I've been to a handful of different Costco's before, but I've never seen this new coconut biscuit…read morefor dogs. I actually wanted to try it, but I was sad to read the ingredients had blue and yellow dye in the product. My dogs are getting older now and I don't let them have artificial flavors and they don't mind eating actual real foods That aren't dyed. Everything was clean and nice and organized at this particular place, and the parking lot was easy to access. Although the Panera in the back as well as the chipotle in the other plaza were a little cumbersome to get to or maneuver between two different parking lots and the flow of traffic. Lol.

My sister just got a guinea pig from this god awful place and the highly untrained employees said…read morethat the two we got were both regular, absolute bull crap. One of them turned out to be a fancy one that inherently have seizures and recently died with nothing we could do. A while back we took her to the vet because or a red eye and they gave her a full examination and said she was completely fine and healthy, more BS. This is the second time I've been tricked like this and I'm so absolutely fed the hell up with these untrained employees not being able to recognize a difference between animals breeds due to severe lack of training. I will most likely be raising my concerns with animal rights boards and organizations such as PETA to hopefully call out you and other organizations for failing to provide the proper information needed to care for these criminals and I will not be returning

I was in need of a litter restock. I put in an online order and within 20 minutes, I already had an…read moreemail confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. I stopped by later that afternoon and as soon as I walked in, the girl at the front greeted me warmly and asked how she could help. I told her I had an order for pickup, which was waiting for me already behind the register. As I had two bags of litter, my plan was to carry one to the car and then come back for the other but the girl offered to help me carry it out to the car right away. Great customer service, easy pickup experience, and I also noticed that the interior of the store was very clean and well maintained.

Really helpful team here!…read more My senior cat needed some TLC after an overgrown claw issue left him with some wounds in his paws...and of course I was stressed out about it all. Anxious cat mom that I am. I called ahead looking for paper litter and they listened kindly to my explanation of what happened... (with the patient hollering from his crate the whole time and making his displeasure well known)... and walked me through exactly what they had. I went in later, after dropping Mr. Complain-y Cat at home to start recovering, and they were great in helping me gather up everything I needed. Parking lot can be a little bit narrow to get in and out of but totally worth the visit. Very nice folks. And El Señor Senior Gato Gordo is healing very well.

I been to this store many times. I felt like this place had been most helpful compared to Pet Club…read more I was trying to get a crate for my dog and Pet Club wasn't helpful at all. At least this store, someone helped me in the past. I bought a cat tree here as well. The price was clearance since I adopted a cat for the first time a few days ago. Javier the manager was very helpful today for me. It made my day even better. I didnt catch the cashier lady name. She was nice as well. She helped me look at the cat tree that if it can hold a 13 lb cat, it can hold upto 40 lbs. Overall, a good experience here.

I try to book both my dogs at the same time to save me a trip. It's annoying when you book with a…read moregroomer and you don't get that groomer when you show up for your appointment! I booked with Dani because I'm comfortable with her for my nervous large dog but she wasn't the groomer that worked on my dog. What's the whole point to requesting the groomer you want then?!? The groomer Sarita was patient and sweet with my senior small dog but didn't shave down the fur in her paw pads. My senior dog gets so nervous sometimes she poops which is unfortunately her MO. Since she is nearly 17 and unsteady she needs that fur trimmed back so she isn't slipping as much. I did notice some scooting after her appointment so I really do hope her glands were cleaned out during her appointment so they don't burst. When I booked for my large dog the app said it would be $101 for the large dog but at checkout it ran up $123. And my small dog went from $69 to $75. I understand holiday pricing but I expect that to be upfront and not last minute and forced to pay get your pets back. Do better PetSmart. Updated: minus another star as both my dogs paw pads weren't trimmed.

When I began here I was excited, a cooking job that's daytime M-F with benefits I thought I had struck gold. I even did research. But I was so wrong 1st the benefits aren't even affordable for an individual let alone a family. 2ND if your hired chances are they don't put you in the position you thought you applied for. I didn't know what my position was till day 3 or 4 of employment, and it wasn't what I applied for. The first manager I was under didn't care, the second manager did ok for the numbers but had no business managing people what so ever, he was lazy, belligerent, cocky, power hungry, dramatic, deceitful, disrespectful, a real snake of a guy. I'm not kidding this guy gave me real negative feelings the whole time I knew him. He spent a good chunk of time on facebook instead of helping his employees while they sweat-ed and skipped breaks to get the job done. Only if he was forced or putting up a front he would help. He poked, prodded and was down right mean to everyone, especially his strongest kitchen staff. He never took responsibility for his mistakes or belligerence, staff suffered. He gossiped like a teenage girl and lied when he was caught. He attacked me one day in a very very bad manor full of verbal abuse while I was on the clock, and of course after taking it for a min. I retaliated. I made a formal complaint, and was told to wait and see if it gets better. So because I thought I liked the company, I did. I took this managers abuse for much longer then necessary, making complaints the whole time before I said enough is enough. So what do they do, instead of transferring him or firing him, they transferred me, I had to leave the kitchen I had become very accustomed to, with decent coworkers and customer relationships. When I was doing my transfer, I thought I was told I would be going to a similar position. But slowly I was being demoted to make everyone else happy, why? I was working just as hard if not harder when I first transferred. But over time and knowing your being pushed out you lose your motivation. I felt Guckenheimer was trying to make me quit or just didn't care if I did. Eventually I did quit, I had enough of a company who openly admitted I was just money, would keep an manager such as the one above and labeled me a trouble maker as soon as I made a legitimate complaint. I believe they handled this situation in a very poor manor, and kept the wrong employee happy. This guy is going to end up with more harassment or sexual harassment complaints if he doesn't change his approach and attitude. I was nothing but dedicated, understanding, hard working, and honest with everything, until I was showed it didn't matter. On the positive side most of the actual kitchen staff including Sous Chefs, and Executive Chefs in all the locations I had been, are mostly all really good people that deserve much more in many aspects especially respect. And I will say the same for maybe 5 out of many managers I had the pleasure of meeting.
