I order house special fried rice with salted fish add on, for the first time they made it extremely salty that i'm actually dying while eating, I drank so much water that make me full not because of the rice. The rice itself is extremely salty already and look dark brown, like they add too much seasoning, and salted fish on top which made it to the max level. So I call them and told them what's going on, and they tell me to come back and remake me another one which is nice, and the color of the rice this time is a lot lighter, less brown color looking. 5 stars for customers service here. Thank you. But I don't know how many stars should i rate for the foods. Besides these, the workers and owners there are nice and friendly thou.

Rice Express was delicious. I love Chinese food and this place delivered exactly what I was craving. I usually order the same thing as ordered in the photo I provide at every Chinese establishment, that way I have a good criteria to personally grade Chinese food. This place delivered flavorfully and quantity wise. The meat was crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. The sauces were unique as every establishment has their own touch to the sauces, but I truly loved the flavors here. Another thing to note, I usually get what I call MSG fatigue when eating Chinese food, but I found myself eating lots of it without that fatigue. I ordered delivery so I can't say much to the service, but this place delivered (food wise and delivery wise). This place had the Dyllan Guarantee.

My new go-to Chinese restaurant! I've only had takeout from this place, but it has never disappointed even when they got my order wrong once; everything on the plate was still so tasty. My favorite dishes are the Sweet & Sour Pork, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, and the Bok Choy. The chicken is crispy and everything has such an amazing flavor. Service is quick and everything is hot and when you order multiple things, they put it in a box, easy for transport. So excited to try more!

Were the he'll is the shrimp and the veggies.

I ordered a sizzling rice soup. I got 2 shrimp 3 peas veggies in my soup. I will never ever order food from this place ever again. I would have loved to show you guys a picture of what I received. I paid almost $20 for sizzling rice soup and I asked for shrimp and I got three peas two shrimps and nothing but rice. Watered down sizzling rice soup.

Salt and Salt & Pepper Pork Chop

The curry fried rice was very delicious and pork chops as well. However, that being said I was very unhappy with how much pork chops it contained. That serving is not worth $20. I was so disappointed and sad. I'm only giving three stars for the fried rice and how good the pork chops tasted. Please kindly either lower the price or increase the serving size. Thank you.

Delicious, great service, fresh food. Always friendly. Jalapeño check and walnut shrimp are the best.

Sheldon was very hospitable and friendly. Food was prepared quickly. Wor wonton soup was 4 stars, good amounts of green vegetables, wontons and shrimp plus a few strips of pork. Dinner plate was okay with Mongolian beef and chow mein, came with a bowl of soup and an egg roll.

    Chicken chow mein

Manchurian beef and chicken chow mein were GREAT. They made the food within 15 minutes and it was fresh and hot. The beef was crispy and the sauce is sweet but not overwhelming. I will be back!

SoCal and the Bay Area are where it's at for Asian food... and Vancouver!! Okay, sorry, I'm rambling now. Anyways, I'm glad I ventured a little farther out to Folsom to grab some delicious food. Their orange chicken is super flavorful, and I loved that they used real oranges. The Kung Pao chicken is amazing--they include a variety of veggies and squash, which I loved. The beef chow mein was on point as well. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the chow mein was a little too soft (though the flavor was there), and the price felt a bit steep for the portion size. Three orders for $60--eeep! I miss the good ol' days when a whole plate was filled to the rim and overflowing from the to-go box for $12-$15, but it is what it is. Anyways, if you've got the dough, I'd spend it here. Have a great day!

T4 offers to heat any drink up, but I strongly advise against heating up any fruit tea. I learned the hard way that it curdles and becomes disgusting. I tried ordering different fruit milk teas warmed up twice, and it was lumpy and sour. That is partially my fault for doing it twice, but they should not offer to heat up drinks that become inedible when heated. Otherwise no complaints, I come here a lot and love the Okinawa Milk Tea for it's strong tea flavor. The drink of the week is awesome as well because it a a lot cheaper and helps you discover new drinks. The atmosphere inside is nice, and they have a claw machine, card games, and board games to play.

Place was packed inside at 11:15, nobody seated outside though even though weather was pleasant. The inside was relatively spacious with a beautiful wall mural of birds and flowers. You can watch employees through a glass window hand form wontons and dumplings, similar to what Din Tai Fung. All the staff in the kitchen wore masks and gloves; such a pleasant sight! After being seated we were greeted by a friendly waiter named Angelo who was patient, professional and polite. We decided to order something we don't normally get at traditional dim sum houses, so we got the pan fried chive dumplings and the won ton noodle soup (which are made on premises). Let's just say, the wifey and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality and presentation of both dishes. The wonton skin was thin, smooth and silky; noodles were light and not "doughy"with a light snap. You can taste the freshness of this bowl of goodness. As for the chive dumplings, the pouch was shaped like a triangle (different than most purse shaped ones) and the filling was tasty with the pork and shrimp combo. Skin was also thin and not doughy; excellent! LThe bowl that came with the dumplings is edible in case you wanted something thin and crispy as a snack! Overall a great lunch, however, be prepared to pay a bit more for items similar to those in standard dim sum houses, but it's worth it if you're about quality food and presentation....and NO MSG!! They also have a location in Davis and will be opening a third location at, you guessed it...Elk Grove in a couple of weeks. But a little bird told me it'll be more take out style and no real show of prepping food in the back. Regardless, we'll give it a try!

I tried two hot pot bowls and the first one I tried is their stinky tofu with pork. The stinky tofu was fermented and has a special smell it is really authentic and if you know you know. The pork slices was really thinly packed and there was a lot of it and they were very generous portion. I love how the bowl had a lot of seafood and vegetables and other miscellaneous items. I got Mild spicy with it and it had the perfect kick to it. The other bowl that we had was the Lobster Seafood bowl and this bowl is a little bit bigger and it had a lot of seafood it was like an endless bowl of seafood and veggies. Customer Service: 0/10 It was our first time here, and the staff did not greet us when we walked in. We ordered our food from a kiosk, and the young Asian lady working didn't even inform us that there was self-serve water or where to find to-go boxes; we had to figure it out ourselves and go ask. Worse, she completely ignored my daughter when she tried to ask a question, literally trying to make herself look busy even though she knew my daughter was speaking to her. During our meal, we noticed that while she completely ignored us, she actively greeted and thanked the other customers who came in after us. When we left, she was standing right at the cash register and completely ignored us again. It is incredibly disappointing to see an employee be so selective about who they want to greet and provide decent customer service to. Furthermore, whether she is part of the family that owns the place or not, her attire was entirely inappropriate for a work environment--she was wearing black-and-white checkered pajama pants with an oversized t-shirt. Professionalism and basic courtesy seem entirely missing here. Please do better. Food Review: * Cucumber Salad: Had no flavor. It was basically just sliced cucumber tossed with some sesame oil. I love cucumber salad, so this was a major disappointment. Rate: 0/10 * Chili Wonton: Super plain with literally no flavor. I love chili wontons, and these were completely tasteless. Imagine eating wontons with absolutely no seasoning. Rate: 0/10 * Chow Mein: This was okay--probably the best dish out of everything we ordered. Rate: 3/10 * Black & Gold Molten Lava Bun: It looked interesting with a sweet, glittering liquid gold filling inside, but it wasn't as good as it looked. While the bun was soft, the filling fell short. Rate: 2/10 * Shrimp & Pork Shaomai: Just okay. We've had much better elsewhere. The outside wraps were dried out and chewy. Rate: 3/10 Would I come again or recommend anyone who happens to be nearby: No. Go somewhere else.
