Revo Americano! Friendly staff and yummy pastries and savory food. Visible menu was fantastic because where ever you stood inline you could decide what you wanted to order. Coffee order was quick and ambiance was very clean with an open interior concept. I Brought my Popup Bagels to Revo and enjoyed them both on the patio!

I am always on the hunt for amazing espresso when I travel. My research turned up Revolution Roasters as a top spot in Oceanside and it did not disappoint. There's ample seating inside and outside. The interior space and vibe is clean and spacious. They have a lot of great coffee options and their baked goods and breakfast options are outstanding. The Blueberry sweet corn scone was so good that I had to buy a second one for breakfast the next day. The Avocado and pickled onion toast and breakfast sandwich were also delicious. I highly recommend this spot if you're in south oceanside!!

Monkey bread, would have been better warmed up.

We LOVE the vibe of this place and really want to love it but we left disappointed today. After spending over $70 on two coffees, three sandwiches, and two danishes- they do not warm up foods they serve cold. The turkey pesto sandwich, ham and cheese croissant, and banana bread, and monkey bread were all cold, and they would not warm them up. It was disappointing as my sandwich alone was $14 and it was too hard to chew without it being warmed up. I would have also loved to have had warm banana bread and warm monkey bread instead of cold. I will say that the Breakfast sandwich was excellent! I wish I had ordered it. (Sorry I didn't get a picture of that one.) I do think it is important to add that when management saw my disappointment, they were very kind and swift to resolve it. For that reason, along with the excellent coffee - I will likely try it again.

I heard this spot was very popular so I had to try one of the handcrafted drinks. When I walked in, I immediately felt the down to earth vibe and sense of community. The staff were super friendly and efficient despite the busyness. My coffee was hottt and fresssh but I was hoping for a lot more flavor or sweetness. I can't wait to go back to try the pastries!

Tried the strawberry yuzu matcha at Revolution Roasters in Oceanside after seeing this place on TikTok and I really wanted to love it... but for me, this one missed it tasted super light.. mostly milk. Icouldn't really get much matcha or even that bright yuzu flavor I was expecting. I was so disappointed because I had high hopes, but I personally wouldn't come back. Just my experience--maybe it was an off day!

I was excited to try thier cookies , but they were all sold out . I got a bag of shot bread cookies instead . They were decent. I'll wait next time to try other ones.

Revo Roasters has really stepped Up their game and become my fav coffee in O'side. They have the best flat-white in the game hands down. Get up, surf the harbor, grab a flat-white at Revolution Roasters, sit in the sun on their patio while I drink it and start my work day at a 10/10 in happiness.

Wow, what a 5/5 spot! We tried drinks off the Winter menu and opted for the cinnamon roll cold brew foam on top. I found myself slipping back into the mannerisms of a 5 year old and only sipping the cold foam off the top, bc damn it was THAT delicious. Though my love of that cinnamon roll foam may lead you to believe otherwise, I don't love overly sweet coffee. The drinks here let the coffee shine first and are sweetened an appropriate amount. IMO, it rides that perfect blend for a coffee treat out! My husband and I split an avocado tomato toast and were surprised it came with 2 slices! For $13, I expected a single toast, so we felt that given the market norm - the 2 slices of sourdough with avo and tomato felt like a bang for our buck. (I KNOW, but late stage capitalism, ya know?) The sourdough was buttery and crunchy and the tomato and avo plentiful. The space was cute, service welcoming, and the whole vibe was very down to earth and low key. There were quite a few people studying and the other patrons in the space were respectful of the quiet vibe. There's outdoor seating out front for the more lively crowd too. There's playlist also had some great finds! 5/5, we'll be back again!

My husband and I came here on a Sunday morning. There was a long line but it moved ar a reasonable pace. There's street parking and outside seating as well as inside. I ordered a small lavender honey latte (w/1/2 the syrup and almond milk) and my husband ordered the seasonal drip coffee. The seasonal coffee was ready by the time payment was made. The latte came out pretty quick so they seemed to have nailed down their process. We placed our order to go. To food looked pretty good but we didn't order any this time. My husband said his seasonal drip didn't have much flavor and is only offered as a small size, so he found this to be limiting. I wasn't fond of the flavor of my latte. We may try this place again but it would be a different coffee from what we had ordered from this trip.

    Slayer three-group (!)

I'm testing a new theory...and it's that anyone who is willing to invest in a Slayer espresso machine, they care a lot about their beans. So stop four on my Slayer-theory tour is Revolution Roasters. And so far, my theory is testing mostly true. An add-on to my excellent-coffee-shop-theory as of recent has been if the barista asks me if I'd like soda water with my espresso. Revolution has both- the Slayer and the soda water question. And the result? Probably the best cup of espresso in San Diego. I'd say the only one that really holds a candle to Revolution is Lofty's single-origin Ethiopian roast, but you have to go down to Encinitas to get your hands on that. Bottom line, Revolution is a special place and I would go out of my way for this espresso again.

    Vanilla Latte

The shop was cute ! Good amount of seating inside and out. They service was pretty fast considering how many orders they had and everyone had good vibes there. I got a regular degular vanilla latte. Nothing special here quite honestly. The roast was yummy but the drink was on the milkier side. It was good but slightly over priced for something so simple in my opinion.

Toasts: Avo Pickled Onion, Almond Butter Banana Honey (no chia seeds), Cream cheese & Jam + breakfast sandwich (so good)

Really enjoyed this little shop. Breezy patio. Food was great and we sampled a lot! Coffee was beautiful. Will come back.

Ask the Community - Revolution Roasters

Is this a good place to study? Or is it a noisy area?

Not really. There's a lot of human traffic (people walking by, not being "trafficked"). Also RR is on the busiest and loudest north-south artery on the coast for vehicles. It might work with a good set of headphones, but I would recommend the beach… Read more

What day of the week is roast day?

Saturdays! They roast at Coffee Coffee in Leucadia

Can you buy their homemade Almond Milk?

At this moment you can't. We asked/tried 😅

    Are you Pet friendly?

We have a huge patio with tons of pets outside! Unfortunately do to Health Department regulations we cannot allow pets inside. Service animals are of course more than welcome!

I asked if their bread was vegan and they said no..but on the Prager brothers website there are no animal ingredients. What makes the avocado toast not vegan?

Yes only because we butter the toast! Just ask for no butter :)

There was a large lot maybe 1 block away that we parked at and then walked in from there. Inside, there was a line but it moved pretty fast. They have a little water stand you can get some water from too which was nice after chowing down on the donut. The donut itself was so good. Right amount of fluffiness and taste and crispiness. I smiled and commented on the donuts and that broke their gossipy reverie. One immediately walked away like she couldn't be bothered to work, only a paid gossiper. There was no one in the store other than me. She rung me up with a flat attitude like she just got out of jail and was miserable. Her name is Bre. I ordered a dirty chai. With two other items. She wouldn't give a to go box like they usually do. It came off super cheap. She told me to just cover it with a lid even tho I told her I had a dog in the car that would eat it and it was chocolate sprinkle. Traditionally they stop and make the coffee and then move on to the next guest. She was in a really bad mood so she kept taking donut orders until about 5 guests deep. Then she got 2 other coffee orders so she stopped to make coffee. About 10 to 15 minutes after I paid for my other order she makes my dirty chai. A kid and a mom are right by the counter. The kid grabs my drink and spills it on the counter and on the floor. She sees this. It's right in front of her. She says oh no that's not yours. Then she wipes it off and tries to pass it off to me like I didn't see. I said no, you're not going to re make it? She goes no, it's not my fault he spilled it. I was like I want a refund. She goes why. I'm like the drink spilled and you didn't even offer or try to remake it. This place had really gone downhill. Service is awful. The donuts look nice but they've been sitting out and are stale. The same with crossaint I had. I would not go back here anymore. Awful experience. Drove out of my way to come here today. It's a shame. This place used to be really friendly and fresh and top of the line customer service, Management needs to rework things before they completely go downhill but it seems they are already there.
