    Mala Broth
    Willy T.

I came here in a party of 4 on a Monday evening and was seated immediately. I got the mala broth. It's neat how each person gets their individual broth - from my experience it's more common to have a communal broth in the middle of a table. I think they use induction heaters so it is pretty slick and easy to control. The table itself felt a bit cramped though, and we had to play a bit of tetris to manage everything. There are vegetables that revolve around a conveyer belt for us to grab. The sauce bar is pretty small and got a bit chaotic. The hot food bar was also pretty small. The quality of the food is good. The mala broth was spicy. I think this place has really good value. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that similar places do but the price is hard to beat. Plus, it feels pretty tech forward with the induction heaters and converter belt.

Since we come on a holiday (weekday), the server told us that it would be on dinner menu instead of regular weekday lunch menu. Anyway we got several orders of Wagyu and lamb slices for our hotpot lunch. They also have a small salad station and dessert stations on the side. Overall great service and great food. There is a 10% discount sign for students. The waiter comes promptly to take empty plates and took more orders from us. You can also order hot food. All other things such as vegetables and meat balls can be taken from a conveyor belt that comes to your seat. Our overall dining experience was good.

Not trying to sound weird, but I hate and love the fact I came here 2 weeks in a row. It's just convenient for me. Additionally, received the best service this time around. Almost feels like I'm home away from home when I want comfort food. If anyone does plan to come here, I'd say consider giving it a try for sure. Please be sure to ask for Nhi, Andy or Luat. They are currently the best of the best here.

This has been on my bucket list for awhile since I first saw it in IG. Glad I finally got around to trying it! Ambiance: clean and modern feeling. There were both booth and counter-style seating. We were lucky to score a booth. It seemed like there was only a limited amount of them. Comfort experience may be different if I was sat next to a stranger or with limited room to place my food. Service: servers were attentive in clearing out empty plates. Took a little bit at times to get the attention of the waiter with the tablet to order more meat, but it wasn't long enough to get grumpy over. Food: The food available at the conveyor belt had a large variety. It ranged from staple ramen noodles to clams to the more exotic pork blood and tripe (I think there was also liver?). You are able to also order hot food via the server. The raw meat your order via the server tasted high quality, but portions were small and you're only able to order 4 per round. Dessert and side dishes also available via self-serve. The condiment bar was also a plus. Would recommend this place. Definitely a contender for my usual staple Seapot. Tom yum soup was a definite hit

Still unchanged with excellent service and location. It is still a nice place for AYCE hot pot.

Move over Seapot! Revopot is here. I came with a friend on a weekday dinner around 7 PM because the restaurant sent a coupon to my home. It seems relatively new and has the concept of conveyor belt hotpot. we were seated immediately, but it gets extremely crowded on weekends. The service was incredible and the facilities were clean. I especially liked the self-serve bar where they had cucumber salad, kimchi jello cake, fruits, sauces, and even chicken feet! I've tried the Szechuan spicy broth and the Chinese herbal broth. I love spice, but the Szechuan broth did not hurt my stomach too much; I think it's manageable for people who prefer medium spice! The herbal broth smells like a Chinese medicine store; I enjoyed it as a good non-spicy option, but I know it's not some people's cup of tea. The selection of meats was good and they refilled quickly. You can also order appetizers for AYCE. The conveyor belt was clean, replenished often, and the servers were accessible to our needs. Their lunch deal is a steal at three plates of meat per person and unlimited conveyor belt usage for $23 per person. If you're not that hungry, go for this. All in all, I'm glad to have Revopot as a place to stay in this plaza. I'd recommend it!

I've been coming to Revo about 3-4 times recently, and I'm honestly so happy I found this place. My first visit was great even though I didn't know what to expect. The second time was New Year's Eve, and they were really short staffed, but the employees were still incredibly kind. Hats off to David -- he's hardworking, humble, and always takes great care of us. Since then, I've been back a few more times. Recently I met Nghi, and she set us up so kindly. I enjoy chatting with the staff and even with the customers sitting next to us around the revolving hot pot area. It gives the place a friendly, community feel. I try to eat as clean as possible, so I stick to sliced shabu meats, lots of veggies, and non‑processed items from the revolving area and this place makes that easy. The soup bases have plenty of flavor, and there are lots of options. My favorites are tom yum, herbal, and mushroom. There are two sauce stations if you like to customize, plus a station with Asian desserts and appetizers. You can also order hot appetizers but I typically won't since it's all fried foods. I usually finish with 1-3 pieces of Asian jello, but they also have assorted fruits if you want something even lighter. Highly recommend this spot. Great people, great food, and something for everyone.

New hotpot + bar restaurant next to ITea and Ross. Talk about flow state. Important notes: * There is automatic gratuity added for parties of 5 or more. * It is all you can eat (AYCE) for 1.5 hours. * There is a 10% surcharge applied for excessive leftovers. * Revopot special is $22.95 but only from Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm. (1 hour limit and has to be less than a party of 8) Came here with the fam with reservations for 1pm on a Sunday. However, we still had to wait about 20-30 minutes for seats to be available where the revolving bar is. Otherwise the booth seats were available. I love how there is an option where everyone can sit next to each other facing the revolving bar to grab their own things, but then you can't really talk to everyone because you would have to be across from each other. They also have a few booths if you want to sit with your family or friends facing eachother but then whoever is closest to the revolving bar has to grab all the hot pot items. I like the layout of their restaurant. When you first walk in there is a small lobby/ waiting area to check in and the bar is on the right with nice lots of seats. The lighting in there is quite yellow and they play up to date music. I love that they have a lot of options of side foods such as their table of stir fry noodles, fried chicken and some other fried item (fish possibly?). There is a another table with fruits and sides such as cucumber salad, chicken feet, kimchi, etc.. The sides were pretty good. The sauce bar is standard. You got your chili oil, ponzu, soy sauce, etc with cilantro, onions, and more. However, it seemed like they kind of dilute the sauces like their garlic, and chili oil a bit. I got the spicy mala soup and it was a standard spicy numbing hot soup. You also have the option to choose hot foods from the menu and I got crab Rangoons. Those were so below average so I do not recommend. As for meats we got premium pork belly, rib eye, brisket and lamb. They were all good and some came out frozen. The quality of the meats itself were just average compared to other hot pot places I've tried. They also put the meats on top of the glass screen on the revolving bar which I think is cool. It was fun for the whole family to all sit in front of the revolving bar. I was lucky enough to sit where all the foods were dispensed from so I was snatching up the enoki mushrooms. I wish they had bamboo shoots here and the wider glass noodles like at Seapot. The quail eggs were really good. They had a good amount of selections to choose from. The service was standard but the only thing that my family didn't like was that it took a while for someone to come back to order more meats. It honestly was random there would be a long wait time and then one server would come and then 5 minutes later another server would come to take another order. However, all the servers were polite and they would periodically come to help clear out empty trays because they stacked up a lot. Overall I recommend trying this place out once. It's a decent hotpot revolving bar restaurant. I think it has great potential if they work on the waiting times.

Revvving up the Revopot review!! This place was a hit with my friends! It left us feeling full with a heartiness in our stomachs! :3 So when you enter with a small group (3- 4 people) expect to be seated near a conveyor belt of an assortment of veggies, seafoods, noodles, etc to put in your pot! The meats are handled by the waiters- not too many meats to choose from but it definitely keeps it simple for people eating to not think about and just enjoy your hot pot! The meat is definitely thin.. and why would it be thick? You're heating it up in some good soup! Meats: brisket, lamb, pork belly, etc. What gives Revopot the appeal for me is that you can just add in your own veggies and works as you please, as the conveyor belt will keep "dishing" out more. (Get it?) Just be mindful as well with how close you are sitting with others- cus it does feel like you're sitting within elbow side of them, but focus on your food and your party, and it's all good! Also! They've got a food and sauce bar on the side of the restaurant. Eat up at the food bar and sauce it up! They've got tripe, chow fun noodles, cucumbers, and chicken feet- (at least when I went). I would definitely come here again for easy, no thinking, hot pot grubbing!

Very interesting design. Everyone is essentially in bar seating style if tables are full. They place the meat platter above you on the glass which is interesting. The fried chicken was surprisingly so good LOL. So are their other appetizers. I really like the tomyum soup base as well. The service was also super good and attentive. We came in the evening and they were able to accommodate even though kitchen was gonna close soon. Definitely would come back some time!

Out of many restaurants I've been to over my lifetime, Revopot ranks the top in terms of service and price/quality ratio. The staff is super attentive, friendly, and will make sure your requests are fulfilled. The pricing on the AYCE hot pot is IMO in the right spot. The red meat selection isn't anywhere extensive compared to Halidao, but you're also not paying for each individual serving. I really love their conveyor belt system where a lot of seafood / veggies / etc are constantly coming past you so you can just quickly add to your hot pot without calling for service. The sauce bar is really well-done; the sauces available that you can customize are really competitive with Halidao, and they also have a mini-buffet for things like chow mein, Thai-style flat noodles, egg rolls, and desserts too. I really love this place. It's one of the few places my wife has fond memories for and want to return to because the service is so good and the food / price is just *chef's kiss*. I do wish they had a Schezwan-spicy level broth. Would love some numbing peppers in my hot pot. The spicy mala broth is great but not it. If you want a significantly cheaper alternative to Halidao, Revopot is the place to go!

Conveyor style hot pot place with 3 long conveyor belts. The first row seats parties of 4 while the 2 others are single seats around the conveyor belts. Decent quality meats and good soup base. Tasty cocktails as well from their bar area. 2 condiments stations filled with lots of sauces and spices. A desert bar with fruits and cookies. Pretty spacious store but will be sitting next to other parties on the conveyor belt. Wagyu was soft but inconsistent meat and fat ratio. Brisket and ribeye were solid for the price. Conveyor belts brought out different mushrooms, fish balls, seafoods, and other typical hot pot ingredients. Not much greens here though only saw 2 types. The fried food was crispy. Fried fresh but a bit oily and not much flavor. Would come back for the lunch deal they have for $20. Plenty of parking in this plaza. Service was decent and meat came out fairly quick.

Came here on a rainy Monday for dinner. It was still early so it was not crowded yet. There are a lot of tables, even for big groups, which is nice. Our group of 6 got seated when almost everyone arrived. It was still happy hour (M-F 5-7pm), which we got some discounted drinks. We ordered the broth, meats, and selected apps through the waiter. The rest of the sides/veggies are on a conveyor belt that you can grab. I got the tum yum broth and enjoyed it. It has a slight kick of heat, so if you cannot handle your spice, beware. Meats good, as well as the options on the conveyor belt. Overall, I enjoyed it. Nice ayce hotpot close to home. Would def come back. Service was good, they came and took away empty places quickly. Parking is easy, big lot.

PARKING: decent parking, it's around other places so it is in a lot but if it is a busy time it would be pretty hard to try and get a space. PLACE: fairly big, but not too big, would have to combine a few chairs and tables to accommodate to bigger parties, the sauces and everything are already on the table, so are the dishes as well. FOOD: We got the ultra, Tom Yum Tonkotsu & Shiro Miso Soymilk - Tom Yum tasted really good and it paired well with the meat, the Shiro Miso just tasted more like miso soup than actual soy milk mixed in. American Wagyu & Black Angus Beef Toro - I feel like the American Wagyu was a little too fatty for my liking, or it could be the other way around lol, I kind of don't remember which one was which but one had amazing marbling that melted in your mouth. We also got lychee beer, which was super good, didn't even taste like beer. We had like 3 glasses which is funny because we aren't drinkers but it was so delicious. I recommend any of their fruity beers. Edamame - don't really recommend, comes cold and some pieces were not really good.

We came in with a party of six for dinner on a Monday evening when the restaurant was relatively quiet, with only a few other tables occupied. We asked if it would be possible to combine tables so our group could order multiple broths and enjoy the meal together because sharing one pot for a party of 6 gets a little crowded, but the request was denied despite there appearing to be plenty of available space. As the meal progressed, our broth became extremely cloudy and thick from cooking. We politely asked if we could receive a fresh pot of the same broth--not a different broth, just a new pot so we could continue enjoying our meal. Unfortunately, this request was also denied. The broth flavoring was also underwhelming and started to taste the same after our first refill. What made the experience disappointing was the lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, especially during a slow service period. Customer service and hospitality are an important part of the dining experience, and we left feeling that our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.

There was a bit of a wait and you can waitlist on their ipad inside. We waited for about 20-30 minutes.    Before getting seated they ask if you want to do the normal hot pot style or AYCE. The AYCE runs for 90 minutes and is $24.99 during lunch and $30.95 during dinner time. They also charge for leftover food which is $6 per lb. We ended up doing the normal one pot hot pot for each person.    I always get my usual lamb hot pot which already comes with vermicelli noodles and choose rice as my free side dish. There are various levels of spiciness and I chose extra spicy which is a level down from there flaming spicy from what I can recall. Honestly it was not spicy enough but I did not want to get the spiciest level in fear that it would be too oily. Perhaps I will try that the next time to see if it is.    They have a bar further in the back of the restaurant where you can get creat your sauce and get some garnishes for your hot pot. I also noticed they have some other sides like noodles and such next to it. It seems if you are not participating in AYCE you can still get sauces and garnishes but I am not sure about the other sides.    The interior has changed from the last time I came here and it looks nice! Service was standard and everyone was nice. It does feel more chaotic now that they have AYCE but that  is understandable.

As for their banh khot, this is my favorite place to get it. It's always so fresh! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and the flavor is always on point. Definitely a worthy spot to visit if you haven't had the chance to stop by yet.

Food: My friends and I weren't feeling the hot pot option so we just went with the bbq. We tried various options--brisket, galbi, beef finger ribs, beef tongue, beef belly, raw oysters (for grilling), white shrimp, and Argentinian red shrimp from what I can recall. The standout winners in our books were the beef finger ribs and beef tongue, though I wouldn't say there was anything bad per se (though definitely go for the Argentinian red shrimp over the white shrimp). Ambiance: The interior was pretty nicely designed and laid out. Definitely you'll smell the bbq as you enter, and the floor was a little bit greasy, but that seems par for the course for a kbbq place. Music wasn't loud from what I recall, and bathroom was clean. Service: Raymond was excellent--attentive, welcoming, and professional. Get this man a raise.

The short rib was way too sweet, the rib finger meat was chewy, and the side dishes were just okay. I actually liked the hot pot a lot more. The Goku special soup was good, and I liked the wagyu, fish tofu, sauce bar, and vegetable options. The utensils were old and hard to use; and the service was not great.

Nathan was really helpful and took the time to explain how the beef portions are pre-measured and how different chefs may package the beef differently between the soup and the side containers. I appreciated that he didn't make it adversarial and actually clarified what was going on instead of dismissing me. I order here pretty often, and while there have been a few recent mix-ups, I really respect when a business takes the time to communicate clearly and resolve things respectfully. Nathan handled it well. Oh, and order the milk cream curry soup with the beef upgrade. Flavors are good :)
