Super fast service over the lunch hour! Wait staff very efficient, kept drinks full and really nice people!

Now I know why the other Rib Cribs around us closed. We walked in with a group of 12, and despite the restaurant only having about 10 tables occupied, it took them 20 minutes to seat us. The waitress was fantastic and very attentive, but the food was horrible. Not one of our party enjoyed their meal. I even had brisket salad, and the brisket was shredded so much it was mushy with no taste. Very sad it wasn't better. Used to love this restaurant. read more

Good stuff. Not the best BBQ I've had (Bogart's in St. Louis, MO) but worthy of a review. I opted for the pulled pork and brisket. Both were good. The service was great despite being with a big party of 15-20. We were seated in a timely manner and were eating within 15-mins of ordering. Two thumbs up to our server that day. Seated pretty fast, good service, food was very good although I only had a chicken fried steak. The only complaint I have is the kitchen staff was VERY loud. Yelling, cussing, sounded like fighting maybe? It was a bit disrupting but over all good time read more

Great new BBQ place in Wichita. The service is fast and friendly. I ordered the baby back ribs plus one meat. (This was the only thing that kind of irritates. If you order a two meat platter for $14.99, you have to order St. Louis style ribs. If you want baby back, you have to order baby back, it it is $5.00 more.). The ribs were tender and the sausage lean and tasty. The fried okra was good but my opinion is that it needed about 1 more minute in the grease. Overall though, a great experience. read more

Ordered dynamite chicken salad online. Got it without bean and corn salsa. very disappointed in the quality of the lettuce - old and brownish. And no black beans or corn. Mostly lettuce. Quality should not go down just because it's 'to go'. read more

This is definitely not the best bbq in Wichita. I went twice and on the first occasion must have liked my food, although I do not remember what it was, but must have been okay for me to have returned. Anyways, ordered bbq this time around and it was sub-par at best. There is no seasoning of smoke flavor on any of the meat. It's almost as if the bbq was baked rather than smoked. The sausage was good and the fries were hot and crisp, but that is the most positive feedback I can provide on the food. Was given the option for chopped or sliced brisket and chose the chopped, but it was so chopped that you needed a spoon to scoop it up. One positive is that our waitress was very nice and took good care of us for the most part. This was definitely our last trip to Rib Crib. read more

Got the Brisket, Cole Slaw and Mac n Cheese - I will start with the brisket - it was chuck full of fat - so much fat that I was spitting it out - I ended up picking through the box trying to find meat. The Cole Slaw is better at KFC - and that's a damn shame. Now besides the Brisket which is what I paid for I got the Mac n Cheese. It was an overdone starchy flavorless orange paste for my mouth. I did thoroughly enjoy the toast and pickle. I will not be spending any more money here. read more

I think Rib Crib is one of the best places to eat barbecue on the west side. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is attentive and the food is amazing. We had ribs, turkey and hot links, and everything was delicious! It's not the cheapest menu, but the portions are huge. We all had enough to take some home for later. I heartily recommend the Ridge Road Rib Crib. read more

This was the 1st and last times we will use online ordering. We waited for 25 mins past the emailed pick up time and had to make a second trip to get my daughter's complete meal. How hard is it to count to 5. Five meals, three of which were kids meals. It would have been more convenient to bring my 3 small children in to the restaurant than it was to use the online ordering. Poor customer service while we waited too, kept being told "just one more thing." "Its almost done." Being from Tx we are serious about our BBQ This place did very well. We were seated fast and the waitress was very friendly.

I came into Rib Crib on a Sunday afternoon waiting to go to the airport with a few friends. It was surprisingly busy and active. We ended up having a few drinks and ordered some food! The appetizers were great! We got the cheese fries with brisket added. Beyond the fact that the food was extremely good, the service was even better! Our waitress did a very good job servicing us. She had kept a good conversation going and kept our table clean! Next time I come to Wichita I will definitely stop back by again. read more

We just ordered curb side pick up for dinner this evening. The service was outstanding. We had the family meal with pulled pork, hot links, baked beans, mashed potatoes, and a slab of ribs separate to the family meal. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. No complaints. We decided to give this place a shot and I was a little disappointed. Food was average tasting, small portions, and pricey. To me the concept was like a hog wild but having a seat with servers. Personally hog wild taste better and had bigger portions and lower prices. read more

Was in Wichita two weeks ago and have to say simply some of the best ribs I have ever had! Great dry rub and the baby-backs were "falling off of the bone" tender. The ribs were so good that I returned the next day and had the same thing for lunch!! Give it a try! read more

The food is good, lots of options. The service was great. From the hostesses to the managers. We had a mild complaint, not enough cheese on the loaded nacho appetizers, so the manager no only offered to remake them, but also removed them from the bill. read more

The service we had there was decent. The employees paid 100% attention to their customers. If you order the Pigman, you'll most likely need to eat it with a fork, as it could get pretty messy.
