a ring and ask about their availability. Very happy with the quality of the service we got! We called Redline Moving on Tuesday and they gave us an appointment for Thursday. Courteous and showed up on time. Actually earlier than the appointment which worked out great as far as timing. Their truck is pretty big and two men is pretty enough for moving into a two bedroom apartment. They are proficient and they know how to wrap furniture properly so it doesn't get damaged. We liked them so much that we offered them In-N-Out on international burger day!! Can't say we've ever moved this fast into a new house before. Thank you Redline Moving for your great service! Adding to the great reviews here. From start to finish these guys are great! I've worked with several moving companies over the past 2 decades and this team might be our new favorite. They were very responsive by phone, email, and text to make the booking within a very short amount of time. 2 Guys came out Evan and Evan, yes they confirmed they have the same name! We live on a very narrow hillside street. They figured out where to park easily with no complaints. They thoroughly went through the items to be moved and had an entire 1 bedroom apartment packed up within an hour. We dropped off half the items at a donation place and the other half at a house. The entire job took about 2.5 hours. Well worth the 3 hour minimum though because it would have taken all day to do it ourselves! Evan and Evan took great care of our things. Everything was wrapped up nicely, nothing broke, and they did it in record time. Thanks guys! read more
