On a vacation from New Jersey we called to place a delivery order. We ordered two chicken finger kids meal's with some other food, they informed us they have no honey mustard. How do you not have honey mustard when you serve chicken fingers? We then had to run to local grocery store to get our own honey mustard. We were very hungry so we decided to do a pick up instead of delivery for a faster turnaround time. They said 30 minutes which was not too bad of a wait. We went to go pick up our food, when we got there there was a sign on the door that said "cash only sorry for the inconvenience". It would have been nice to know that it was cash only and that we would have to stop and get cash on the way since we were going to pay by credit card. We then had to go back to the resort that we were staying to get cash and return to pay but Before we went to get the money we went inside and asked for total. They gave us a total unfortunately there were two orders with the same first name and we were given the wrong total. We then returned with the amount that they had told us which was unfortunately four dollars short, they made us go back and get the $4 dollars. We returned, with the $4 then left with our order. We returned to our resort only to realize that the $40 that we had given to pay the first total that we were given in error was put in between 2 take boxes in our order. after giving them the additional four dollars without realizing the money was put there we returned to our resort. We were all hungry from the ordeal and the activities of the day we were going to return the money as soon as we were done eating. While we were eating we got a phone call from the owner saying we took the $40 and said that he would send someone to come pick up the money. When arriving to pick up the money we wanted to explain the whole ordeal and why we did not turn around and give the money back right away when we got back and sat down to eat at our resort, but the person said "mistakes happen" interrupted us and left They did not even let us tell them how we felt and I thought that was very rude. In the end it actually was very good food but a very piss poor customer service probably will not do business there again there are other establishments in and around Hawley Pennsylvania that would've handled it a lot better and would like to have us as a customer. read more

The pizza was good. However that's really the only positive thing I can say. There were fruit flies flying around everywhere and one of them was in my salad, which pretty much ruined the rest of the meal for me. Then on top of that a nice smoky fire from across the street was filling the restaurant with smoke toward the end of our meal. I wouldn't go back except maybe for takeout pizza. read more

Short clerk with a red beard and arm tattoos let his ego and jealousy govern business decisions. We we're given an hour timeline for our food, and we showed up an hour later. Short beard told me it will be 20 more minutes. After 20, I asked "How much longer?" Short beard told me "very long " with a passive aggressive tone. After 35 minutes, he finally called me up to get my food. He told me that he can make my wait a lot longer, and not to mess with him. I asked if he was threatening me, and he pulled the food back and asked us to leave. read more

Surprisingly delicious garlic knots (coming from a NY Italian). Eggplant parm hero was not the best eggplant parm of my life, but the portion size was great for the price. Chicken parm hero was delish - good quality chicken! This place is CASH ONLY, which I guess I didn't notice until I arrived without any cash and had to use the ATM - slightly annoying, but I suppose not their fault. read more

Best pizza in the area. Thin and crispy crust with perfect combo of sauce and cheese. The two gals behind the counter who I spoke to were very friendly and polite. I'm have to say, I have ordered for delivery here from 4 times this past summer and EVERY TIME it comes HOT, FRESHLY MADE and CHEERFULLY delivered! They have the best cheesesteaks this side of the Delaware and the NY style pizza is awesome. They use lovely, fresh ingredients and it always comes before the promised time. Fantastic pizza! Thin but not too thin, just the right amount of crisp, sweet and savory sauce, plenty of cheese.

This is my first time coming to this restaurant. First off, the service was excellent, friendly and polite wait staff. My husband and I only ordered pizza. I have to admit being from New York City I am a bit of a pizza snob, so wherever I go, I order pizza with no high expectations. This pizza was the bomb!!! I have had food from here plenty of times since they opened. Their pizza can be a little greasy at times but the sandwiches are great!! I normally have my orders delivered to my home and I always give the driver a tip as a thank you for bringing my order to me.
